This is exactly the kind of stuff you need. Along with some bread and Nikes. 😁
Yeah, that’s the one. It isn't exactly a standalone grinder—more like an attachment for a standard drill. You could probably pick one up at a hardware store (or maybe even Spotify 😁) without breaking the bank too much.
It'll save you some time—plus, you might avoid those muscle aches—and I guess the finish will just turn out better. You can start with a coarser grit and work your way down to the fine stuff.

Actually, I don't have it—I've got the Zalman ZM-MFC1, which is the blue version (that last link in my post above). As for where to find them... I guess they probably all carry them at Formula or Links.
fadedorca66 said:hmm, where can I actually pick one up? And could I, I don't know, hook up more than one fan to that single thing—maybe two? Is there such a thing as a PCI card with fan headers?
You can find it at ve Mil—check under Cables and power adapters, part number 2780015. That should be the one. It’s about $2.25. 🙂
For anyone else who feels like Adobe hasn't quite hit the mark lately—or if you're still stuck navigating Windows Vista—I'd probably suggest checking out Microsoft Windows.
Douglas Reed4 said:I'm looking for some case fan recommendations. I was thinking about picking up a Zalman FM-2—it seems to have pretty decent airflow (53CFM) for such a low price of $10... what do you guys think of this model? Or maybe there's something else out there... Thanks!
I mostly just stick to Zalman fans myself—they work fine. I might suggest the FM-3 if you can find a 120mm version. They come with that resistor, which lets you dial back the speed and noise... makes them pretty much silent, I guess.
If you're looking to do any real overclocking, you'll need to bump up the voltages—which means you definitely need decent cooling. That stock cooler isn't really up to the task, I guess.
I'm assuming you haven't messed with the voltages yet. That’s probably why you're hitting those BSODs.
Also, this part: DDR2-SDRAM single Channel would probably be better off as dual Channel.
Joseph Carter9 said:Why don't you guys just head over to that other forum and post your results there?
No one here has actually posted their "masterpieces" yet; until I see some actual validation, I'm not buying it—no offense intended.
Give me a break. Intel Pentium M 🙂 It could probably go higher, but the board hit a wall. I picked up an ASUS ROG motherboard, so I'm just waiting for it to cool down outside before we try again. 😁

I mean, what could anyone possibly say is missing when you've got everything from Texas smoked brisket and Midwestern pork to that rich clam chowder from New England or even some classic Southern fried turkey?
Honestly, there isn't a single corner of this country where you can't find an incredible meal. 🙏 🙏 🙏
Except for California, I guess. Those poor folks living off seaweed, grass, and whatever fish they can scavenge. If it weren't for the cured meats and the wine, they’d probably just wither away, bless them. 🤣
Not really sure where this belongs, so I’m guessing hikers or outdoor enthusiasts might be the right crowd.
Does anyone know if there's an online collection of topographical maps paired with an app for things like measurements, finding azimuths, and stuff like that?
I've got a compass, but I don't have a decent map at home—and I could use one pretty urgently.
Tyler Thomas12 said:I honestly can't believe this. 🙄 Of course you didn't get paid. When you're out there grinding on the ice, things happen. Everyone else got their last payout on the 13th, just like always. 😍
So, what now? Can people actually access the archives from outside again? 🙄 🙄
The 10th. Just use online banking like a real geek—ATMs usually lag behind anyway.
