My dad had a heart attack over in Germany, and after they resuscitated him, he ended up in a coma. It looks like it’s going to be permanent at this point.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to do next? I need to arrange medical transport back to the States, but I have no clue what the process looks like. He can't survive without constant medical care. Since I'm living in Vienna, I really need some advice on where to start or who to call first.
If anyone has any tips at all, I would seriously appreciate it. I'm feeling pretty lost right now.

The motherboard has two of those PCIe slots. I just yanked the card out of one and shoved it into the other. Right now, it's running without any major drama.
It wasn't the GPU after all—turns out it was the motherboard. I swapped it over to the other PCIe slot or whatever, and so far, no more freezing. Before that, I was getting zero signal on my monitor, so I had to tear the whole case apart just to reseat the card. Naturally, Windows refused to boot right after that mess, but hey, I managed to get it working again.
I'm living in Beach now, so Amazon is definitely my easiest bet. If I get lucky, it'll be here by tomorrow, and honestly, having 30 days to return it is a huge lifesaver.
Using this for World of Warcraft is probably Overkill Sent 😁

Hey there I’m looking to swap out my Radeon HD 7770 1GB for something with a bit more kick. I basically just play World of Warcraft, but lately, the screen keeps freezing up on me for like ten seconds at a time. After the freeze, everything goes back to being totally fine for a while. It usually chokes right when things get heavy with all the special effects, so I’m guessing my current card is basically on its deathbed.. I need something cheap that’ll stop this stuttering since I’m planning on building a whole new rig next year. My budget for this year is already pretty much tapped out... I'll probably grab whatever I find on Amazon.
