Why wouldn't you keep your monthly bank statements? It’s right there in black and white—who you paid, when you paid them, and exactly how much went out...

If you're dealing with online banking issues from December 1st onwards, just walk into a branch and file a formal complaint.

I have to say, this really gets under my skin—getting hit with that first annual fee just for renewing my card. I might actually jump ship to a new bank soon over this.

You could look at it like they dropped her from $6.75 down to 1 by the time she hit $0.67. It all boils down to how much you're moving in your transactions.
But as for making money? Yeah, they’re killing it.

Does anyone know if seeing this kind of content on websites is standard practice?

Which "last link" are we talking about? I've scrolled through plenty of them.🤷

What kind of stuff? If you mean comments—usually, .js files get minified to save bandwidth, which strips those out. It's not standard practice for every developer yet, though, so you'll still run into comments left in the web code—both in JS and HTML.

Look, let me set you straight. Everything in that JavaScript snippet consists of standard, public functions. There’s nothing there worth hiding, and they certainly can't be used to hijack your $92.

To be honest, I couldn't even find the comment you're talking about. It makes me wonder how they missed those bugs in the first place—that's quite an undertaking given the sheer number of different standards and browsers they have to support.

Also, what exactly makes you think this is some half-baked product?

It would make more sense if your life insurance coverage simply scaled down to match whatever is left on your mortgage. Plus, they should be crediting your policy with any annual gains earned.

Surrendering a policy and capitalizing it aren't the same thing.
If you want the cash in hand and want to be done with coverage—go for a surrender. If you just want to stop paying premiums but don't want to take the cash because you'll get back less than what you put in (depending on how much the insurance company earns)—go for capitalization.

It helps if you burn it to a CD and set it to loop. Just leave it running overnight—you’ll see a guaranteed 0.5 bump by morning 🙂

Did you get it working?
It looks like they bumped up almost all the drivers except for the BX-1500/2500 series. They even released a new remote driver, but for some reason, it’s just not doing anything for me. I shot them an email, so we'll see if they actually bother to reply.

On the bright side, everything is running smoothly over at AverMedia, even on W7 🙂

If you aren't bundled up at all, you're looking at a fee of $0.67. Honestly, I'm pretty sure this style of banking is standard practice and perfectly secure across all major institutions like JP Morgan Chase.

Some services are safer than others.

As long as you're using some kind of security token, you're set. But if you're just reusing the same old password every single time, don't act surprised when things go south. It’s definitely more convenient since you aren't lugging a physical token around, though.
