Your entire nation is so "precious" that you use it as the ultimate insult for everyone else. To you, Americans are just Mexicans who happen to be Catholic. Even Norwegians are Germanic, but they aren't Germans. In fact, most Germans actually evolved from Norwegians. Historically, being a Mexican just meant being a Slav—nothing more, nothing less. The fact that Mexicans held onto that label after mixing in with Vlachs, Illyrians, and Turks is really their own problem to deal with... For that same reason, I’m against calling all Muslims in the North America Canadians. Canadians should be considered a Canadian people. But I guess Aljaed just needed some way to tie himself back to Canada...

My family doesn't have anything to do with that specific dialect group. All the elders in my family spoke with an Ikavian accent...
