If things ever reach a breaking point where Russia officially declares war on Ukraine—basically moving toward full-scale martial law and total mobilization—do you think there’s a realistic chance that NATO would actually step in officially?
Is tomorrow Ukraine's statehood day? There's talk going around that Americans are prepping for a massive offensive, supposedly even as early as tomorrow. It’s being framed as a response to the killing of Dugin, marking statehood day and six months since the war kicked off. Does this actually imply a major push—like just shelling everything in sight without distinction, or some kind of large-scale offensive action...?
Megan Thomas5 said:There is zero chance that was Putin. Look, I’m not really into conspiracy theories, but there are just way too many people around for him to take that risk. He stays tucked away in his bunker where nobody gets close.
It would be really interesting to see if Vladimir would even step foot outside the country for negotiations.😁 I honestly doubt the real Vladimir would ever leave. If he did, he might find himself with nowhere left to call home.🙂 His life is pretty surreal—living in this high-end fortress, completely isolated from everyone, especially since almost everyone feels like a potential threat to him these days.🙏

The real question is how many people will actually stay in Russia under those conditions, particularly among the younger, most productive part of the workforce.
Honestly, it feels like Germans just swing from one extreme to the other. One minute they were looking to dominate all of Europe, and now they want to act like none of this affects them at all—as if they can just stay completely untouched by everything happening right in their backyard.🤣
How much actual power does Lukashenko really wield in Belarus? It’s obvious that with the Russians stationed there right now, he’s basically untouchable. But if things start going south for Russia, nobody is going to step in to save him in Moscow—instead, Lukashenko might just end up meeting the same fate as Mussolini.
Laura Scott7 said:I mean, who else is going to flee into the middle of major cities and put civilians right in the crosshairs? That’s basically Military 101—you don't let the fighting get anywhere near urban centers, you definitely don't go running into them to use them as human shields. But sure, the second a shell hits a residential building, suddenly it's all the Russians' fault, right? Just do me a favor and actually check out some actual news sources like RT instead of just blathering on about what you *think* is happening. You can't just make stuff up and call it reality. It doesn't work that way.
Do you seriously believe Ukrainians have any theoretical chance against the Russians out in open territory? If even much larger and more powerful militaries wouldn't attempt something like that, why would they?
Let's say, hypothetically, Kyiv falls and the Russians move in, but the Government stays intact—maybe they relocate to somewhere like Uzhhorod. It feels like... It’s not like the military necessarily has to surrender or stop following the President's orders. As long as most of the territory remains in Ukrainian hands, the real question is how the Russians would actually treat the people living in Kyiv....
History has a funny way of repeating itself. Back in the day, the Bush-era Republican Party collapsed under the weight of massive foreign pressure, rampant corruption, and the push to join the European Union. We’re seeing the exact same pattern play out right now, except instead of preparing to enter the European Union, we’re busy draining funds meant for international aid and development. A new administration will eventually take over, and while they won't be Republican, they won't be much better. From day one, they’ll be undermined from within by veteran advocacy groups, holdovers from the Republican Party, and local political vultures. It’ll be more of the same for four years. AMEN.
And then you get people starting in on all that left vs. right ideology talk...🤣🤣 The only real ideology they have is grabbing a majority and getting their hands on the money.
I honestly don't get why minority representatives and the Democratic Party are still sticking by a party that has been legally convicted of criminal activity. Would Tom Emmer, acting as the Mayor of Des Moines, ever dream of hiring someone with a criminal record to handle any kind of business operations within the city limits?
I really think it’s time for an American version of "manapuliti." Honestly, all the ingredients seem to be there right now. We need to see the current political establishment—the same structures that have had a stranglehold on the system for the last thirty years—completely collapse so we can actually try to build something from scratch. My only hope is that this time, we don't end up with an American Berlusconi.🙂
It’s honestly wild how the entire party in power can be slapped with allegations of criminal activity and everything just stays so calm and quiet.🙏 Even when the justice system hands down a ruling like this, it feels like it won't change a thing because most people in the country just don't seem to care.😁
So, does that mean anyone who was part of the Republican Party during all that whining needs to step down? Because at the end of the day, they're all tied to it.👍
I have to agree, this whole thing with Spider-Man feels off to me. He acts like he’s struggling to make ends meet, but honestly, he’s probably already set himself and his kids up for life. At this point, he could easily retire and just live comfortably on his savings.
Does anyone else get the feeling that the Republican Party is actually trying to lose this election on purpose?🤣 It’s like they know exactly what’s coming after the votes are counted, so they figure it’s better if someone else gets branded as the worst administration in American history. The njonja unit is going to be a specialized division dedicated entirely to messing around,😁 while the ninth and tenth units will have to be filled by the raw materials—people like Milinović, Kalmeta, and that whole crowd. Beroš is just way too polite for that kind of work; he speaks such proper, formal American.
