Douglas Taylor2 said:Hey, how’s everyone doing? Any updates? Me... I just finished reading everything today... I feel so incredibly bad about it... I honestly can't even put into words how much. Everything is going to be fine, girl; maybe having a little more sex will help fix things up 😁 we're all here for you! Hey guys, Lindy Almighty, 😁 Joe still hasn't arrived with M, looks like he's about 4 days late at this point... Is it possible that Blue from $35 messed up too? We should remember what he showed us—you know, about two weeks ago.
You can actually get it done on the very same day you expect to receive the 😉 Since yours is already three days overdue, there is really no point in waiting... just go ahead and take the test tomorrow morning, then let me know how it turns out 😁
Douglas Taylor2, that little bump you're seeing definitely isn't a baby just yet, though it's quite possible you're just dealing with some bloating... intestinal issues are incredibly common during those early stages of pregnancy. 😉
In my case, I actually gained about four pounds during that first month before I even realized I was pregnant, mostly because I couldn't stop snacking... 😂 then the morning sickness finally kicked in, and the weight just seemed to vanish... 🙂
We aren't all cut from the same cloth... I experienced some light spotting and cramping just before my period was due, and it turned out I was pregnant There is simply no way to know ahead of time Just wait until you're actually due; if your period hasn't arrived by then, go ahead and take a test Testing a full week early won't show you anything at all🙂
From what I’ve gathered, it’s quite rare for anyone to experience symptoms that early on🙂
First of all, there is actually a dedicated thread specifically for questions like this one
Secondly, while none of us can definitively tell you if you are pregnant, it is certainly possible to conceive following unprotected intercourse during ovulation—that goes without saying, as you likely already realize😉
Thirdly, it is far too early for a pregnancy test; it won't show anything at all right now (in fact, it will likely give you a negative result even if you are indeed pregnant). Just wait and take one on the 14th if your period doesn't arrive🤷
I am simply bumping this thread back to the top because Little Lola has gone on another one of her little tantrums, claiming that discussing actual symptoms is somehow problematic ☕ ...
Nicholas Howard60 said:So I took another test today, day 23 of my cycle—the STEP 1 kind. A faint blue line showed up right at the edge of the little window instead of being close to the actual test line. What does that even mean? Honestly, I'm pretty confused right now.
What does the manual actually say regarding that? 🤷
The withdrawal method is incredibly unreliable. My partner and I actually ended up conceiving that way ☕, even though it was during a window when we weren't supposed to be fertile according to my usually predictable cycle—ovulation just happened to be delayed by about a week 🙂... A man releases small amounts of sperm before he even reaches climax, so if one of those cells manages to make the journey, you're looking at 😁
I’d suggest waiting a few days, and if your period still hasn't arrived, just take another test... It is entirely possible that you are pregnant but the HCA Healthcare levels aren't high enough to detect yet, or perhaps you simply aren't 🎉
Kenneth Allen12 said:Look, she literally said her period is two weeks late. If that isn't a good enough reason to grab a test, then I really don't know anymore!!!
Perhaps she hasn't been active lately, so she’s wondering if it's some sort of divine intervention or a sudden spiritual shift? 🤷 You all are so quick to judge this poor girl without having the full context... honestly... 😲
Enough with the jokes. 😎 Two weeks late is a significant delay, not just a couple of days. , go get a test if you haven't already 🙂 . None of us here possess any psychic abilities to diagnose whatever is going on with you 😉 .
analogskipper12 said:@ rapidrider3 my cycle has never been late before (okay, fine, maybe back in my teens, but that was ages ago🤣) I don't have any cysts, honestly. I made sure to get thoroughly checked out by several specialists before we even started trying to conceive☕ A cyst would have messed up my period anyway, and wouldn't it show up on a pelvic ultrasound?
But I'm already spiraling here. What am I supposed to do? Are there any biochemists or doctors among us—whether we're actually pregnant or just wannabes? I mean, if I had gotten my period, I’d know we missed our window for this cycle🙂 but right now, I'm completely lost on what the next move is.🤷
Good grief... If you're in the city, just head to an urgent care clinic to get your beta levels checked via bloodwork. They won't give you a specific number, but if it comes back negative, you have your answer... and if it's positive, you move forward
Blood tests are far more reliable than those little urine strips🤷 plus they aren't much more expensive than the kits you buy at CVS$13)
analogskipper12 said:Hey ladies! I was really hoping to see an M 13 on the tracker by now, but no luck. Whistle the test on Sunday, and it was negative. Whistle twice on Tuesday, and both were negative too. Still no sign of anything, and I'm officially out of tests. (And now everyone’s shouting at me: "Then just go buy more!")🤣
My sister is placing an order through Neckermann for some denim—jeans and trousers, I believe. They carry sizes up to 40, if I recall correctly... 😁
On another note, I happened to spot an "XXL" women's shop over in Dubuque. I’ve never actually stepped foot inside, but my intuition tells me it’s likely overpriced, outdated, and frankly, not worth the effort... 🤷
Well, if you were expecting that windfall to hit your account in just a few days, I suppose it’s a bit of a wait... 😬
You could certainly give it a shot, though there is always that lingering risk of unnecessary disappointment if the numbers end up in the red. Then again, it might actually turn out to be a gain 🤷
analogskipper12 said:First off, huge congratulations on that positive result!!! 🙂
Honestly, it feels a bit off for me too. It isn't heavy, and the color is much darker than my normal flow.🤷 This is our first cycle trying, so I don't want to get ahead of myself. Still, I know exactly how the first day of my period usually feels, and this? This isn't quite it... ☕
In my case, I had some spotting on the day I expected my period, but it was much lighter than usual, so who knows... 😁 Anyway, wishing you the best of luck
analogskipper12 said:help, I've been dealing with this infamous brown spotting for two days now, and it seems to be getting heavier. Then this morning, it actually started flowing—about three or four days earlier than expected. Usually, I get that distinct feeling beforehand, you know? Like a warning sign that my period is coming tomorrow.🤷But this time, nothing. Just total silence. Is there any chance I could be pregnant? Or am I just being delusional because it feels way too early to even bother with a pregnancy test?😉
Well, if you're actually bleeding heavily, it's unlikely you're pregnant😕
And if it's just spotting and not your actual period, I'd suggest waiting until the day you were originally supposed to start...😉

As for my own situation, my husband and I actually started trying for a baby just a couple of months ago. This month, my period is already about 10 days late, which is really unusual for me since my cycle is typically very predictable. I took a test three days ago, but it came back negative. Lately, I’ve been feeling like I have to use the bathroom constantly, my breasts feel swollen, and my temperature has been hovering between 98.6 and 99.3 degrees. Honestly, I'm at a bit of a loss—I can't figure out what's going on, though I am noticing some increased white discharge. I used a standard pregnancy test last night and it was negative again, so I'm feeling pretty conflicted... Do you think I should keep testing? It doesn't seem like it was too early to check, considering I waited seven days after my expected period date before taking it... If anyone has any insight, please let me know 🙂 Thanks
You should try the test again first thing in the morning; evening samples tend to be much less reliable...🙂 If you happen to be in Chicago, you can always go to an urgent care clinic for a blood test. They are incredibly accurate and usually quite affordable...😉
mh 🤷 I occasionally experience that same hesitation, and it just brings everything to a standstill but other times, the feeling isn't there, so I end up reaching a climax anyway 🤷
