Instead of finding ways to make our highways pay for themselves, we’re just looking for new ways to monetize the national debt...
Is this just a political smear piece?? Or does nobody actually understand how economics works anymore!????
Here I am
again
and maybe I’m just being impatient
but please, tell me
is this some kind of political pamphlet?

Or just
some high-society drama from a lady who thinks she's too important?🤔
Well, alright
I was actually sitting here thinking maybe it would be worth printing this all out
just to make a little something on the side😵
What do you guys think?
How much could someone realistically get for this
say
from Mr. Šeks or Mr. Grbin? 👏

Maybe try actually reading the text
instead of just skimming the surface
before you drop a comment. 🎉
God and the Americans, give me strength.
How would you react if someone secretly dropped a poster in your lap with this kind of message?🤔

A Manifesto on behalf of the people

The specter of bankruptcy is haunting America

The foundation of Freedom Party is a thriving economy. Everything else is just icing on the cake, even if it matters plenty.
A strong economy relies on a balance between labor and capital. During the formation of the United States, capital was essentially laundered—transformed from public assets into private hands through shady means. The ruling elite actually admitted it was "our" property, yet they acted like it belonged to everyone, which really meant it belonged to no one. Labor lost the fight against capital because capital had access to cash that fell into fertile political soil. Or rather, a political swamp where you could live comfortably off bribes just to stay ahead of the competition. Simply put, you could lie to facilitate theft. That’s how the term "useful embezzlement" was born. You just had to be careful not to overdo it, since the Communist Party acted as both the watchdog and the judge.
What we’re left with are the "trained professionals" who now carry out these practices without oversight, lining their own pockets using taxpayer money.
Our budget is unsustainably bloated. It’s like a sack that certain insiders have poked countless unnecessary holes in. Instead of patching those holes or scaling back necessary spending to a reasonable level, they just keep stuffing more money into the bag. Money that hasn't been earned. They are filling the bag with funds that our children and grandchildren will be forced to earn.
Politics dictates the budget. When listening to politicians, you mostly hear ideological bickering about historical grievances, but when the conversation turns to money, the debate becomes a vicious argument over who stole more.
When we built this nation, we were promised democracy and a free market. Instead, we got party-driven rule and clientelism. We are split into two groups: the political caste, which holds the power and manages our lives, and the people.
This political caste regenerates itself through elections. But the elections aren't fair. They don't allow us to vote for actual individuals by name; instead, we vote for parties that politicians claim are independent organizations. On top of that, there is "electoral engineering" designed to ignore the voters' will, ensuring a stable political system that is simultaneously driving us toward an economic abyss.
Both Kurt and Murta promise to reform the electoral system. I don't buy it. If they truly wanted to, they could have done it years ago. They haven't because they prefer the "murky waters" where laziness, disorder, and irresponsibility can hide. This way of governing by the political caste has caused a political crisis, which led to an economic one, and finally, a moral one. Only real change can pull us out of this mess. Change requires a fairer electoral system as a prerequisite for democratizing society. Right now, the political caste is only offering us cosmetic fixes.
We should fight for electoral reform by calling for a referendum, just as the University of Iowa association envisioned.
We can't let them block us from exercising our right to a direct vote via referendum. That's their next trick.

Some doctors are pushing for it, while others are telling patients to steer clear because of some bad outcomes they've seen. I’m looking for actual experiences, recommendations, or just general thoughts... I honestly don't know what the right move is. I'm not even feeling any symptoms or issues right now, but still...

Look, every medical procedure has its pros and cons.
There’s always going to be some level of risk involved with anything you do.
That's why
it's usually best to follow a specialist's lead—even if they aren't perfect.
The thing is,
they have a much lower chance of messing up than we do, considering we don't really have the training.
And honestly?
The biggest risk of making a mistake is
if you end up following advice you found on an internet forum.
Why? Because
there are two main issues here (at the very least):😁
First, we know virtually nothing about you or your specific situation (which, in your case, involves having no symptoms at all) 😂 and
second, you know almost nothing about us people offering advice.🙏

So, wiredfox34 actually showed up after all.

Well, I suppose there’s more than a little room for commentary here.

First, let me quote the post.

We’ve finally scheduled the ERCP. It’s happening in New York City next week.
On top of all that, we’ve got an angiography scheduled. Hopefully, that gives the doctors enough to work with before they decide on surgery.
ju.
I have to say, we’ve had a hell of a time getting to this point. It really feels like the system is just broken.
It’s totally self-contained. From the outside, sure, it looks like everything is running smoothly, but that’s just the surface level. It only actually starts to work when...
Once you get inside, you realize it's mostly just winging it and improvising on the fly.

