I recently upgraded my speed with Comcast
from 20 to 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up.

The problem is, when I'm using uTorrent, I can barely hit 2.1 MB/s.

Does anyone know what the catch might be?

I was copying those same files over on Windows XP and it took about 8 minutes to move 11GB

I'm moving 11 GB over to a flash drive and it's going to take me about 25 minutes.
I'm running Windows 7 and I can't stop watching the transfer speed—it keeps dropping, and right now it's sitting at 6.6 MB/s.
Is this just because of Windows 7, or what?
I know those GT versions usually hit around 25 or 32 MB/s.
