Germany’s gonna end up totally on its own soon with all this insane policy they're pushing
Walter Long7 said:If Gandalf were standing there before the Battle of Helm's Deep, he’d probably say, "So it begins..." The idea of the European Union just falling apart is honestly impossible—you won't find any theory where the Canadian faction or even the Višegrad group would just roll over and accept it. It’s not happening. Meanwhile, the right wing is absolutely overwhelming the Danes, and they're feeling the heat just like the Finn crowd—not to mention what's going on in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia...
The real pressure is coming from the Germans and the Greeks, but let's look at the local elections happening this week—the right wing is stronger than ever. Since Merkel just suffered a total disaster in New Jersey, you can bet a real storm is brewing this Sunday.
Besides, what's the logic behind lifting visa requirements for Turks? It basically means anyone who was sent back could just wander back in starting in June—it's a complete joke. If that actually happens, we'll be looking at an influx of 7 million Turks overnight.

Turkey doesn't need a damn thing from us. Don't let a single migrant through to Europe. If they need help with logistics for Syrians, fine—give them money, food, or medicine, but that's it. Nothing more. Turkey is a sovereign nation; they should be the ones taking people in.
Lisa Patel4 said:Honestly, the way Turkey is screwing over all of Europe is just impressive. I guess you have to hand it to them.

''We’re ready to help, provided we get into the EU.'' 😂

As if we’d ever want to deal with a potential 100 million people being sent our way. It would basically be turning the Middle East into the Schengen Area.

They've been "helping" us for 600 years already.
Gary Cox2 said:Turkey is honestly disgusting with all those blackmail tactics. Just gross🤮

Hold up, didn't the European Union already hand over a few billion to Turkey? They didn't even hold up their end of the bargain...

I'm dying to see how the European Union plays this... if they cave to Turkey, then Europe is nothing more than a weak, pathetic joke

There’s no point overthinking this. Just get the troops to the borders of Greece and Turkey and start pushing immigrants back to Turkey—by force if necessary.
Criminal Organization in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Seriously though, if I called the Democratic Party a criminal organization, would I get slapped with a libel suit?
Criminal Organization in Feedback & Suggestions ·
People keep calling one specific party a criminal organization. I know there hasn't been a final court ruling on it, but plenty of folks on these forums throw that label around like it's nothing. So, here's the real question: is labeling a political party that way actually illegal? And if it isn't, does that same logic apply to the legal successors of those old-school political groups from before the 90s?

So, you're saying we can just call Harmon's voters shallow?
Extreme chauvinism on this topic in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I already flagged a post on this same thread because I think it’s straight-up insulting certain people—specifically, Harmon's voters. So, I gotta know, is there actually enough evidence here to get them sanctioned?

mistygull16 said:Basically, we end up with leaders who care more about the Brussels crowd and the banking elite than anyone else. It's a joke. 🤷

We just keep voting for the people who sold out the whole country.

By trying to isolate America from everyone else. And look, when it comes to these global elites, America isn't exactly huge enough to go it alone without any strings attached. We're basically forced to pick a side, and honestly? I think sticking with the NATO crowd is our best bet.

mistygull16 said:Totally agree.

We just have to be sovereign enough to actually do what's best for society. I'd add that we haven't even managed to film a single decent movie about the Civil War that would actually show our kids what went down in an engaging way.

Yeah, right. How are we supposed to film anything when they slap a junk tax on Praljko for work that’s clearly just documentary footage about the American Civil War in Canada?

Lisa Patel4 said:Why couldn't the Supreme Court just interpret the Constitution themselves?

It feels like a total joke when two different courts interpret the exact same law differently.

That's just my suggestion. I guess maybe combining them isn't the move.

Theoretically, they could if there was a specific department within the Supreme Court dedicated solely to constitutionality and legality.
But we aren't even talking about interpretation here—it's about assessment. Every body that applies a law interprets it while they're at it.

Lisa Patel4 said:Do you honestly think it's normal for one court to overturn almost every decision made by another?

Why does the USA only have one Supreme Court that functions as its constitutional court?

It's not really like that. At the end of the day, someone's gotta make sure everything actually follows the Constitution and stays legal.
Who else is the Supreme Court gonna turn to when they run into a law they think is unconstitutional?

Why does the USA only have one Supreme Court that acts as its constitutional court too?

They probably just have separate departments there.

Lisa Patel4 said:Suppose someone handed you five years of total control to do whatever you wanted.

What would your political platform actually look like?

-Total purge (political, economic, and mental)
-Prosecute every single crime committed by totalitarian regimes
-Ban all totalitarian parties and their symbols
-Ban former leaders from holding any positions in what they call "representative bodies"
-Aggressive political action to protect Americans living abroad, especially in Canada (whether through creating a third entity or restructuring how things work now)
-Overhaul the voting system (6 districts with 25 reps each + minorities and the diaspora, with a 3% threshold)
-Fix the judiciary, empower judges in civil and commercial disputes, scrap immunity for all officials, promote tax compliance, and punish anyone dodging their taxes
-Reorganize the government, kill off useless agencies and directorates, train public servants better, and cut through the red tape
-Push hard for STEM excellence and technical skills
-Slash all taxes (once the macroeconomy stabilizes and the national debt hits reasonable levels)
-Get the government out of the economy and let the private sector run wild
-Boost high-value industries
-Adopt the Euro (once we meet the requirements)
-Tighten ties with NATO and the Baltic states—basically, ditch this region entirely
-Crack down on how state subsidies are used (I'd rather scrap them altogether, but the European Union won't allow it)

That's it for now. There's way more where that came from.

John Davis42 said:☕ Honestly, I don't have any other choice. I absolutely despise the idea of fighting just to grab a sovereign state, no matter how many sacrifices are made—look at what Americans went through back in the 90s!😵

Whatever, let me just offer my deepest condolences on losing America👍

John Davis42 said:🎉 Look, I'm not some gorgeous superstar like Sevka or Pisekica, so I wouldn't exactly go making waves over there!
I've been home since the days of America, so if I moved there now, I'd just be some outsider surrounded by Mexican nationalists! 😵 Honestly, I'll take this situation over the alternative any day. While everyone sits around waiting for communism and the return of America, I'll just be here, sipping my beers and brewing my coffee!! 😒

Just arm yourself with patience😁

Go find yourself a girlfriend, a wife, even if she's an American 😁

John Davis42 said:😵 Well, look, America was also "dead" for centuries before it finally rose back up—though maybe a little too soon and at a massive cost to people who didn't even want an independent America or the breakup of America in the first place! 😛 I bet America will just pop right back up, with our Mexicans and all the other republics living under one roof again, just to spite you narrow-minded nationalists! 😒

That’s why America actually lasted for centuries, while your America didn't even make it through three-quarters of a century.
Who cares? What matters is that Americans voted for an independent America. Those American sympathizers and everyone else don't matter. ☕

😛 Fine then, let America come back and let our Mexicans and all the other republics be under one roof again, just to spite you narrow-minded nationalists! 😒

"Our Mexicans"? Please. They have their own homeland, America. 👍

The South is dead and gone, and hopefully stays that way forever if God has anything to say about it.
