IV. SPECTATORS Section 24. (1) Spectators aren't allowed to act up while heading to the game, during the match, or even on their way out. Look, I’ll cut to the chase because I really don't feel like rambling...
The prosecutor is trying to play it safe until the trial is over, but since I basically shut him down and wouldn't agree to anything, he immediately asked for an extension. So, I showed up in court today and instead of the usual 8 days, they slapped me with restrictions that last until the whole trial wraps up. Now I see there's a way to appeal this, so does anyone actually have experience with this? Should I even bother if they're just going to brush me off, or will things get even worse for me here? I should win the case, even though the prosecutor is pushing for the harshest penalties possible. Also, if I file my appeal today or tomorrow, does that mean the restriction stays in effect? Most importantly, if they reject my appeal, can I at least make it to the game on Thursday?

I'm talking about tear gas, and yeah, I agree 10 flares won't change much (though throwing 30 of them over 2 or 3 games in a row wouldn't hurt either).

We all pretty much know how it goes. Sure, being from San Francisco makes it easier for us to talk big and offer solutions... You guys have tried plenty of things, and honestly, you know yourselves that nothing works through legal channels. What's happening is such a dirty job that 98% of people in the world would be behind bars for it, but we all know that in this country, Mamic is basically untouchable (for now, anyway)... The way things are going, you'll probably end up boycotting home games again, because what they're doing to you is straight-up disgusting. You've got nothing to lose at home, which is why Jose Kern11 keeps telling you to try something. If tear gas shuts down a major European match, then let's see what happens. Yeah, Mamic is powerful in UEFA and cozy with the big money, but let's see if that actually saves him. 🤷 Not to drone on, but Mamic is the problem for most of us—and unfortunately, there are some clubs and "fans" who actually benefit from him. That's why we just want to help by writing or giving advice, even if it's stupid, since we can't do anything else. 🤣 And yeah... if you had 50 to 100 Jose Kern11s, Mamic would be history.
