I should be finishing my freshman year, so everything feels kind of messed up right now. Plus, my boyfriend is younger than me—he's actually just a senior in high school ( 😍 ), so it’s a bit much for him too. But... I've decided I'm going to have the baby. To be honest, I've never even seriously considered an abortion. I mean, I support people making their own choices, obviously, but I just don't think I could ever do that. Maybe if I were 15, I might have thought about it, maybe. But I'm older now. It isn't an ideal situation by any stretch, but I think I can handle it all... 😁
I've been browsing through this forum quite a bit lately, since I used to spend almost all my time here not too long ago myself. And honestly, I went through a situation very similar to yours... though I was just a tiny bit older than you at the time. I was still a student, had no job, and then—bam—I found myself pregnant when I least expected it. At first, there were tears, pure shock, and total disbelief... I remember coming home from CVS crying, and I couldn't even get a single word out to my family. My mom actually thought I was terribly ill at first... and I just had to tell her, "No, Mom, I'm pregnant..." and then, within just two days, everything started falling into place; we even set a wedding date and all that. But then, a week later, because of all the stress and the sheer fear, I ended up in the hospital because the pregnancy wasn't progressing quite right. So, please, honey, don't worry yourself too much... just stay happy and cherish that little one; that's what matters most, and everything else will work itself out eventually. Don't even let the thought of an abortion cross your mind; being a mother is truly one of the most beautiful things in the world. Despite all the chaos, my husband and I got married, and today we have the most precious 17-month-old little blonde boy, our Philip 😍
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that everything turns out exactly the way you hope it does... the baby is the most important thing right now, and I promise you'll find time to study for your exams whenever the little one is sleeping. GOOD LUCK!
