Everything you need for a Midwest wedding in Weddings ·
James Wilson16 said:Hey everyone,

I haven't been on this forum in forever, so I'm still figuring out how everything works here...

My partner and I are getting married on September 4th, 2010.

We've already booked the Grand Ballroom in Pittsburgh (www.zuki.hr), a killer band from Indianapolis, and we've got a florist lined up from a nearby town. Now we're just stuck looking for a photographer and a videographer...

Does anyone have any solid recommendations for someone in the area?

Some folks over at Dakov are just too good. My cousin’s family used them because they liked their work and the pricing was actually reasonable. If you need a reliable spot, check out Sun Photo Studio—their photography and video work is top-tier. Everything about them is solid. You can reach them at 098-1826-936. Three years ago, a full session with photos ran us about $4,000, though we managed to snag a discount since my father-in-law is a musician and knows the owner.
Honestly, they aren't even that expensive.
You could just call them. Ask. See for yourself.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I actually have my doubts about you being able to secure
. If someone with a steady job can't pull enough together for a mortgage, I really don't see how you'll make it happen
. Best of luck to you, though
.
I know there's gotta be a way to find it somewhere, I just don't know where. If only we were living in America.

Honestly, if you ask me, you have to be pretty desperate to fall for something so unverified. It’s usually just a blatant money grab and a way to fleece people.

Just a bunch of nonsense. What kind of earnings are we even talking about here?

I've been with the same company for three years now, and I report a steady income of $833 (which bumps up to 2800 starting this month) to the bank, even though my actual take-home pay is closer to 8000—$3333 (since the rest is paid to me in cash).... So, the issue isn't whether I can afford the payments; honestly, I'd love nothing more than to just throw the full $833 toward the mortgage every month, but the bank simply won't allow it based on my official paperwork...

edit:
One more thing... suppose I managed to save up enough in a year to pay off the entire loan at once (plus interest, of course)—would I actually be allowed to settle the debt immediately? And if so, how much interest would they end up charging me in that scenario?

You could pay it off immediately, though they’d likely shave a little off the total for early settlement. How much depends entirely on which bank you're dealing with.
I guess you might be using a soap that's a bit too harsh; your skin looks pretty dry there.
Maybe try something a little more gentle..

I've been there a few times myself. It’s my old neighborhood. Honestly, the woman is alright, though all that talk about different clans left me a bit turned around.
After seeing so many people pass away at Mayo Clinic over the years, you just lose that sense of trust. You stop knowing who to believe in.

If you actually want to show up at my wedding, you're more than welcome—but where on earth do you even live? haha
My wedding is open to anyone with a good attitude. 😁 😁

Man, this is going to be great.
I’ve got a wedding coming up out in the Midwest—think somewhere like Indianapolis or maybe Des Moines. We’re having these pastries made by this local legend who usually caters for everyone in town. She’s actually pretty much retired now because of her age, but we’ve got such deep roots with her family that we’re likely going to be her very last clients.
Her desserts are honestly top-tier.
We aren't planning on being stingy with them during the reception, either. All in all, the cakes and pastries should run us about $833, if that's even accurate.
