@ Dennis Davis5 - they come in a few different versions... either tablets in small or large bottles, or those powder packets (which supposedly work fastest, though I haven't tried them yet). Maybe try the Sumac tablets in a smaller bottle just to see if they work for you.😉

Thanks. It’s way too expensive for me to fuck $33 over that. So, I think I'll pass on buying them.

I don't drink, I don't smoke, I get enough sleep, and my diet is solid. It's just the heat. I don't need a lecture.🥱

The answer is Maca root. It helped me get back to feeling normal again.🙂

Food alone isn't the solution.

Thanks for the tip. They look a bit pricey at $33, but they might be worth a shot.😛

I don't have any infections or mental health issues. It might just be some stress... ☕

Thanks for the Guaraná tea. 👍

I feel exhausted quite often, especially after a long night out on the town. I just run completely out of steam. Some people suggested my blood sugar might be low, so I've been sticking to energy drinks like Red Bull, Monster Energy, or Coca-Cola...

I'm also going to start taking royal jelly capsules again. I haven't touched them in two months, but ever since I started back in the fall of 2013, I haven't caught a single cold. Royal jelly is amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Well, thanks for the insight... I wake up feeling like I have zero strength in my hands. It’s a struggle just to hold a glass of water. And I already drink plenty of fluids and stay out of the sun. Either give some actual helpful advice or just keep it to yourself.

Hi there. Can anyone recommend some good energy supplements? With this summer heat, I’ve been feeling pretty wiped out lately—especially right when I wake up, but also during the day. Thanks!
Poltergeist (2014) in Movies ·
I wouldn't say it was a bad movie, but it wasn't exactly a masterpiece either. 5/10
It definitely deserves a positive rating, though. I had a good time watching it at the AMC theater; there were plenty of funny moments that kept me laughing. 🙂My only real gripe is that some of the "scary" scenes didn't quite hit the mark.
Horns (2013) in Movies ·
I thought the first part of the movie was actually pretty intriguing. It lasted about a third of the way through, just like people were saying. After that, I started regretting sitting through it because this specific take on sci-fi just isn't my style. It felt cliché, a bit childish, and those whole demon/hellish elements didn't make any sense to me... but I finished it anyway since I've already wasted too much time on movies lately, so might as well see it through.

Getaway (2013) in Movies ·
Even with the terrible reviews, I found this movie pretty gripping and exciting. 8/10 👍 It only drags a bit toward the end. The concept of a disembodied voice issuing commands and threatening the lead's wife is actually a great hook. This could have been a massive hit if the execution had been more creative. They really should have added more characters, some more inventive challenges, and maybe even some action scenes outside the car or more gunfights. If they had gone that route, it would’ve been a total winner... 🍿
My professor is wearing a Che Guevara shirt in Close to Politics ·

It's a communist symbol.

The European Union issued a declaration condemning communist regimes back in 2006, and the USA followed suit in 2008. I honestly don't think someone serving as a government official should be carrying those views around.
My professor is wearing a Che Guevara shirt in Close to Politics ·
A teaching assistant at a major state university was wearing a t-shirt featuring Che Guevara. Since he isn't the lead professor, I'm wondering if this is even allowed. Given that his image represents a communist ideology responsible for millions of deaths—which stands in direct opposition to the democratic values we uphold here in the US—could there be any legal repercussions or sanctions if a lawsuit were filed?
They really should have had her voice playing in the background as a narrator since the book is written in the first person anyway. It would've helped flesh out her character much better, I think. I haven't actually read the books, so that's just my take, but it seems like a logical move. 👍
The Purge: Anarchy (2014) in Movies ·
I'm happy with this one. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who digs fast-paced thrillers, horror, or action flicks. It stays engaging from start to finish. It’s not exactly a masterpiece or an instant classic, but it’s solid—honestly better than the first movie. It keeps you hooked the whole way through. As far as the horror element goes, I’d call this more of a softcore horror.

Spoilers

Yeah, I wish they had shown more of those masked characters. Also, the rule about not using weapons above level 4 is pretty interesting, but what even is "level 4"? There are a few plot holes there. We also saw the first instance of someone seeking revenge for a crime committed last year. Still, I think this franchise could eventually produce a true classic. The Purge has huge potential. 👍
That trailer looks promising. We'll see how it actually turns out, but I've become such a huge fan of THG that I'm really looking forward to this one.🙂 This is definitely a must-watch on the big screen.

What's the issue with Jennifer? She's gorgeous, has an amazing voice, and she's a great actress. Though, I suppose beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
Non-stop [2014] in Movies ·
I'm on board with what most people are saying here. There isn't much more to add since we've seen this all before. It definitely could have been handled better, but Liam Neeson has enough charisma to make it worth the watch.

Olympus Has Fallen (2013) in Movies ·
Not my cup of tea. I didn't really enjoy it, but I stuck it out until the credits rolled. It’s just your standard action flick—great cast, but that's about it.

Absolutely brilliant movie. Both Bale and Russell Crowe are incredible from start to finish. 🙂 I really love this kind of adventurous Western that doesn't rely on some cheesy romance subplot. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys crime adventures.

And if you don't like the film, watch it just for the stunning scenery—I absolutely love it.

She had already made her mark in Hollywood long before she ever dated Depp.
