So, whenever I’m trying to crash and I’m like, super exhausted—every single time—my head just twitches or jerks. It’s totally involuntary, I can't even help it. This hasn't happened before, it just started recently... and only when I'm lying down. Does anyone actually know why this happens? 🤷

Look, I've been dealing with my period for 8 years now and I'm pretty sure that's just total nonsense—I shower and wash my hair like normal every single month... and nothing bad ever happens (not that I even know what's supposed to happen, I mean, it's basically just basic hygiene 🤷). What do you guys think? Did your grandmas try to feed you that same old garbage?

finally got my period today—it was a week late, too—but honestly, it feels kinda weak...

I mean, I never wear those tiny crop tops that sit above the belly button—and my back is almost never bare, either. I usually go for slightly longer shirts. Plus, obviously, I wear undershirts during the winter...

So my period was supposed to show up on the 12th—but it’s already 4 days late. It was late by 4 days last month too, though, so I did end up getting it eventually. It’s never been this late before... usually it's just a day or maybe two, I guess. I have zero pregnancy symptoms either—no dizziness, feeling weak, passing out, nothing. So why is it late?
