Can meditation actually help me? in Spirituality ·
mistygull16 said:But what does it actually boil down to? I mean, reading about these intense experiences... it’s kind of confusing. People talk about this massive power shift, but then you wonder if there's anything left afterward—like, does it leave you with some kind of clarity, or just being totally free from fear and sadness? It's hard to wrap my head around when I read these accounts. 🤔

Some folks say you don't even need to wake up your Kundalini to hit enlightenment, while others swear it's the only way. Then you've got the crowd saying it's tied to siddhis, which might actually get in the way of your spiritual progress, not to mention all the warnings about it being dangerous... 🤷

Look, none of that matters if it isn't true for you. What other people are yapping about doesn't change your reality.

Look, you can have all sorts of wild experiences, but I’m telling you, Kundalini is definitely a force for good. 🙂

If you're looking for a way in, I’d highly recommend checking out the guided meditations from Kelly Howell Awakening Kundalini. I haven't been at this forever, but I've probably blasted through those sessions at least 500 times by now. That's really all I've got for you. 😁

Tyler Williams80 said:So, let me introduce myself—I'm Philip. I’m 19, but honestly, I’ve never really been into the typical teenage stuff. For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with life values, building actual character, mental growth, and just... unlocking my full potential. Sometimes I get this massive hunger for knowledge and picking up new skills, but it feels like I haven't quite leveled up my spiritual training enough to actually think clearly and execute everything my brain comes up with—you know, basically just living a higher-quality life. I don't play video games, I barely spend any time scrolling through Netflix or wasting hours online, and I am absolutely fascinated by psychology—I'm constantly trying to apply it to my own life. I have this specific list of qualities I’m aiming for: patience, grit, decisiveness, reliability, creativity, self-control, and deep knowledge. To me, those are basically my Ten Commandments. Do you guys think meditation could actually help me reach those goals?
I'm open to whatever you've got, so please, share your experiences with meditation.

It can. You don't really have a choice, man. Just sit down, keep your back straight, and dive in (into the silence).
You’ll probably start feeling a shift in... you know, that whole list: patience, grit, decisiveness, being reliable, creativity, self-control, and wisdom... within like seven days.

It wouldn't hurt to use one of those wise hand gestures too, like touching your index finger to your thumb.

Spiritual Guides and How to Work With Them in Spirituality ·
It happens to me all the time—I’ll be obsessing over something, totally stuck, banging my head against the wall trying to make sense of it, and then I wake up and it’s just... clear. Like, boom. It turns out when you're dreaming, that rigid, annoying logic we cling to during the day just lets go. It's way easier to actually soak up guidance from our angels, spirits, or even our higher selves when we aren't busy overthinking everything.image

David Ross3 said:Can someone break this down for me? I was reading some stuff about angels, and this woman wrote about wanting to know if her angel was male or female—so she asked for a sign and ended up finding a blue feather. That totally piqued my interest, so I decided to ask the same thing myself... and then I dreamed I found this whole cluster of long, light blue feathers. Now I'm wondering—did I actually get my answer through the dream, or did I just dream it because I couldn't stop thinking about it?

You definitely got your answer in a dream.

just like pretty much everything else 😉

wearyowl29 said:But what if you just happen to be born with a silver spoon already in your mouth...?

Look, whether that spoon is gold or just cheap wood doesn't even matter. It’s all about reaching that level of spiritual awareness when the moment actually hits.
Some people get lucky and land in a wealthy family, while others end up struggling to make ends meet—whatever you want to call being broke—but on a soul level, we're already living in this state of eternal abundance. Everything else? It’s just a physical illusion. There's nothing "real" out there without our own personal projections, like our belief systems and the choices we make.

Honestly, you can't trust a single soul when it comes to spirituality nowadays, and this whole idea that being broke is some kind of sign of spiritual growth? That’s just plain toxic in this day and age.

Material wealth? Honestly, it’s just a state of mind.
Do we actually exist? in Spirituality ·
Kate James3 said:Can you extinguish a fire once it's gone?
Or sink a ship that’s already underwater?
What about paper after it's burned?

Of course they exist—they just change shape, simple as that.

