So, I was out running along the riverwalk a couple days ago and messed up my left foot. Didn't feel a thing when I got back home, but after a few hours—once things cooled down—it started killing me...
It only hurts when I'm walking or standing. Moving it around in different directions doesn't bother it at all.
Then this morning, the area where it hurts finally turned red.

I've been slathering on Voltaren and Deep Relief, but nothing's touching it. Just started using some Iontin, we'll see if that does anything.

Anyone got a clue what happened or why it's acting up like this?
