What are the signs of clinical depression? in Health ·
I’ve been wondering about this too... lately, I’ve been feeling so incredibly down that it’s getting hard to even function. There are days when I just can’t find the energy to get out of bed or handle basic things—you know, like actually washing my hair and leaving the house... it’s reached a point where I’m thinking maybe I should go see a doctor. 👎
P.S. Actually, maybe this topic is more suited for a psychologist...
What causes acne? in Health ·
I honestly think it’s the Kraft... I used to break out in acne all the time whenever I was drinking it constantly... so I finally cut it out and after just two weeks, I could already see a huge difference in my skin!!

Check this out... I honestly think it’s better than just drinking water alone. As for how well it works, I usually do about 6 or 7 days of Neri every 3 to 4 months just to detox my system... and yeah, it definitely helps slim down the waistline. 😉

The weight doesn't come back if you eat normally afterward. Your skin clears up, your complexion improves, and I don't even feel the need for caffeine for a few weeks once the cleanse is done (not that I'm a huge coffee addict or anything)...

But seriously... where do you even buy this stuff??? 😕 Are there specific distributors here in the States that carry it? It looks pretty pricey... 👎
My advice: go with the UN approach—it cleanses your system, slowly but surely. Honestly, I need to drop 5 pounds myself. If I try the Atkinson diet, I'll lose them in 5 days, but then I'll gain 7 pounds back within two days of eating regular food. A total disaster!! 🙏
If you dedicate a month to it, the weight just disappears. And we're talking real weight, actual fat... not just water weight or muscle loss like you get from starving yourself...
Good luck!😍
Pregnant or not? in Health ·
Man... I can't help but think about this friend of mine... she was pregnant (tests were positive) and then just a week later, she was out doing some stuff when she suddenly got this sharp pain in her stomach. She rushed to the bathroom and there was just blood everywhere... She ended up at the ER... had a miscarriage... so if you see a little spotting on your underwear, it doesn't necessarily mean anything bad is happening... In her case, it was literally an endless flow of blood. 😢
Detox tea recommendations? in Health ·
just Sandy said:The only real consequence is that her digestive system will get lazy. Her gut will become so sluggish that it won't even function on its own anymore.

In your case, if you’re actually dealing with constipation, my first and most basic advice would be to look at your diet.

So.. that theory about slowing down your metabolism still holds water.. the laziness of the gut and all that..😲
I'm working on my diet, I started the UN diet.. mainly because of some extra weight but mostly to regulate my metabolism... The UN plan is heavy on fruit for breakfast, veggies for lunch, salads... Hopefully, it helps. Actually, I really believe it will...👍
Detox tea recommendations? in Health ·
Hey everyone!! So, I’m dealing with some pretty bad constipation lately, and a friend suggested I try using Plant detox tea...
I’m a little skeptical about these types of teas, though... she’s been drinking it every single night for over a year now and she’s super regular every morning. To me, it just doesn't feel right. It almost feels like a form of bulimia to me—like everything you eat during the day just gets "flushed out" the next morning. 🙂
And... if, heaven forbid, she didn't go to the bathroom the next day, she’d get all anxious and upset, convinced she’d gained weight overnight... 😠 I honestly think it's a bit of an eating disorder.
What are your thoughts on these teas? Do they actually speed up your metabolism, or do they end up slowing it down since the body basically learns to just pass everything through without really processing it?🙄