Even when the system is completely broken, people like you give us reason to stay hopeful.
Let’s keep this momentum going. Seriously, a huge thank you to everyone for the support—it means the world. Stay strong out there.
Fingers.

It’s been five years since that post was written, and honestly? Things have only gone downhill from there.
People like you? You guys just got lost somewhere in the vast, empty wilderness of neoliberal capitalism. It’s all gone completely off the rails, leaving nothing behind—not even a single post.
So, I’ve been thinking... if someone—let’s call them a patient, to be polite—finds themselves in a position where they've already gone through two failed attempts to clear a stone from their bile duct, who exactly is the next person on the list to contact? Who do you actually turn to when things aren't working?

The bottom line? All in all.
Hey, Adam Smith, why don't you just tell us what's actually going on? If I'm supposed to know how you feel, you'll have to speak up first.
I'm happy to jump in.
Just taking some notes while I work.😍

I think it’s worth pointing out
that it’s all happening in the brain—yours, obviously,
but his too, since you’re both working toward the same goal here.
So,
he needs to step up and be more mindful of how you're feeling.
In other words,
just relax and follow what Velma tells you to do. Stop stressing about whether you'll reach a climax or feeling responsible for the outcome.
If it happens, it happens.
If it doesn't, just let him know he needs to start breaking a sweat from the get-go.
That way, he gets to see this new side of you. Who knows? He might actually love it.
You never know.

😵 😁

Unbelievable.
Listen, X...
Your wife is telling you straight up,
Look, we’re having the exact same experience.
Basically,
When you're solo and getting way too focused, your carotid arteries constrict just to pump more blood into... well, the equipment.
And it's happening to you too.
All four of those neck arteries tighten up, leaving your brain starving for oxygen.
The blood goes south,
And what happens next? Who knows. Maybe it all ends up in some cave formations down there.👋

So, here's the thing.
It's all caught in the middle.
For environmental reasons,
the Cow is the problem.
Why?
Because she eats the grass, ruins the greenery, and then farts out methane.
That greenhouse gas
is what drives global warming,
eventually turning everything into a desert.

👎 Turn the Cow into a well.

Man, you really went on a rant there, didn't you?
I don't think you're actually looking for a meaningful discussion here,
you're just hunting for a way to make a quick buck.

So, look,
listen closely,

As long as there have been people on this planet, there have been problems—and naturally, there has always been marketing.
The trick is to identify a problem and then engineer a marketing angle to sell a product.
And let's be honest, you can only ever prove that things like minerals, vitamins, or even distilled water aren't inherently harmful.
Look at the issues we face today:
obesity,
balding,
cardiovascular disease... .......
Just watch the endless sea of "saviors" and their supplements.
Target obesity? The result is a population that keeps getting heavier. Target balding? The result is a population that keeps getting bald. Target cardiovascular issues? Well, thanks to our one true savior, may God deliver us from those results.

I hope you're finally satisfied with that sensible answer.
In the meantime, stick to some old-fashioned wisdom:
eat, drink, stay varied, and practice moderation. Enjoy life and enjoy a good drink,
and keep exercising regularly
until your muscles are absolutely swollen. 👋

Well, there's your solution right there.

Go ahead and label me a Cow killer
if you want,
but I'd probably focus on breeding the Cow first
before I ever thought about cutting its throat.👍
Best swimming goggles? in Health ·
rustyridge said:Betty Rivera14, you're overreacting...
I’ve been swimming in the ocean without goggles since I was a kid, but this year I finally decided to grab a pair for the exact reason you mentioned.
Try swimming back to shore after a solid thirty-minute stint when the sun is absolutely blinding you, then get back to me.🙂

Enijo,
watch out for those "expert" lectures.
The people we typically call swimmers actually fall into two camps: floaters—those who just bob along with their heads above the surface because they haven't mastered "breathing" in the water—and actual swimmers, who stay submerged and know how to breathe underwater.
Only real swimmers bother with goggles (and you've heard enough about them already).
As for the floaters? They could probably get by with sunglasses on their noses. Not that they would, obviously.
So,
Just go buy some decent goggles—clear lenses, since the sun won't bother you once you're under the surface—and focus on learning how to actually breathe in the water first.
peace,
👋
