Well, why not? 🤷
We've been hitting the same wall since this forum even existed. 🤣

Jason Campbell70 said:I know whining isn't exactly a crowd-pleaser, but I don't think anyone can really argue with this one:"Those who don't respect the rules are others, while I am the ninth."
Because that's exactly how it played out.
Maria Nelson2 said:Oh, absolutely... Charlie Whiting and the gang wouldn't have even noticed if Mark Webber had smashed into a wall unless a piece of the chassis flew right through their window 🙄 😁 , honestly, it's like Alonso has been acting as their talent agent since 2007, though we only found out during the last race.😂
hollowgull5 said:Hold on a second...
I mean, how on earth did he not pull that off... seriously...
So, Hamilton got penalized, right? But honestly, he ended up back exactly where he started in the standings anyway... so what's even the point? It’s like the refs or whoever else was involved didn't actually change a damn thing...
Jonathan Booth5 said:1. Let's talk about the points then. F. Alonso: USA, bad start, everything goes wrong (everyone's fault); China, jump start, mental lapse; Monaco—3rd FP, let's put it in words, third free practice, hit the barrier, wrecked the car. Mapet could have been leading if not for his own mental lapses.
2. Why was Teflon only penalized with a DT in China six laps later, while the whole world watched thanks to that same Charlie as the guy zoomed past the Red Bulls? Look, there are specific procedures for deciding penalties, but Hamilton's infraction only became a priority for race control after Teflon's outburst and once they were absolutely certain a violation occurred (Charlie had to request the GPS data for car number 2, the SC, and the medical car, then checked the delta times, and to be certain, even requested footage from the FIA's helicopter, all of which had to be handed over to the stewards).
3. I didn't realize that battling for position and clipping wheels in the first corner was considered "dirty." Hamilton was in a position to attack Vettel, miscalculated, and broke his wing. Is that not enough of a penalty? And since we're discussing dirty play, at least he didn't wreck Vettel's car, which is a far cry from Teflon's mess in Australia, where his stunt nearly took out half of Michael Schumacher's car.
4. Teflon is quite simply a Ferrari failure. After nine races, this guy has made more mistakes and messes than Massa did in his entire career. Naturally, the spoiled brat starts blaming everyone except himself—it's in his nature (as it is with most prima donnas)—because at the end of the year, he has to justify a thirty-plus million dollar salary for a double world champion.
5. I never thought I'd admit this, but I truly feel bad that Michael Schumacher's engine blew in Suzuki 2006. Compared to this absolute clown, he's a real man and a friend, and I know exactly what kind of person Schumacher actually is.
redheron12 said:Fine, if we're going to be pedantic, wasn't everyone screwed because the SC missed Vettel? If we're looking at the full scope of things, it should be obvious to everyone that the primary blame lies with the organizers and the FIA.
And honestly, the most frustrating part of this whole saga is how Alonso is fixating on settling scores with Hamilton—all that whining regarding Hamilton's penalty. If Alonso actually cared about justice as much as he pretends to, his first target would be the FIA and their botched deployment of the SC, rather than taking aim at Hamilton.

What are you doing awake this early in the morning? Are you hanging out at the beach or something?
If I have to, I'll grab a crate of Heineken and a few pounds of meat for the grill and head over there just to shut you up! 👍
P.S.
Sadly, I won't be heading out to Philip Jacob for another two weeks...
redheron12 said:If they had actually penalized Lewis—meaning he would have finished behind Alonso—there is no way things would have stayed this way until the end. It feels like the officials basically bailed Alonso out of yet another embarrassment. I mean, he spent more than half the race driving like a retiree right behind Sebastien Buemi, barely even attempting a move.
In this instance, justice was fully served; the superior drivers in the faster cars ended up in the better positions.

Before I give up on the Miami Grand Prix, just tell me one thing:
When some idiot in front of you flies through a red light into a massive intersection (preferably at 2 AM), do you floor it to follow them, or do you hit the brakes?
hollowgull5 said:Hamilton really gave him a taste of his own medicine with that one
"I actually saw a Stake F1 Team car fly past him on the screens trackside," Hamilton taunts. "It’s not exactly common for some Stake F1 Team car to be overtaking him, so he must have been totally checked out in his own little world the whole time. But honestly, I still can't wrap my head around why that messed with his race so much."
Amanda Kelly said:I have to disagree with you there regarding Ferrari's season. Not even a little bit.
What exactly did he mess up at the Miami Grand Prix?
God knows what everyone else is saying behind closed doors, but we never hear it. We just don't know. Of course, with a personality like Alonso's, he’s always going to be the center of the storm. Every single word gets magnified, and half the time, it's twisted just to suit the narrative.
Everyone is focusing on the wrong thing here, nitpicking about Lewis. If the SC had come out five or six seconds earlier—which I’m certain they could have and should have done—right in front of Vettel, this entire debate wouldn't even exist.
I'm not sure if you're talking about the results or something else entirely.
Alonso managed to claw his way back into the points twice after starting dead last, even though the car was pretty mediocre. Honestly, I can't find much to complain about—more respect than criticism from me.
Must be nice. 👍

I wasn't talking about any women when it comes to you—that privilege is reserved solely for Pato.
Though, if you wanted to show up with a bottle of Chablis, I might listen.🤷

Almost as bad as Zalonsov. 🤣
redheron12 said:Were you gambling too? 😁
redheron12 said:You've got to be kidding me—to me, it’s just tragic that someone actually feels the need to suggest a team principal should go complaining to Charlie
Real team leaders complain even when they don't have a leg to stand on, let alone having a driver suggest it to them 🤷
Besides, you don't really have a clue about this anyway—especially since your guys are even more clumsy than these 😁
Jonathan Booth5 said:You don't really know what I'm talking about, do you? 😍
Anyway, how many fresh engines do you guys actually have left for the rest of the season? 🙏
redheron12 said:The level of chaos within Ferrari was truly evident—nothing captured it better than that moment where Alonso said, "push Charlie."
Can you even imagine a driver telling someone like Ron Dennis, Briatore, or Todt over the radio to "push Charlie"? 🤣🤣
