Can't sleep! in Health ·
Karen Green said:Honestly, forget about Cerson. It’s pretty rough on the stomach, and frankly, it feels a bit overkill if you aren't used to heavy-duty stuff. Also, I suspect things like Persen and those other herbal remedies are mostly just a waste of money. If they actually worked, doctors would be handing them out in hospitals like candy. In my opinion, you're better off going with Sanval, maybe the 5 mg dose or even the 10 mg if needed. Usually, you take Sanval about 10-15 minutes before hitting the sack because it kicks in almost immediately. By the way, just a heads-up for everyone—these are actual prescription pills, so you can't just pick them up at a CVS without a doctor's note.

I went through a long stretch where my sleep was totally shot. It was all because of some absolute garbage situations I was stuck in. I didn't want to get hooked on anything too intense, so I started using Persen.
It did the trick for me.
Once I finally managed to dig myself out of that mess, I didn't need it anymore.
If you ask me, Persen is the way to go.

Do you honestly think an ad like that is meant to spark a private message rather than just being a reflection of their actual personality and views as seen in their posts? I mean, maybe, but I'm not so sure.
I haven't seen Brazil, and honestly, I feel bad about it.
Every single time, without fail, whenever I actually get a chance to sit down and watch it, something stupid happens.
Maybe I just missed my window, but this film has slipped through my fingers more than a few times now.
My first love... in Music ·
I suppose "Talking Heads" is the first thing that comes to mind. There was definitely more of that kind of stuff back then.
It started with housewives, but during my era, a whole new wave kicked off—you know, all those big-city vibes from places like New York or Chicago, those bundled travel packages and whatnot.
If that's the case, I suppose the term 'Western world' probably sounded a bit too capitalist for their liking, so they tacked on 'Eastern' just to maintain some sense of balance.

See? This is exactly what happens when translation goes sideways once in a while.

Otherwise, maybe it's a bit of a cliché genre, but personally, I thought Gremlins was actually pretty great.
It’s just "The West," or maybe "Westworld." It was based on the novel by Michael Crichton, after all.

Look, I get it, but back when this aired on TV here in the States, that's exactly how it was translated.
I suppose that's just how movie titles tend to get handled during local broadcasts; the translator probably wanted to lean into the whole plot point involving that robotic version of Ancient Rome.
I have this specific, lingering memory of some cowboy robot from a movie—honestly, I can't quite place the title right now—but the main antagonist, that cowboy character, was played by Yul Brynner. I think that’s how you spell it, anyway. He’s that incredibly charismatic bald actor from The Magnificent Seven.

My IQ and the struggles that come with it in Health ·
It’s not an issue of Google, really. It seems more like you're wrestling with your own complexes, so I guess the title should have been something like "My Personal Issues and My Family," or perhaps "A Thousand Ways Childhood Trauma Can Completely Ruin a Person."

If another one shows up with a contract from the fund and happens to be located on the West Side, my misery might finally come to an end.
