First time back in the North Stand since the boycott back in 2010, and man, I have to say—I’m genuinely surprised! Usually, during a massive derby against our biggest rivals, you feel this pressure to go toe-to-toe with their supporters, but honestly? For the full 90 minutes, I was just right there in the thick of it, shouting my lungs out alongside the guys in my section. Everyone around me was singing and making some serious noise, so being part of that atmosphere felt incredible. Aside from a few moments where the chanting split a little, the energy was solid most of the time, and we hit some absolute peaks of euphoria. I can't speak to how it looked on TV or what the vibe was like elsewhere in the stadium, but after being away from the stands for so many years, I’m more than happy with how it went. Those Bad Boys... well, even though I couldn't hear them clearly, looking over at their section, it seemed like most of the noise was coming from the group right around their main banner, except for maybe a couple of instances—but hey, it's hard to be objective when you're stuck up in the North. Also, I noticed a lot of kids who weren't just busy taking selfies for once and were actually cheering for the whole match. For me, that was a really pleasant surprise!

I remember reading somewhere a while back that when the Germans were renovating their stadiums for World Cup 2006, they specifically made sure the fan sections were designed for their own needs (like at Schalke 04, for example). If they actually start building this thing, there's a massive chance we'll end up with something like two Madison Square Gardens located in some random neighborhood—just 800 tiny little sections with stairs every three steps and all those fences and barriers. If they aren't going to publicly ask the fans what they want, then people should keep barking about even the slightest mention of a stadium. They’re just going to mess it up, and we'll be stuck dealing with it all over again—these guys have totally screwed us over.
Yankee Stadium is probably one of the worst places for ultras—honestly, the BBB sounded way better at Emirates in New York City than they ever did when the entire North Stand was packed down below! And don't even get me started on the upper part of the North Stand, because it’s basically cut off from everything else, almost like it's its own separate East or West stand.🙄 The current stadium and the current North Stand fan section would be nothing short of a punishment for any ultra group trying to build a real atmosphere.☕
Sam Thomas3 said:And seriously, why hasn't this lying little troll been slapped with a permanent ban yet for spreading such nasty lies?
We actually had our own version of a "sugar daddy" back in the day—think Anthony Weiner and his crew—long before your guy ever showed up, so we all know exactly how that story ends. But unlike some people, we didn't let him turn the club into a total circus or seize control over the entire American soccer scene. And honestly, that’s what’s really eating at you. Even someone as clueless and rude as you can see that trying to act like Glava around here wouldn't last three months before getting kicked out.🙂
Comparing Anthony Weiner to Glava is like comparing the US Army to the military in Moldova.😵
Terry Howard7 said:Look, let’s be real here—about 99 percent of serious supporter groups across the entire US live in a state of pure, unadulterated hatred toward their rivals. Seriously, pull up a chair and get a clue, Columbo.🤦
It honestly feels like your whole identity is built on hating the rival instead of actually loving your own club. I mean, seriously—if you spend 80% of your time singing songs just to spite the other guys, it says everything about you and your supposed "devotion" to Los Angeles FC.🥱 It’s pretty much the same deal with those guys over there—where their whole idea of "patriotism" is basically just built on a foundation of pure hatred toward Americans and the Sipacs.☕ Same intelligence...
Lawrence Mitchell2 said:LA Galaxy isn't my club anymore, so I couldn't care less about their insults. And honestly, their mentality hasn't changed—they'll always find someone else to blame for everything...
Well, it’s not my club either, to be honest. I seriously doubt I'll ever get excited watching LA Galaxy score again—even if every single one of the current scumbags running this club were kicked out. I've just grown so disgusted with the whole organization that I don't think those old emotions are ever coming back. I hope I'm wrong, but hey, call me a pessimist.🙄 But there's no way in hell I'm siding with those three-trophy hypocrites. Those fake pieces of work would probably accept Seselja as the president of Los Angeles FC just to stay ahead of LA Galaxy and play some LP. Believe it or not, you actually have more secret fans of Glavat in Miami than you do in Washington, D.C.☕
Lawrence Mitchell2 said:I just can't bring myself to cheer for GNK, so this win doesn't mean a damn thing to me... but hey, if it means something to the rest of you, good for you.
Look, it doesn't do anything for me either—but I honestly don't get how someone who grew up with LA Galaxy in their heart can just tune out the constant whining from those guys down in Miami, you know? Those folks whose entire identity seems to be built on hating LA Galaxy. Seriously, does anyone actually believe they’d act any differently if a legitimate, top-tier LA Galaxy had absolutely crushed them instead of this whole messy situation? Trust me, they wouldn't.☕
Frank Jackson76 said:Your sanity is basically gone at this point—you’re just completely obsessed with us. 250 people outvoted you, yet here you are, still losing sleep over what we're doing...
But honestly, it's pretty much impossible to win an argument against a mule.😁
Matthew Murphy91 said:Man, I seriously cannot stand these moralizers. They all act like they're some kind of saints—give me a break. It’s obvious they only show up when it’s an even 20 vs 20 matchup.
If there’s one thing I can't stand, it's the whining whenever a certain group loses and then everyone starts grasping at straws to find some stupid reason why.
