Here is a list of somewhat irrational criteria I use to develop an instant affinity for someone—independent of their actual merits—though I admit I occasionally misjudge things based on them.😬

1. An appreciation for Calvin & Hobbes (it’s hard to get this wrong, yet somehow I have...)
2. A fondness for miso soup
3. Using nothing but closed polylines in AutoCAD—refusing to even touch the line command for a simple point A to point B connection.
4. Not wearing a watch, or perhaps being habitually late.😍

With all due respect, I really don't have much to contribute to the discussion regarding eggs and fire starters 🤔

Here is a list of vegetables currently competing in my mind for the privilege of being drowned in miso soup alongside the usual mushrooms and tofu...

Leeks 😍
Broccoli
Carrots
That pale, frozen Chinese variety
A frozen minestrone mix—though since it actually contains potatoes, it is disqualified

Hmm 🤔 I am thinking quite a lot today. 🤔 Once again

My wife—well, she's actually separated from me now—
is gone
I'm building a three-story house—
mixing mortar and twisting wire—
just so we can finally live in peace!

🤣 This summer, while I was out in Malibu, I tried to get two Spanish guys to sing the exact same song in English at the same time. It was a complete disaster—sober, too. Right around lunchtime. They honestly thought I had lost my mind. 🤔

Truly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. 😍

I suppose people like Drake or Havertz might think their versions are more aesthetic...

...and just like that, the fighting stops—rivals find common ground and end up embracing with tears in their eyes. 🙂

The score doesn't matter—I'm picking up the tab for the drinks. 😬

@Carol Jackson45: they claimed it would keep peeling off constantly. Honestly—what can you do?

😉

Dark Draze—is this really your idea of fun lyrics? :zbunj:

And honestly, comparing your photography to the work of Marc Crast—who is easily one of the finest CGI artists in the States, and someone who basically wins every award for pure sensibility—you're being a bit much. People have every right to call you out. 😍 😁

I am certainly not foolish enough to pick a fight with the coolest guy in the room—where would that leave me? 🙂

It is finally time for me to go full Harry Potter. 😍

edit: there is even a bit of that in the sixth installment—hehe. Perhaps we could have a tiny skirmish then. Just one round, purely for points—and I promise nothing will be aimed at the heart. Anywhere else is fair game 😁

Remove the word sweet and instead follow realization by specifying what kind of realization it actually is.

I will—quite seriously—consider whether you truly deserve this win. 😠

Thanks a lot. Should I just come over now and ask you to show me the door? 😢

A friend stayed over last night—she insisted we keep a The Beatles - Abbey Road playlist running all night long. (!!???!) I didn't get any sleep at all. Argh.

Yes—I actually noticed that same thing during those two years. 😬 I used to wonder how much more popular I’d be if I had somehow broken my leg—you know, just to have that external brace holding everything together...

To be honest, though, my wires have been moved from the inside of my teeth—only certain people can see it. 😍

Bic said:well, since no dentist...

I just realized there was actually an incident involved—so I really should share my own horror story about a broken tooth. While I don't exactly get into physical altercations 😁, I did manage to wipe out while skiing and split half a unit horizontally—it looked absolutely gruesome. Naturally, a simple repair wasn't an option 🙂
The result: two long years of pulling that tooth downward with fixed braces. The pain was truly maddening. It seems fine now, but I’m left with just a millimeter of root holding that poor thing in place. If anyone so much as brushes against it, the whole thing might just pop out. Please, do keep that in mind if you happen to be waving your arms around near me. 🙂 And the funniest part—it looks terrible on those X-rays... just awful.

Bic, good luck 🙂

Heh. At twilight—it's a deal.

