Here are some examples: 👍 "Why is the scientific community so stubborn when it comes to the paranormal? That’s the real kicker. Reflecting on the pushback he faced regarding his own unconventional medical theories, Yale surgeon Bernie S. Siegel, author of the best-selling book Love, Medicine, and Miracles, argues it’s simply because people are hooked on their own convictions. Siegel suggests that whenever you attempt to challenge someone's core beliefs, they react just like a junkie going through withdrawal..." 👍
Does science need a sponsor to function? Where does all that funding actually come from? 👍
If you’re actually going to use these methods, they have to stay simple. I might have covered them all already, but what do you guys think? 😍 So, when a problem hits—think of it like a joystick: 1 Slow it down (The government won't know how to interpret that, but they'll definitely form a commission...) 2 Divert attention (Head toward Aspen, invent some heavy-hitting labels like "conspiracy theory" or bring up David Icke) 3 Accelerate and brand it! (Drain their energy) 4 Destroy by discrediting (And if possible, don't do it yourself—use someone else, like those high-IQ scientists who don't know any better, or just let someone like David Icke take the lead) 😍 5 Rotate the tactics. Don't just stick to one of these four...
Honestly, people, this is so brilliant I can't believe it isn't being used. Give me in on this too! I love playing racing games on PlayStation! 😂😂 🙂
So, basically, method four completely guts any sense of holistic perception. Kids end up mindless, standardized, and totally plugged into the internet—but they’re maximally informed... though none of it matters because they can't actually apply it. They just can't use what they know. 😂 -THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT! THEY CAN'T USE IT! 👍 If you need info on a meteor or a planet or the sun, just ask Nasu-nemoj instead of searching for it yourself! And yeah, we decided Pluto isn't even a planet anymore! We have new standards now! 😂 If you want spirituality, just pay for some yoga retreat or stick to our traditional Catholic church! 😂 Just pay for the course! Don't go looking for truth! Turn on the TV or find something online! If you need pants, don't bother sewing them or seeing a tailor! You're better off buying Diesel! Just turn on the TV and find a cheaper deal online! If your phone breaks, it's cheaper to just buy a new one! Again, turn on the TV and look it up online! Instead of holism, what’s being forced on us is marketing and the sheer artificiality of life. 👍 Those mindless American sitcoms that Americans live by... just turn on the TV or the web! 😍
Holistic perception is actually dismissed as some kind of "conspiracy theory"😍 (more like a "control theory" 😂) and so, it's not encouraged. But whatever... there are too many people anyway... 😍
Method 4: Institutional Specificity. "We don't deal with that! If it becomes necessary, the government or some agency will just set up a dedicated department for it..." That includes outfits like the former "Sandy," Oprah, and similar institutions basically saying, "Hey, if you've got a story, come find us!" But in reality, they’re only looking for specific narratives and the most predictable types of people to fit that mold. Maybe the only outlier is a show like "The Edge of Science"—which might bring all sorts of guests on air, even though... they mostly stick to certain types—mainly harmless people with "big" egos. 😉 A few friends of mine have mentioned that they couldn't actually talk about what they knew—nor can anyone really afford to give an actual speech on a show like that—you just answer the exact questions you're asked and shut up if nothing is prompted. Or eventually... you start "planting" things. 😉 But even a show like that, if it starts steering public opinion in a new direction... it either becomes controversial (Method 3) or gets shut down entirely, depending on how much power is behind it. Just like the Templars back in the Middle Ages. 👍
For instance, look at that interesting military institute in Saint Petersburg: the "Institute for Extraterrestrials, Lost Civilizations, and Psi-Phenomena"... do you see the connection or not? 😍 But let me repeat: it's a military institute. 👍
Meanwhile, here in the States, we barely even have the Radmanov Institute. 😂😂😂
Next, let’s look at a third example: the American rule of controversy: don't hide the data, just release it wrapped in a layer of disinformation: so that nobody can actually use those facts as evidence in public effectively turning any serious investigation into nothing more than a punchline... 🙂 for instance: -X-Files -David Icke's reptilians—it all sounds great until you hit two tiny little details: the Queen Mother doesn't actually drink human blood every single day- 😂😂 and these reptilians are more astral than physical these days. and there is everything and anything in the astral plane- 👍 but dismissing those same reptilians who ruled over the Sumerian and Dogon Empire and dynastic Egypt is just insane 😉 and it's almost laughable how these massive, mostly Jewish families think they descend from those reptiles... I'm certain they do. 🤣 but blood isn't water! 😈
-aliens and the whole abduction controversy used as a smokescreen to hide secret US military projects then you have the X-Files which talks about them and aliens in general—only to end up with a few mindless episodes where Fox Mulder acts like a total moron—which perfectly demonstrates method three: the American way of suppressing research through corporate interests. ☕ because when the military runs short on cash, they sell off pieces of their tech to Boeing or whoever happens to be holding the purse strings. 👍 -just the phrase "conspiracy theory" is enough to shut down any further investigation into a topic- a term cooked up by American agencies—a conspiracy against whom? paranoia? and do they control the media? absolutely. so it's necessary. the key is to present a child's murder followed immediately by sports. news is carefully rationed and is almost never the truth. take the Al-Qaeda stuff, for example—the fact that certain Jewish individuals didn't show up that day and the Pentagon department that was evacuated before the bomb went off... it says everything. they could have killed their own agents too, but- that would leak within the intelligence community and split the agency into two factions... and once that happens, control is lost. so if I mention that America wants total oversight over the entire world and the media, I am instantly branded a conspiracy theorist. yet the fact that an "AL-QAEDA ATOMIC BOMB" doesn't drop anywhere, even though it could be small enough to fit in a briefcase- WHICH UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES COULD NOT BE CONTROLLED- makes it clear to me that ABSOLUTE WORLD CONTROL EXISTS. but because of this, I'll be accused of pushing a "conspiracy theory." A conspiracy against whom? Against who? especially if I believe that controlling a massive population is actually necessary! control. not a conspiracy. 👍
The controversy method is all about marginalizing the issue: draining the public's energy and redirecting their attention elsewhere.
