Whoa, hold on! You totally skipped over the part where he actually recovered twice. And honestly, you probably know a whole army of people who’ve bounced back twice too—basically everyone on the planet at this point! Seriously, you're some kind of statistical miracle, I mean it. You should probably go buy a lottery ticket right now because you're clearly on a winning streak!
Andrew Miller102 said:Are you kidding me right now? Seriously? Dropping praise like that for RealPlayer? Uhm, 😁try enabling DirectX Video Acceleration in there and let me know if it actually works, or honestly, just try using it to trim video clips—I put a link to Windows Media Player down below so you can give it a spin and see for yourself. No biggie! 🍿 🙂
Nope, I am totally not joking! Not one single other player I’ve messed around with has all the bells and whistles that RealPlayer does.
Oh, and that DirectX Video Acceleration thing... I gotta admit, I don't even know what that is or what it's supposed to do. 🤷But hey, it’s never really come up for me before!
As for Windows Media Player, you mentioned it's basically an upgraded version of QuickTime? Well, okay, that sounds worth a shot, I'll check it out. Here is what I had to say about QuickTime about a year ago:

RealPlayer is seriously light years ahead of that MPC guy, and honestly, it puts all those other players to shame too. But hey, whatever, people are gonna have their opinions, right? To each their own! 🙂 🙂
Look, there isn't any software out there that can actually pull off what you're looking for, and honestly? I don't think one ever will. It’s just not happening. I mean, unless we're talking about some high-tech Hollywood magic in shows like CSI or whatever...
Yeah, my bad! I was totally half-asleep when I typed that up.
So, here’s the deal: when you hit hibernation, everything in your RAM gets dumped onto the hard drive and the computer shuts down completely. But with sleep mode? The PC stays technically "on." The hard drive stops spinning, sure, but the memory and the processor are still getting juice.
Alex Barnes4 said:So, what's even the real difference between sleep mode and hibernation??
Honestly, there's barely any difference! The main thing is that during hibernation, your hard drive actually powers down, whereas in sleep mode, it stays active...
Got a Motorola? With Microsoft Office, you can whip up and send MMS messages, plus handle pretty much everything else you’d normally do right on the phone itself!
Look, Nero isn't slow at all—not if you actually stop installing all that extra junk you don't need! I'm running Nero 8 on my machine right now, but I kept it lean: just the Nero burning ROM and Nero Express, nothing else. Honestly? It pops open way faster than Ashampoo, which I’ve got sitting on my drive too.
I've never had an issue where Nero failed to burn something correctly, but man, I have definitely run into problems with Ashampoo before. 🙂
Man, you really didn't put much effort into this one! Honestly, if you just toss that into Google, you'll find a torrent download sitting right there in the top three results. I literally just tried it myself.
If you're ripping stuff to MP3 at a 320 kbps bitrate, honestly, you aren't going to notice any difference in quality at all...
And look, if you think you can fix ripped songs by recording them as live audio, that's just not how it works—you won't be fixing the quality that way!