A perfect suggestion—the Luke Haines album, "Unsolved Child Murder." 😬

Just wait until you actually reach number two. The final portion—of course. 😬

My top recent hauls from my trip to Chicago a few days ago:

1. The perfect band tee—though it just lists the instruments instead of names. It’s pretty much universal 😍 + it’s adorable in its own way. Though, honestly, it looks like it was soaked in absinthe at some point, but it's practically glowing in the bleach. Maybe it'll survive.
2. A black balloon straight out of a French noir film. It complements my tired eyes and distant, melancholic stare perfectly. Plus, I suspect it’ll serve quite well for scaring small children, 😬
3. Black boots featuring a subtle classic Americana detail. I’ve been waiting for something exactly like this for ages.
4. A necklace I spotted and immediately thought, 'this looks exactly like my brain, and now I can wear it around my neck.' Completely chaotic. Stunning. Beyond words. You really have to see it. 😍 😵

lonebison37 said:Look, I've never quite understood that—it's easy for me to watch. Being turned on is being turned on, after all.😈

I can't really blame you—I haven't slept yet either. Honestly, I don't think I've ever talked this much in one sitting before. My mind is just a chaotic blur of my favorite things and my deepest fears—which, unfortunately, are often the exact same thing. Good grief. I am practically spilling my guts all over this forum. So, the only scene that popped into my head was that awkward moment where Brian first encounters young Justin in the pilot episode? It definitely improved later on, you're right. 😈

Of course, send me a DM. I'm not sure why you'd even ask such a question.

By the way—has anyone caught that one queer series on Canal A over the last few years (maybe it's still running?) I can't quite wrap my head around the title... it used to air on Friday nights and I absolutely loved it. And that actor—man, he was just too good... 😳 😳 😳 goodness gracious! 🙏 🙏
There is zero chance he's actually gay in real life... 😈 😈 😈

Queer as Folk. 😍 What friends, when that exists... It's wonderful—truly great. The only thing was, the explicit scenes were a bit much for me to watch. 😳

Carol Jackson45 said:The 3rd case of accidental partners—otherwise known as Moonlighting.

You have just reminded me of—well, I suppose it is quite similar to... Silk Stalkings 🤣 The sheer infatuation with Estes goods—it is quite something, really. I find myself occasionally lost in thought regarding it—much like those long afternoons spent waiting for deliveries back in Chicago. 😍...who eventually moved on after her time on Melrose Place... 🙂

I am going to check if there is any availability for downloading Moonlighting 4. Grizzly Adams—hopefully, the connection holds up this time. 🙂

Nicholas King62 As stated by:
Is that the one where a woman meets a tragic end—some sort of accident—and then gets left behind, only to come back later seeking vengeance? Something like that, I believe. 🤔

If my memory serves me correctly—and I try to be quite meticulous about these things—she was actually devoured by crocodiles. However, she was later restored by some sort of plastic surgeon so flawlessly that she returned completely unrecognizable—not even her husband realized who she had become. Now, I find myself a bit muddled—is she the one marrying him in the second instance, or not? There were certainly complications involved... I am certain of that much. 😬

I tend to remember TV series more as a frantic concept—like that feeling when you realize you have exactly three minutes to get home—rather than the actual plot. Besides, Isla was around every single day, so I never really felt the loss.
Personal Top Lists & Rankings in Music ·
Well, as I mentioned before, I don't really watch much television—certainly not series. When I take a moment to reflect—it’s quite a while ago—I think the only show that actually had me racing home from school was 'Return of the write-off.' That whole thing about woman-crocodiles... truly something else.

Forgive me for doubting you 😢

But imagine—just purely hypothetically—if I hadn't been skeptical at all, and it turns out you're actually a die-hard fan, just playing a part in some bizarre role-play scenario. For example.

So, where was this photo taken? 😍

Here is my current watchlist. It’s just—well, the once-a-week release schedule drives me crazy. I am a rather obsessive creature by nature—I tend to go through about seven withdrawal crises in a single week—so I usually just binge them all at once. Anyway, here is what I'm watching right now:

1. My Name Is Earl (Jason Lee—honestly, does he even need an introduction? 😍)
2. Lost
3. The 4400 (I have a hard time with Billy Campbell's performance—he's usually one of my favorites—but the concept of the show is genuinely great, so...
)