I’ve been sitting on this topic for quite a while before deciding to finally open it up. Let's look at the first example and the first tactic they use: They broadcast footage of a child being murdered on TV, and then immediately pivot straight into the sports segment! And now, sports! How does that hit the consciousness of the average American?... -It just feels irrelevant. Sure, maybe some people will sit there feeling a bit shaken after the report, but honestly, that’s actually the goal. It allows all that public energy to be spent and dissipated... Maybe they'll throw in an action movie right after, or a big game. 😉 People will say it's horrific, but they'll tell you to focus on your own life problems instead of dwelling on fiction, right? The main thing is ensuring no "me-vs-them" mentality starts to brew... Take the Aspen case, for instance—they'll handle that the same way later on. 😉 And then there are those Catholic methods of media control... 😉
Here’s the second example and the second tactic: we film a war movie, but we only show the "enemy falling," never showing the "friend shooting." 😂😂😂
Western Egypt is west. Central Tibet is the center. ☕ once again you're confusing internet trivia with actual "practice"... 🙄 if only it were even remotely close to real knowledge... ☕
Good for him. 😍 But he didn't really have much of a choice if he wanted to make an impact here in the Western USA. If he’d been out there promoting the East, they would’ve tossed him aside immediately. 👋 He was trying to help a struggling West, always holding onto this hope that he could liberate someone using those Eastern methods. In his entire life, he never actually freed anyone, and then the Ouspensky followers just commercialized the whole thing and hijacked his brand. Nowadays, the Ouspensky crowd doesn't even bother reading Gurdjieff; they just stick to Ouspensky. To them, he’s basically a god because they can't wrap their heads around Gurdjieff—he’s just too Eastern for them. 😂😂😂 THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO THE WEST. GURDJIEFF'S TRADITION IS DEAD. Next case! 😍🙂
And what if half of what you read online is just a metaphor? What happens then? 😍 😂😂
I laid out those techniques just to tear down the mystery behind them. Once you see how the sausage gets made, you won't need them anymore. Only an idiot would actually use them.
nikol said:So how exactly are you supposed to fight off falling into a trance during meditation?
It’s actually pretty simple: think Aikido...
Don't fight it. Fighting is just something the mind does...
It's like when you're drunk; if you spend all your energy trying to force yourself to be sober, that's when you really start losing consciousness and spiraling...
If you don't resist, you just end up getting hammered like everyone else...
So what's the move? Find that middle ground. It's what Aikido practitioners aim for... Active relaxation...
Not being passive. Passivity is just sliding into unconsciousness... 😉
Gurdjieff had some incredible methods for moving meditation. Not a single motion should be automatic! 👍 No twitching, no nothing! 😉The exercise is simple: just stop! 😉 When you hear that command to stop, you freeze exactly where you are, completely still, just observing... 😉
Every technique: The easiest way to meditate is just to sit there and do absolutely nothing. Look, just be where you are, don't act, don't create anything... Don't let your mind wander. (that’s the hardest part for beginners) If your eyes are closed and thoughts keep popping up—there are a few ways to handle it: a) bypass every thought b) crush every thought c) hum a song without any lyrics. d) listen to music without words. You can even just watch the music unfold. If your eyes are open, the best thing is to stare into a fire because it burns through those thoughts. That’s always been my favorite way to do it. You can also just visualize a fire, just try not to get burned in the process... 😉 Or simply, don't let your mind drift. Active relaxation. You can do this while staying completely still, like they teach at Zenith.
But you can do it while moving too. (for the beginners)
Meditation has been hijacked by brands that started cashing in once they brought Eastern concepts over to the West. Screw them. I'll personally give their "gurus" a bullet to the head.
Just sit there and do nothing. 😉 Or keep going, but without the thoughts. 😉
And there's one more thing that nobody ever bothers to mention...
Every single sign calls for its own specific style of meditation... 😉
Buddha just sat there, perfectly still, lost in thought because he was an absolute bull... started right from the root chakra...
Meditation can be broken down into fixed and transient cardinal states... at least, that's how I see it. 😉
For those who can't sit still, meditation works best when you're actually moving... It’s easiest to lock in when the body is completely still. Total stillness... People like Baphey—if he even qualifies as a cardinal type—don't just stumble into an altered state of consciousness... it isn't that simple for them.
