That was for an entire night out, and I weigh about 175 lbs. I can't imagine what would happen if some average girl weighing maybe 120 lbs tried to knock that back on an empty stomach...
Look, I don't weigh 120 lbs (sadly 😁) and I'm not really much of a drinker, but what you just described sounds like nothing to me 🙂 I guess you could say I have a pretty high tolerance 😁
What kind of arthritis runs in your family? Is it rheumatoid? No, this doesn't really feel like the start of arthritis to me. Honestly, having your knees pop when you bend them isn't a big deal. It happens to a huge number of people...
Go ahead and get checked out by a doctor, but in the meantime, maybe try cutting back on the smoking and coffee. Just focus on leveling up your lifestyle overall—get enough sleep, find a way to decompress from stress, and eat a bit cleaner.
Is there any chance you’ve been dealing with some heavy stress lately? Sometimes everything just hits your body all at once after a rough patch...

Didn't I tell you it was the drops? 🙂))
Well, I'm really glad you went to see the doctor. Things will probably settle back down once you stop using those drops...
Somewhere there was a thread about this... He basically just went on his own rant. Honestly, I didn't even delete it, I just closed the whole thing down...
I’m actually going to kill myself... I am never, ever sitting stuck at this desk without moving again.
Now I'm heading out to play some basketball and praying to the heavens that everything just snaps back into place, and that I can actually bend over without an issue...😬
Drew Mitchell55 said:Is it okay to take a shower (like, with lukewarm water) while I have a fever? My family is telling me I shouldn't, but I'm honestly just feeling so gross and greasy...
Of course you can. Besides, taking a lukewarm shower can actually help bring a fever down a little bit...
Wait, isn't the whole trick with iron to take it on an empty stomach? I thought you weren't supposed to eat anything for at least half an hour after taking it, unless you're having some orange juice to help with absorption?
If it's hitting your stomach hard—it definitely will...
I really hope someone reaches out with their own experience, but honestly, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to just give your OB-GYN a call and ask them directly.
Honestly, I think your best bet regarding those eye drops is to just touch base with your ophthalmologist. Or, you could always head over to one of those big-name retailers like Target or Walmart that have an optometrist's office right inside...
Check your posture for a second. Is your neck tilted or is your head "slumping forward" while you're grinding away at the computer?
It could be that your monitor is sitting too low—that’s a huge culprit right there. Or maybe your desk is too low, or your chair is set way too high?
Honestly, you probably just aren't moving enough. Poor circulation can lead to those annoying tingles, and let's face it, those physical issues often have a psychological component too.
What you're feeling is your body's first warning sign that your lifestyle isn't quite where it needs to be. If you don't want things to get worse, you really need to take action now.
If nothing else, trying out some yoga or Pilates might do wonders for you...

I don't know about you guys, but I’m actually allergic to chamomile. Last time I tried using those herbal compresses on my eyelids, I broke out in such a terrible rash all over my face... it was honestly a nightmare. My eyelids swelled up twice their normal size, and my eyes were itching like crazy for hours. If I even drink a cup of chamomile tea, it gives me terrible stomach pains.
Look, I honestly have no clue either, so you should probably go double-check that yourself.
I remember once being prescribed some Neosporin drops for conjunctivitis, and they aren't exactly harmless if you end up using them for too long. My doctor gave them to me for allergic conjunctivitis, thinking I’d just use the whole bottle up... then I actually read the fine print. It mentioned all these potential side effects if used over an extended period and insisted on mandatory follow-ups with an ophthalmologist... so I just tossed the bottle in the trash (my allergies aren't even that bad; it's just ragweed season, which usually lasts about a month for me).
Of course, that doesn't mean your situation is the same, but when it comes to your eyes and dizziness, you really shouldn't mess around...