Ever heard of parallel realities? Seriously. image

Think about that fire you supposedly "put out." 🥳

What happens to *you* when you "die"? Just trying to see where your head's at. 🙂
Do we actually exist? in Spirituality ·
There’s only one thing that’s actually impossible for us: not existing. We’re constantly shifting through this weird illusion we call time, but there's no way around it—we exist, one way or another. 🎉

Just kidding, lol

Seriously though, everything that exists stays part of existence forever, and stuff that doesn't exist? It’s never gonna happen. 🕺

They weren't delivering results because you guys weren't even using them properly. It’s honestly that simple if you actually understand how things work and why they happen.

I honestly don't get it. If someone’s being insulting or acting out, just give them a warning or hand out a penalty right away. Lay out the rules clearly, explain the process, and let's move on. Look, you've got a hundred different people here with a hundred different ways of thinking, and your whole job is to balance that out, keep things orderly, and actually make sure the conversation keeps moving.

Maybe I'm off base here, but this doesn't feel like much of an issue to me. Sure, your judgment as a moderator is huge, but if you're going to step up and take on that role, shouldn't you actually learn how to do it? You need to set aside your own personal biases and be objective. In a forum setting, that means embracing everyone's perspective instead of trying to kill off any kind of culture. It sounds simple enough, but it’s clearly a struggle when you put inexperienced kids with zero life experience or actual wisdom in charge of judging and shaping the community.

The thing is, when it comes to your own posts—all those threats about bans and red cards... you guys aren't always acting very classy yourselves.

Cheers.🙂

Hey, can you change my handle to Fire13? Just swap the 4 for a 3.

Sure thing, just reach out to rustydrifter10.
Honestly, if you're already going through the hassle of changing it, why not just pick something without numbers entirely? Right now, you're basically blending in with everyone else using names like Fire 15, Fire 16, and so on. Just a heads-up though—you only get one shot at a correction, so you might want to make this one count.

Joseph Allen71 said:Look, let’s cut the crap here. I’m the one who got fed up with the absolute mountain of nonsense you were spewing in your last post. I reacted the way I did because, frankly, it was justified—and yeah, I ended up getting slapped with a ban for "insults" because of it. But then, in your very next post, you had the nerve to come straight at me with a threat? Seriously? Maybe you weren't aware, but just because you hit delete doesn't mean it's gone. The admins can see everything, even your deleted posts. Don't think you're playing me.
Do any of the supermods or admins out there think my profile needs a little extra "weight" behind it? If so, please, feel free to work your magic. And as for my "reputation" around here... well, let's just say I've got thoughts. 🤣🙏 Honestly, as a forum regular, I’ve clearly lost all my street cred around here. I haven't posted in a few days, and I come back to realize absolutely nothing has changed. Not a single thing. Nobody—not even the mods—bothered to put up a black flag or anything, and honestly? No one even gave a damn. It’s like nobody even noticed or cared enough to stop the nonsense. Is anyone even paying attention anymore?

You again?! Seriously? 🤦

Why on earth would you want me to cut the story short? Seriously? Just spill the whole thing right here, please! I actually want to hear it!

Dude, you are straight up LYING! You just got carded! Seriously? It’s been like four or five days now.RED CARD! Seriously?! I get kicked out just because I decided to use a different handle to write about how brilliant you are? Are you kidding me right now?

Is this even okay? Is this really what the whole point of this forum is supposed to be?

And that’s exactly why he basically gave Deedy a free pass to keep pushing my buttons for a little longer. Seriously, how does that even make sense? 🙂

Man, you acted like you got slapped with a lifetime ban after that absolute stroke of genius! It’s ridiculous—you didn't even get a warning, let alone a strike!Where have you been hiding? Seriously, what happened? You just vanished! 😁

Man, you seriously managed to drag something out of me that I didn't even think existed. Seriously, because of that, I'm... Man, I’m seriously grateful. Seriously.

Everything between us started with that one guy cracking jokes about Mazilicin’s assets on the "meaning of life" thread. Seriously, I didn't even reach out to you—you just showed up and fit right in. And I gotta tell you, I was absolutely losing it laughing at your sense of humor.

