Fair enough, but you’re still just a little neo-Nazi rat.

Where is this post, and why was that user getting banned for being so rude? 🙂

Where am I supposed to find the card for that post? 😠

So, I’ve tried several times on this thread to get an answer as to why this kind of communication is actually allowed here.

After multiple reports, it looks like this disgusting post hasn't been sanctioned.

I'm looking for a response from other moderators.

I'm not interested in hearing from Chuck, since he won't issue a ban when he was the one who edited the exact same post himself.

Last edit by Chuck: Yesterday at 6:34 PM.

And he didn't hand out any penalties.

So, I'm wondering since when did Politics become a section where calling someone a little shitty Nazi is considered normal?

I'm also curious why this user had their permanent ban lifted after behaving like this.

You definitely have some folks who aren't working and are just leaning on social services because they haven't been able to land a job (honestly, I’m not entirely sure how the whole job hunt process works over there in Sweden), but that’s really not the norm. For the most part, the majority are out there studying, working, and actually paying their fair share in taxes. A lot of them are even pulling double duty—juggling school and a job at the same time—just so they can foot the bill for their own education. That’s just been my experience with them.

The issue here is that in Sweden, anyone who actually wants to work can.

Just look at the employment and unemployment rates.

So, the only ones living on welfare are the ones who simply won't work.

From what I've seen myself, they're mostly just looking for ways to claim social benefits.

It's rare to find those who actually roll up their sleeves and work hard, unlike the way Americans have always been known for working abroad.

Justin Patel8 said:It’s a mistake to throw Canadians into the same bucket as Arabs just because of religion; the two groups have completely different mindsets. What you wrote holds true for the first group—radical Arabic Islamists tend to build parallel societies while living off welfare. They basically take more from the state than they ever contribute via taxes. They're just plain old parasites.

Mentally, they are Canadian. They come from a country that was one of the poorest in the region fifty years ago and stayed that way through the war.

I'm not talking about Americans from Canada or Mexicans, but specifically Muslims.

They seem to be leaning harder into their religious identity more and more lately.

Suddenly, everyone is a devout Muslim.

Zachary Stewart2 said:Look, calling Canadians or Muslims the reason the radical right is surging is just... off base. Honestly—Canadians aren't even in the same category as those other immigrant groups that actually cause issues for the country. These folks are hardworking, reliable citizens who stay on top of their taxes and do their part.

Look, if I didn't personally know a bunch of Canadians who moved there and seen exactly how they're living, I might actually believe you.

Most people around here just seem obsessed with finding ways to game the welfare system. For them, a real job is always the last thing on their minds.

Generous social safety nets in places like Scandinavia tend to draw in huge numbers of immigrants from much poorer regions, often from cultures that don't exactly mesh with Western values. This frequently leads to higher crime rates among those groups. A good portion of them—if not most—never actually enter the workforce, choosing instead to live off the system, using public healthcare and schools for their kids. Once they secure citizenship, they almost always vote for politicians who promise even more redistribution and welfare benefits. Back in 2011, around 60% of social welfare in Sweden went to immigrants, even though they only made up about 14% of the population.

Anyone with half a brain can see exactly who's walking through the doors in Sweden. If they keep up this insane immigration policy, there isn't much of a future left for them. The "progressive" left is going to tear the whole country apart.

And then people act surprised when more and more actual Swedes start voting for the radical right to push back against this distorted immigration policy and everything else.

The journalists here are a total joke.

Just because she finished law school on schedule doesn't make her qualified to be a Swedish Minister. Comparing her to students back home in the States doesn't change that reality.

American law students aren't exactly the gold standard for determining who should join the Swedish Government.

If the reporter had actually mentioned the average time it takes to finish law school in Sweden, they might have looked slightly less clueless—though it wouldn't have changed much.

Look, if graduating on time was truly the benchmark for a ministerial role, there would be tens of thousands of Svedans and Svedankas eligible for the job.

But we all know that isn't the criteria. It’s strictly about having the right political party membership card.

So, in Sweden, we end up with a minister who hasn't spent a single day working in the private sector.

There are probably tens of thousands of citizens in Sweden with far better resumes than hers. They just don't happen to have been loyal party members since they turned eighteen.

Appointing Muslims to the Swedish Government like this is exactly why the radical right is gaining so much ground over there.
Kenneth Taylor80 said:If you ask me, penalties like the one handed to Mark Webber are a cancer in Formula 1. It’s just nonsense—total stupidity. They’re artificially messing with the standings for the next race and throwing the whole championship into chaos. And why? All because of some silly safety regulations? Whose safety are we talking about? The people running the show who stay safe in the garage while these guys are flying around at breakneck speeds? Formula 1 is racing. Fastest driver wins. Period. You take certain risks just by stepping into the cockpit, and that's a deal every driver makes. Then someone comes along acting like a know-it-all, claiming a W-move wasn't done the "safe way." Look, the driver is the one most invested in staying alive. Why should some bureaucrat, who isn't even out there, get to micromanage how they race? I used to love going to see Formula 1 live, but I won't pay a dime for races that feel scripted. I'll probably just watch them from home for free.

