Jonathan Perez88, I do the exact same thing. My phone rang right in the middle of a conversation today and I just told them, "Hold on, let me finish this," and then—poof—completely forgot. Thank god I remembered eventually. I deal with all sorts of phobias and anxieties, just various random things... 😵
