Since the Mobile Market section has its own dedicated thread with explicit rules (and no ban on bumping), and that thread doesn't mention any outside regulations, it's logical to assume those are the only rules you need to follow.
A similar example is posting personal info or phone numbers in an ad. In the 'Classifieds' section, that's been
banned since 2007.

So, nobody was acting like a hall monitor during those three years and handing out infractions to people selling phones with their contact info just because the 'Classifieds' rules forbid it... simply because the 'Mobile Market' rules didn't explicitly forbid it until 2010.
That proves the 'Classifieds' rules don't automatically carry over to the Mobile Market.
Common sense dictates that someone trying to sell a phone is going to read the rules in the Mobile Market (if they read anything at all), rather than spending five days hunting through every other subforum's rulebook just to make sure they don't accidentally break something while posting an ad.
Yeah, I actually got hit with an infraction for bumping my post five days after listing it, without even getting a warning first. For years, people bumped posts on the Mobile Market without any issues.
It feels like the moderators are just power tripping and stirring up trouble where there isn't any.

It seems more effective to just paste posts here rather than reporting them if we want an objective take on what actually counts as "harassment." From what I can see, the posts I reported were deleted specifically because they violated subforum rules—even though you told me there was no valid reason to pull them:
