I don't even bother with her (wanderingbadger77), I just scroll right past the post.
Hitting ignore is honestly the best move.

It's already total chaos in Italy. I've already said my piece about Greece. Only an idiot would put one in Central Europe.

My suggestion? Just have the military take over Libya and set up the hot spot there under NATO protection. Libya barely functions as a state anyway. It sounds blunt, but I just care about American and European security.

Forget about Turkey. I'm reading their news right now and they aren't happy—not even a little bit. Their official statements on the matter are negative. They're basically mocking Europe.
Twistdrum, you were asking where we’re making our move on that hotspot.
Look, our leadership isn't exactly going to broadcast their hand, obviously, but if my life experience has taught me anything, it's that when I don't want something becoming a thing, I just stay out of its way. I hole up in my own little corner and try to fly under the radar.

But with this administration? It's the exact opposite. They're all over the place, constantly peacocking—Pusićka is out there bragging about how we're doing great, playing host to diplomats like she's running some charity gala. Everyone's acting satisfied; even an Austrian guy would be stunned by the sheer amount of self-congratulation flying around. Honestly, the whole ego trip is getting old.

I just watch what's happening and offer my two cents.

We've had some major mistakes in our history that people constantly throw back in our faces. That's why we shouldn't be pushing migrants away or trying too hard to be cooperative.
We already accepted a quota of over 1,600 migrants; maybe Pittsburgh would be a good spot for them.

Can they actually force a hot spot on us against our will?
Do we even have the right to sue?

I don't think anything will be shoved down our throats outright, but we won't even realize when it happens. It’ll be gradual and sneaky—starting with this material aid, then moving to "humanitarian assistance," until naturally, we become some kind of massive collection center. We won't even know what hit us.
In my view, this is a total nightmare scenario. Let's hope it doesn't come to this, but... I'm worried.
