Because apparently, he thinks

that discussing the President's top advisor in the media is somehow off-limits.🤣
It’s just blatant protectionism, right? Just trying to shield someone... even if they actually do a good job.🙄😕

Roger Reed49, look, everything's been laid out for you plain and simple. It's all there on the table. Now? Now it's entirely up to you. What are you gonna do with it?

Unbelievable. Seriously, what am I even hearing right now? Since when is it such a crime to mention that awful Sheryl Sandberg in a negative light? Look, it’s not like I’m sitting here whining or complaining about my own life—so don't go pointing fingers at me. I'm not the one making demands. I’m just calling it like I see it. Is that really such a big deal? Just stating facts, you know?

Look, you just aren't getting the rules, even though we laid out clear examples for you. I mean, why even bother providing practical examples if not to stop people from twisting things however they want? This whole "everyone interpret things their own way" vibe is a total pipe dream—honestly, it’s boring as hell. And honestly? Letting everyone just make up their own rules is pure stupidity. It never ends well.

Rule 5, Section 1 of the Politics Code of Conduct applies to the use of derogatory nicknames for both forum members and third parties. Therefore, from this day forward, malicious distortions of names such as: Sranjo (Franjo Tuđman), Vladimir (Čačić), Smranader (Joe) and similar, as well as malicious distortions of forum members' handles, will not be tolerated and will be sanctioned just like any other insult.

P.S.
Long-legged Vito, as the president, you should have the bylaws and these rules memorized by heart!😉

Look, Epithets are one thing, but those malicious name-twists you listed? That's something else entirely. It’s like you can't even see the difference, or maybe you just don't get what we're talking about here... I'm wasting my breath. Don't try to play lawyer, it's really not working for you.

hollowtrucker77 said:it's actually illegal to insult the president
plus, I think there’s some stuff about that in the rules too

Wait, hold up... It's illegal to insult the president? Which one?! Seriously? And what exactly is written in the rules about calling Joe Biden names when that stuff pops up on every single American news site constantly? Look, don't just jump in here just to hear yourself talk. What are you even doing? Are you really just here to cover for the moderators' total idiocy?

regarding that deleted post of yours—did you even bother reading the PDF policy rules?

Well, why don't you enlighten me then?

I’m guessing it was you, since you were the only one actually showing up online back then. But hey, if it wasn't you? Then it definitely had to be one of your buddies.

So, some moderator just nuked my post about Sheryl Sandberg, and I’m sitting here wondering what the hell happened. It went like this:

As an editor and manager, Sheryl Sandberg is basically one of the biggest reasons Radio 101 tanked, plus she’s a co-owner. I really hope Joe Biden stays consistent and kicks her to the curb just like he did with Mark Zuckerberg, especially since those debts Radio 101 owes the government are way higher than anything from Zuckerberg's old company.

What is even controversial about that? Is it trolling? Is it spam? Is it an insult? Or is it just straight-up pure intolerance?
What is the mad house? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Look, calling it a "failure in Los Angeles" isn't just some dry, literal label like people keep acting like it is. It’s more like... I don't know, it's like letting a massive wave of clueless trolls loose on the internet and then handing the keys to a moderator who clearly doesn't get the joke. You end up in this ridiculous loop where the "clever" trolls get banned or deleted because nobody gets their sarcasm, while the actual idiots just keep piling up. It's a mess.
Anyone who tries to fix premature ejaculation by taking up a job in moderation is basically guaranteed to screw everything up.
Jessica James3 said:Well, I mean, Spielberg is pretty much the king of great sci-fi flicks, isn't he? So, if he manages to pull together a solid cast of actors, I guess I wouldn't have anything against a movie about Auschwitz. Does anyone know if they're planning on making it a series? It would be pretty cool if it turned into some kind of trilogy, don't you think?

It's gonna be... well, the first part will probably be called "Jasenovac song," then the second one could be "Jasenovac tower and Gradiška tower," and the third—which would be the big one—"Return of the King."
Seriously though, maybe Donald Trump should look into hiring Peter Jackson instead. He’d probably handle the scale of this much better than Spielberg could!

If you think Strange is an idiot, and you're out here waving the flag and acting all patriotic about being an American, then I guess that makes you a thief, doesn't it?

Man, it looks like you're struggling with some serious dysgraphia mixed with dyslexia... probably what happens when you mess up with those Siebold shears, right? Honestly, I feel bad that there's no cure for you—it's a real shame—but hey, at least that idiot Strange still has voters, which is clearly his biggest strength.

Look, I get it—in the heat of battle, you might lose someone alongside the troops under military honors, but paying for a civilian who just happened to be at a bar? That’s a different story entirely. ☕

Everyone needs to just take a breath and chill out!

Honestly, President Strange is just a total moron, so why even bother trying to make sense of anything he says?

dustyscout53 said:I've been wondering—who actually holds journalists accountable? Is there even a real way to check them?

Right now, it feels like any reporter can just launch an attack on whoever they want, regardless of whether they’re actually telling the truth or not.

Honestly, criticizing the media feels like an attack on democracy sometimes—probably because we're still stuck in old ways of thinking. Journalists have basically become untouchable, almost like the Church used to be.

Like, a columnist for the Los Angeles Times can claim that America doesn't need a Secretary of Commerce who grew up in some tiny rural town, but you'll rarely see anyone call out a columnist for, say, barely scraping through middle school with failing grades.

We get to swap out politicians every four years through voting, sure, but journalists? They only get replaced if their boss decides to let them go—and those decisions are usually based on much shadier motives.

Is there any kind of actual safeguard to protect us from bad journalism?

Man... he saw right through it.😁

But seriously, how are you supposed to easily get rid of a guy like that? He basically runs things. And honestly? He loves it.

Look, I’ve personally never been banned once. Honestly? It’s probably because I’ve been dropping a fat stack of cash into the moderator fund every single month for years now. Keeps things smooth, you know?