Look, if Formula 1 is trying to improve safety because the drivers themselves asked for it—so people don't die on track like they used to—then it's pretty ridiculous when those same drivers jeopardize themselves and everyone else with stupid, unnecessary moves.

Fernando Alonso acted like a complete idiot here and deserved a proper penalty.

He acts like this, and then he'll be the first one complaining when people talk about Formula 1 safety. Pathetic.

It's like comparing a high-stakes race where the risk was once huge to what happens now after an idiot move like Alonso's.☕
jadeseal7 said:🤣🤣 Kimi was my king. He was sitting in 3rd place heading into Brazil 2007 with basically zero chance, but then he just outplayed both Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez on track to snatch the title.

Also, Kimi leaving Ferrari was just like Alonso leaving McLaren. Great drivers, nothing more.🤣
David Anderson72 said:how?
Every single title won by Alonso and Kimi is worth more than everything Vettel ever achieved combined.

When that kind of take comes from someone who knows Formula 1 as well as a total amateur... yeah, I guess I'll agree with you there. 🤣
jadeseal7 said:🤣🤣 Kimi was my king. He was sitting in 3rd place heading into Brazil 2007 with basically zero chance, then he just went out there, fooled both Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez on track, and snatched the title.

True, but he did it in a dominant car. The championship wasn't won solely on pure driving skill, much like his time at McLaren.

The number of titles shows he wasn't some once-in-a-generation talent. Just an average guy. ☕
My bad, he jumped ship to rally right after that. 🤣
jadeseal7 said:How did Kimi actually get there? He was definitely more solid than Sebastian Vettel. It was a fight right until the final race. I'm guessing you didn't even watch NASCAR 2007.

Right, he showed up in a car gifted to him by Michael Schumacher and Ross Brawn. After that, it was pretty much a whole lot of nothing. ☕
fadedwalker18 said:Fernando, enough with the headlines... just get back into that McLaren seat from 2015 and show everyone what really happened back in F1 2007!

Exactly. Go back to where you started. 🤣
David Anderson72 said:Yeah, their cars are basically identical. 🙂

Of course they "don't," just like how Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa "don't." 😵
jadeseal7 said:It’s impossible to say that if the car fails, it wasn't a fluke, especially since Kimi and Fernando always squeeze out everything they can.

Sure, I guess those four world titles speak for themselves. Right? ☕

Inace Alosno and Kimi don't even have as many titles combined as Vettel. And we all know how Fernando got his versus how Kimi got his. This kind of nonsense could be used against any world champion. 🙂
Tyler Bennett5 said:One half of a season might be a fluke or just bad luck, but four seasons in a row
is only a "fluke" if you're one of those biased Ferrari fans.
It’ll be easier on you if you just face reality sooner rather than later.

And honestly, facing the truth can sting. But if it bothers someone, let it—Fernando is a World Championship runner-up. 🤣
darkmarlin16 said:Fernando dominated that maestralan race. I’m calling a win for him on October 13th.

If that's the case, it just proves how much he's coasting, which makes him a pretty mediocre driver.

Take one less pit stop in boxing and what do you have? A maestralan race? 🤣
Michael Diaz4 said:Bravo. Schumacher joined a struggling Ferrari and turned them into champions after two decades of waiting... meanwhile, Vettel just stepped into a top-tier setup and took the glory. The greats take average teams and elevate them to the podium, turning them into legends.

Spot on. 🙂
jadeseal7 said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeZcKk4RaA0

Smart enough.

Spare me the melodrama. 🙄

Give me actual arguments, not just feelings. 🙄

Most Ayrton Senna fans hated Michael Schumacher for the exact same reasons Alonso fans hate Sebastian Vettel today. The only difference is that Senna didn't live long enough to see what Alonso has dealt with. People just get annoyed by their results, which were both built on the back of those two German drivers, while these two haven't quite reached that level. 😉
darkmarlin16 said:33 wins, all from the front two rows. I don't think he's ever actually won from P4. 🙏

He put in one of his better drives today... sure, if you say so. 👍

That just means he's incredibly dominant. Plus, the guy almost never makes a mistake bad enough to force a DNF.

Even when he isn't taking the top spot, he's busy collecting podiums and points like a little honeybee. 😉
jadeseal7 said:Why doesn't Vettel just join Force India and turn them into a championship-winning team?🤣 Honestly, I don't know what I'm arguing with these people.

He ended up at Red Bull Racing.

But how did we suddenly reach a point where we're comparing Ayrton Senna to an average driver like Vettel? It feels wrong.🤣

So, why didn't he go? Like Michael Schumacher? 🤣

There's no way he was the greatest. Only true myth-makers would claim that.😉
