It starts off strong enough with a legitimate villain... but after that, the whole thing just falls apart. Honestly, I would have preferred if the antagonist had just wiped the floor with everyone 😁 . The occasional glimpses of the villain serve as a brief reminder that this might actually be a movie rather than a total parody, but then you hit those scenes with the kids... and suddenly it’s all "you’re Thor, I’m Thor, we’re all Thor" 🤣 . And don't even get me started on those forced political correctness moments 🙄—having Valkyrie as a lesbian and Korg as gay. It screams incompetent writing. Could they not provide at least a shred of substance? For instance, regardless of her physical state, Valkyrie should have flown in at the end to assist Jane, or perhaps Korg's partner could have actually appeared and played some part in the plot. Instead, it feels like a lazy "fine, let's just throw in some queer characters" checkbox exercise 🤣 . In short, without a properly developed antagonist, this entire film would be even worse than a mere parody.
The first installment is an absolute legend, though I honestly can't recall much about the second one. As for the third, I'll probably give it a watch if it happens to pop up on TV sometime.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You are simply looking for people—decent, down-to-earth individuals... and those people are becoming harder to find by the day.