Look, this kind of stuff is totally standard among old rivalries—especially when things get heated between groups! The only debatable part is whether that knife actually came into play, but honestly, I don't get why people are making such a huge deal out of it—especially since those hypocritical Red Sox fans will turn on anyone, let alone Americans.🤔 With those guys, you can always expect anything except for a fair fight, so...
analogtrucker11 said:First off, we really need to confirm if there was actually any stabbing involved. Being in critical condition can happen just from getting kicked or trampled . That 75-25 ratio they're throwing out is just total nonsense. They're saying more footage is coming—apparently, in this last clip, you see how the BBB hold their line while four or five guys jump them, and then everyone starts retreating.
Are you absolutely sure about that part in bold? I mean, when someone is jumping all over you, it wouldn't be hard to end up losing your head.🙄
Look, the guys knew exactly where they were heading and who was waiting on the other side—they knew everyone involved was ready to go all the way🤷 There’s really no point in whining now about how things weren't "fair"—I mean, does anyone actually expect a fair shake when dealing with a group like that? Not in my book If what people are saying is true, we can only hope everyone walks away without too much damage and that things get back to normal quickly👍
http://www.gazzetta.gr/football/arti...aerodromio-gtv It looks like things actually boiled over at the airport... apparently there's some video footage out there too. 😲
coastalmason10 said:I’m definitely in favor of a ban. I can’t count how many people complain about their pets losing their minds when they hear those explosions—animals getting lost, bolting, or just panicking because their hearing is way more sensitive than ours.
I honestly don't understand how an adult can be so dim-witted and immature that, in the middle of a recession, they decide to blow $100-$67 on something that just explodes for five seconds. You’d be better off giving that money to someone who actually needs help putting food on the table 😵
There is nothing worse than walking down the street and having some idiot toss a firecracker behind you, laughing while everyone else jumps out of their skin. We are a sick society if we have money to waste on such garbage. I’d much rather spend that cash on a high-end steak at a nice restaurant than buy that trash. 🙄
Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you have the right to take it away from people who actually enjoy it! Look, I can't stand cigarettes, but I was always against banning them—even back when they started making it illegal to smoke in cafes and all that other stuff. 🙂 Besides, bans never actually stop anything—they won't stop people from using pyrotechnics either. 🍿
Chloe Martinez7 said:Well, no matter how much we try to distance ourselves from our roots, some habits just stick
How much money is actually being flushed down the drain on that pyrotechnic nonsense?
Maybe you should direct that question to the US Federal Government instead.
What the hell does that have to do with the Middle East??? If I remember correctly, spending on firecrackers in Germany is well over 200 million euros, easily🤔 Last night, three people died because of fireworks in some non-Middle Eastern part of Germany... so there's that☕ Banning fireworks would be about as effective as thinking banning alcohol in the USA is a "smart idea"
Kenneth Martinez8 said:It’s pretty interesting how nothing about those ticket sale bans is hitting the news over at Yahoo Finance. Is someone pulling the strings from the other side? It doesn't really fit their whole "anti-Democrat" persona, especially since she’s such a hardcore liberal.
If I can make the trip down there—and mind you, I don't even live in Chicago or hold a membership with BBB—then I really don't see why people who actually live in Chicago and are part of the 🙄 shouldn't be able to show up.
Honestly, most of the average LA Lakers fans are just total cowards! A huge chunk of them were spitting on their own teammates after that Aalborg game, only to turn around and worship at the altar of that "genius" Mamic again once we dealt with Romania.🙄 Mamic and his crew aren't going anywhere until someone "bigger" than him decides it's time, or until he finally kicks the bucket—though honestly, these two bureaucrats will probably take him out first. Over these last four years of fighting the boss, it’s become crystal clear that this guy holds more sway than the actual government; he basically has the courts, the police, and the media tucked under his wing (well, except for Index). I mean, the guy actually managed to keep BBB from getting banned from stadiums abroad, let alone anything else. Even those mobsters over at UEFA are protecting him—birds of a feather, right? So if the politicians actually tried to step in, they’d run straight into a wall with that stench, Plat. I really thought the Democrats, led by Joe, would have ousted him by now, but man, was I wrong—just like I was wrong when I thought Bandic’s political career was dead after he got kicked out of the Democratic Party. In the end, he’ll prove it with that whole "I'm going to crush you all" attitude of his.😠 Sorry for being such a pessimist, but when I see that this one guy has more power than even a guy like Milanovic, I don't really have a choice but to stay cynical.
hiddenridge99 said:Alright man, so what’s the move in your eyes—what do you actually think the solution is here?
The only real hope we have left is that the rule of law actually starts working again. Honestly—if you ask me to put a number on the odds of that happening? I’d say they aren't exactly great, but hey, I'm just one guy making a guess here.🙄
electricviper20 said:That’s just not true—you only need about 20 people to start a real protest if you actually know what you're doing. Get some signs, hand out flyers, hit the local news... once you have 20 solid people, you can scale up to several thousand in no time at all.
It’s all about being organized and playing it smart. Nobody can legally stop a public assembly, and honestly, it makes more sense now than ever since we can take the fight right to the steps of US Congress and the US Cabinet.
There is absolutely zero chance you'll get the average Americans out on the street for something like this. I mean, the country is falling apart around us, yet there isn't a single protest to be found.🤷 If people won't show up for the sake of their own future or their kids' futures, then they definitely aren't going to show up over LA Galaxy or the Bad Boys. At this rate, we might as well just let Germany or Austria annex us.☕
