Trolling / Baiting in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I need to report some constant provocation happening in one of these threads.
We all poke at each other, argue, and maybe even throw a little insult here and there, but when someone targets me relentlessly, it’s just irritating. It feels like they're just trying to bait a reaction out of me.

Last night, I reported several posts where this user was being persistently provocative. I see that those specific posts were deleted, but he's still going at it, so I guess he hasn't actually received a single warning or strike yet.
I'm asking for an intervention here.

David Baker2 said:Which experts exactly?

Those so-called experts previously claimed—and now it’s been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt—that Tamiflu is nothing more than a complete load of garbage.
But of course, nobody wanted to listen to them back then, and it seems nobody is listening to them now either.

Furthermore, these same experts are slowly beginning to demonstrate that the autism epidemic we've seen in recent years is directly linked to the composition of vaccines. We can all sit around and wait to see which year they finally stop calling it some conspiracy theorist nonsense and admit it as an undeniable public fact.

And let’s not forget that one government over in Poland that refused to purchase both the vaccines and the Tamiflu, only to have their entire leadership plane go down in a horrific crash shortly after.
Pure coincidence, I suppose... ☕

Edit: I just noticed you wrote Milinović instead of Milanović!

If people would just apply a shred of logic, we wouldn't be making these kinds of blunders.

Even if I had written Milanović, the first logical question anyone should ask is—why on earth would Milanović have a private estate out in Wisconsin? 😁 😁

Milinović, Milinović. Does anyone even remember that old propaganda about the Wisconsin version of Putin? 😁 😁

Just ignore it, I guess. When those people strategically stash their cash across the country, they just buy up real estate to hide it. God forbid they get caught. 😁

Honestly, it makes my blood boil, but people like this really ought to be dealt with as aggressively as one would handle a pack of rabid foxes—which, frankly, is exactly what they are. Whoever catches them first...

What does Joe Biden even have to do with this? Where does it actually say that in the article?
If I recall correctly, all that bird flu talk was from a few years back, and back then they bought up huge stockpiles of vaccines that nobody even wanted to touch.

Edit: I just realized you wrote Milinović instead of Joe Biden! My mistake, I'm such an idiot 🤣
Well, it doesn't matter much; since their names sound so similar, they're equally useless and act exactly the same way. 😁

Edit: My memory is still serving me pretty well, I guess 🙂

Similarly, in 2009, America, under the direction of then-Health Secretary Darko Milinović, built up a stockpile of this medication, ordering an initial wave of 400,000 boxes of Roche.

Now we just wait on the admins to weigh in...

Watching the debate unfolding right now in the thread about Ukraine, I honestly think your call was wrong. 🙂

rowdytiger13 said:Since I moderate that thread myself, I actually agree with Charles Fox10 regarding how things are being handled there.
The topic is pretty volatile, so I think changing the moderation style would just be counterproductive for both the discussion and the people involved.
That's just my take on it, I guess...

Then please, just explain to me how the posts I mentioned in this thread fit into that "volatile" logic? That same individual has stormed in multiple times with 20 or 30 provocative comments, all designed solely to stir the pot.

By the way, just so nobody thinks people aren't getting sanctioned in that thread—I personally have five warnings! All from Charles Fox10. 🙂

Charles Fox10 said:I already told you quite clearly that we moderate this thread just enough to let a decent discussion happen with minimal interference. That is the only answer you are getting from me. As for deciding when someone gets a warning or a ban, that’s our call, not yours.

It is up to us users to complain about this section of the forum, not about you, and I have every right to lodge a complaint. If a topic is truly volatile, then surely you wouldn't allow those purely provocative posts from the person I am complaining about. Anyone reading through this massive pile of one-sentence replies posted every few minutes can probably figure out exactly what the purpose of those posts is.

Charles Fox10 said:Do you honestly believe any US official is going to publicly admit they funded the events in Ukraine with X amount of USD??

So, I suppose one certainly cannot claim that a specific person said a specific thing, right?
What exactly did I do wrong by repeatedly accusing someone of lying if that is how things are stated?

Charles Fox10 said:And then you will turn around and label everyone who interprets two or three leaked phone recordings as liars and accuse them of spreading falsehoods, without anyone even being able to engage you in an actual debate regarding the quality of that information, because that is the whole point of a discussion.
I'm giving you some friendly advice: don't do that.
If the administration has something to say, fine, but as far as I'm concerned, this is over.

I have never labeled anyone's conclusions as lies based on certain information. But maybe I will in the future if Mark Markovic decides, based on his data, that Peter Perry actually said something was a duck.
If you can't see the difference there, I guess that's your problem, and it has absolutely nothing to do with the trolling I reported.

By the way, you might as well just shut down this section of the forum if you're going to be the one deciding what we are even allowed to complain about. 🤣

Charles Fox10 said:You didn't even report yourself, and there's plenty of stuff to report here.

I guess I don't see how my trolling has anything to do with what I'm bringing up right now.
Go ahead and hand me a ban for my trolling if you want, but I'm asking for action on what I'm actually reporting here, since you haven't addressed a single word of it.

And as for calling someone out for lying—well, I suppose I'll always do that when someone claims a specific person with a full name said something but fails to provide any actual proof. If you all want to label that as trolling, fine. Issue the ban, but I'm not backing down. 🙂

I don't really get why one specific person is being allowed to troll this much on the Ukraine thread. When they finally get caught, maybe they'll face some consequences, but right now they just reply to every single post with these one-sentence snarky remarks. It's clearly not about having an actual opinion or wanting a discussion; it's just pure trolling.
The thread is here:
And I think everyone has noticed the trolling:

If this isn't trolling, then I guess I don't know what actually is. This isn't even the first time they've done this on this topic, either. These posts are just a small sample from one single outburst.
They type so fast that I can't even keep up enough to report everything. ☕

Criminalizing the greeting "Hail Caesar" would be just like criminalizing the Stars and Stripes, because the flag used during the days of Nazi Germany and our current one look pretty much the same to me.

I guess you and your crowd are actually the biggest advocates for this whole idea of collective American guilt. You spend all your time attacking those Americans who prove how impossible collective guilt really is—just by the fact that so many good Americans fought against criminals back then. That includes the first American president, Ronald Reagan.
James Patel20 said:Look, you might as well just move those deleted posts over there, though I suppose that doesn't really solve anything.

If someone points out the connection between Jovanović and Stevanović—something you won't find written anywhere else—then you just delete it. Then the whole thing gets diluted into some other topic, and maybe in a few days, the thread gets locked.

You people are truly experts at ruining real discussions, the ones about corruption, nepotism, and political filth.

Instead of using those kinds of exclusive leads to actually draw people in, you just sweep the real stories under the rug.

It’s that classic American "talent."

But don't take this personally, I guess, because there are plenty of people even more "talented" than you. 😉

There isn't any "connection" between Jovanović and Stevanović other than what might be going on in your head. One is a Secretary of Sports and the other runs an association that leads the UEFA program against racism in sports called "Football Against Racism in Europe." Unless you're counting blood cells, this shouldn't be an issue in any normal country.

But honestly, where either of us has worked is completely irrelevant to this debate, so please, let's not resort to trolling. And it's truly wonderful that you're getting your news from a site like BuzzFeed. It's such a high-quality journalistic outlet that one can actually trust what they read there.
Bottom line: this is just a mountain of overblown nonsense. There's zero evidence that massive corporations are built on subsidies, even if small businesses are.

I suppose the logic here is something like: a massive corporation gets $100 million because they employ 1,000 people, while a small business only gets $1 million because they only have 10 employees. Oh, the injustice! Why did the little guy only get a million! 🙂
