this total pot-head 😁 keeps messing with my short circuits—and now this guy is screwing with my password... honestly, just a couple of absolute jokers. 😛
You're gonna lose all your user settings—total wipeout. When you hit the next boot-up, everything should just load back up with those standard factory defaults. I might be off base here, but honestly, doesn't that just make the most sense?
I finally got my first antivirus software installed this year—McAfee, actually, just because I managed to burn a copy at work. Since I started using computers back in '77, I’ve only ever had one virus alert (way back in '97 from some old floppy disk) and one single security breach. Honestly, I was just being an idiot—I totally forgot what that .exe file on my desktop was for and ran it. The second the little guy wiped everything, I realized I was supposed to be inspecting it first to see what it did! A friend had received it via AOL Instant Messenger, and I told her to send it over so I could track down the hacker. Needless to say, the hacker found me instead, and it ended with a full format and having to change every single one of my email passwords.

Honestly, this constant internet access is wild... especially when I'm sitting here at work. 😁

You should really grab the latest version of McAfee. It's honestly great—plus it comes with Norton running in the background to keep an eye on everything, and they're always uploading those .ide files for the newest viruses over at mcafee.com...👍 Norton is just easier to use, though—updates are a breeze and the virus library is a bit tighter..

Plus, if you're using AOL Instant Messenger, your chances of getting blasted by even more spam go through the roof. 😁 And honestly? The absolute worst part is when one of your friends sends a forwarded email where everyone's address is totally exposed... I mean, you look at the header and see 15 addresses, then 20 from the previous loop, then dozens more from before that... 😠 all because people find it too hard to just use the BCC field. Seriously, what a nightmare.
Your computer security is basically non-existent right now. You could start by clearing out all your cookies and emptying that temporary internet files folder—that’s a start! Then, maybe bump your internet security settings up to medium and set it to prompt you every single time a server tries to send a cookie? What else...? Hmm, oh! Change your email address. I actually use a fake one whenever I'm signing up for Windows or installing new programs. All that junk mail just goes to that dummy account, which keeps my Hotmail totally clean. As for the little bit of spam that does leak through... well, Hotmail has an option to block those crappy servers entirely.
Personally, I think "Because the Night" hits different when Natalie Merchant sings it... plus, she actually nails "Major Tom" better than David Bowie did...
Even back when techno was at its absolute peak—I was still just a high schooler then—I could never bring myself to listen to Scooter. Marusha and Westbam? Sure, I could vibe to them. But Scooter? Just wasn't my thing.
I totally lose it over these: Metallica - fear of the dark Public Enemy - Fight the power, get The fuck outta dodge Soul Asylum - Runaway train G'n'R - you could be mina MS Soul Asylum - Runaway train G'n'R - You could be mine Dynamite - IT takes more Sugababes - Round round Sugababes - Round round
And these are my go-to chill tracks: Led Zeppelin - stairway to heaven Creedence Clearwater Revival - have you ever seen The Rain queen - Bohemian rhapsody Laury Hill - mtv unplugged album
This one always makes me tear up: Toni Braxton - un-break my heart
But I absolutely love these: Toni Braxton - ur makin me high Barry White - Can't Get Enough Of Your Love Laury Hill - cant taka my eyes OFF of you

So, I just delete the violence gene and suddenly I'm God? LOL, give me a break! 😁 😁
Wait, wait, hold on... are you actually telling me God isn't violent? 😕 What a joke. We've officially entered religion territory—it's time for me to head out.
... I just had the most brilliant idea. Maybe a fleet of seven Angelina Jolie clones? One for every day of the week—and then the original could come out for the big stuff, like the Fourth of July or Thanksgiving. 😁
Since they don't have a super fast phaser refresh rate—and let's face it, they aren't exactly spamming photon torpedoes either—they’d probably struggle big time against a squadron of A-wings and X-wings. But then again, you've got Seven of Nine there, right? She’d probably integrate Borg tech in a matter of seconds and suddenly everyone else is dropping like flies. And Neelix? He'd probably turn those Mon Calamari prisoners into some kind of fancy seafood salad.
That leaves us wondering: The Delta Flyer vs. an X-wing?
I mean, the X-wing does come packing a few guided torpedoes... hmm.
..Man, I’m such a space cadet—totally missed this thread, so I went ahead and started the exact same one. Great minds think alike, right? 😉
Anyway, moving on! The only showdown I actually care about is: Padmé Amidala vs. Seven of Nine :
1. Wet t-shirt contest: Seven of Nine 2. Hair style: Padmé Amidala 3. Makeup: Padmé Amidala 4. "Get lost" attitude: Seven of Nine 5. Miss Congeniality: Padmé Amidala 6. Solving equations: Seven of Nine 7. Mud wrestling: Seven of Nine
Basically, Seven of Nine takes the win here just because she's got the experience—I mean, Amidala is still just a kid, isn't she?