Look, I wasn't threatening you... but seriously, thank God you don't believe in Him, because if you did, you'd realize just how close I actually came to getting to you that night. I didn't do it, though—that would’ve been the biggest, most pathetic mistake of my entire life. But still... Sometimes things just happen solely so they never, ever happen again. You know what I mean? It's like the universe throws one massive, chaotic curveball at you just to make sure you learn your lesson the hard way. It’s brutal, it’s messy, and honestly, it’s kind of ridiculous. But hey, maybe that's the only way we actually figure anything out, right?.

Look, I’m not being aggressive here—seriously, I don't go looking for fights, and my life is actually pretty smooth. Money isn't even an issue; I've got enough flowing in that I'll be a millionaire before you know it. Girls are constantly hitting me up, too. It's not like I'm chasing anyone; I'm the one choosing my inner circle. I'm single, unattached, and living the absolute dream. Pure paradise, honestly.

I’m just totally over it... honestly, I've lost all interest. And that goes for people too—if they use those kinds of words in their vocabulary, I'm done. Why even bother?

Maybe you think we’re actually out here having deep conversations with other people, but let’s be real—we’re just talking to ourselves. Isn't that how it always works? We're all just shouting our own truths into the void and hoping someone else happens to be listening.

So, what’s the word from the supermods on this one? We’ve got a situation where one of the low-level mods decided to take a photo of some girl from his own personal collection and dump it right into a "Live Girl" thread. Like, seriously? Is there actually going to be any fallout for this? Are we just supposed to ignore the massive privacy violation here, or is someone actually going to step in?

Honestly? I think he should just spit on all those moderator titles you guys are clinging to. Look, don't get me wrong—I personally know some genuinely great people in that group, but does that even matter at this point? Is it worth it? Not really.
Thoughts on MK? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
If you think I’m just sitting here whining, you clearly missed the point. But honestly, this whole mess deserves a spotlight right here.

So, moderator Deedy decides that after a girl pulls her photo from the Live girl thread, he’s just gonna go ahead and repost it himself. On the men's board, naturally. To me, that was straight-up disrespectful. Most guys here don't have a clue what she's going through or how she feels, and if things get tacky or comments get out of hand, it’s totally normal for a girl to take her picture down. Seriously, thanks to her for even putting it up in the first place... and as far as I know, according to the rules, he should’ve been slapped with a warning.

Then, on that very same day, right after I drop a video about chakras and consciousness in the meaning of life (MK) thread, this user pops up—someone who clearly looks "respectable" in the eyes of the MK moderators—and without any provocation, tells me, 'get bent, you old fossil... it's a sin from God (even if I'm not religious) that you old geezers didn't have access to birth control'. That’s the polite version of his response; there was all sorts of other crap, like "you won't convince me" and "just ban this guy permanently," and so on.

I’ve been posting on this forum for eight years now. Aside from my first year when I was young and naive and got banned for being a bit too blunt, believe me, it’s been nothing crazy. We might poke fun at each other, but we stay civil. I haven't had any real run-ins with the mods, aside from a few friendly chats with Louis. There was never any need for drama, and if I remember correctly, I didn't even get a formal warning.

I posted in the meaning of life thread, and even if people want to insult me, we're still on a forum together. Besides, I tend to deviate a bit in my stories, my views, and my experiences, so I can totally understand why people wouldn't agree with what I write... but up until now, this is the first time it's happened.

But you do NOT insult my parents.

...So I give him a straight answer: let's settle this in real life. I respect my parents, and NO ONE is allowed to disrespect them. This is the first time in my entire life someone has even brought them up in such a disgusting way.

And just like that—banned. And despite having no reason for it, no justification, and zero disagreement, I'm left sitting with this curse (yeah, it feels like a curse) thrown at me.
After four or five days, I come back under a different handle to say this isn't right, and I get banned again. The new account gets wiped immediately, and Maria Parker77 gets hit too, but FINALLY the post by that legendary master of insults gets deleted.
And because of my response to Deedy and that "civilized" forum regular, I'm permanently kicked out of MK.

Please, do the same for *kmik*.

To the girls over at MK, thanks for the good times. I really enjoyed it...

Lepri, you...

...thanks especially.
