Anyone have experience with JP Morgan Chase? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Five of them? I’ve still got plenty of breath left in my lungs to blow through my saxophone.
In my case, they actually increased the fee on my statement—this thing labeled "service charge"—from $0.70 up to about $1.60.
Over a six-year stretch, they first tried sending it by mail, then switched to email.
I didn't even use any online banking or anything similar when I reached out to ask, "Why the sudden change?"
The response I got was basically, "It's a new policy, and this is just how things will be sent from now on."
That doesn't really matter to anyone else, I suppose.
But it certainly bothers my husband, you, and all of us in whatever way we can feel it...

Oh boy, let's not go scaring everyone with all this talk about choking and clinical death.

There are plenty of much better options out there... stuff that genuinely transports you into this kaleidoscopic dreamscape... where it feels like you're just floating through life...😉

What are you getting at here?
What do you mean, "drug of choice"?
This is just medication that finally makes me feel like myself again, and it was prescribed by my doctor.
I'm honestly just curious if anyone else here has had similar—or even completely different—experiences with them...

Is anyone else here taking Mirtazapine?
It’s actually working pretty WELL for me! I just hope the feeling lasts...

Excuse me!
Just 0.05%!!!

They just rolled out some new updates regarding their service fees.
There’s a lot of fine print to dig through, so you might want to check their customer service line or browse their website for the full breakdown.
The part that really jumped out at me was how they’re adjusting the "interest"—if we can even call it a little bonus—on positive checking account balances, dropping it from 0.10% down to 0.5%... wait, actually, I think I read that backwards, it's moving from 0.5% down to 0.10%.
Good grief...😢

It looks like there was probably just an oversight where the FBI didn't require that extra insurance coverage during the initial checks.
But honestly, you can't really blame the people taking out the loans; we followed every single protocol to the letter when the credit was being processed, and nobody ever brought this up at the time.
At the end of the day, we're all going to pay what's outlined in the Contract.
I mean, should they try to slap us with even more penalties on top of everything else?
What were we supposed to say back then? "Hey! You forgot to charge us for this too!" It’s not like it mattered to them at the moment...
I really have no idea how this is only coming to light after all these years.
It's not like I was the one drafting the loan Contract, and I'll certainly be paying what is owed...

I received the exact same notice, and honestly, I don't think anything was actually missing from our original loan Contract.
These notices aren't talking about life insurance policies meant to replace a co-signer.
They’re referring to property protection—things like fire coverage, structural integrity, flood insurance, or whatever else...
The loan Contract explicitly stated we were supposed to have those in place. It just doesn't make sense to me why, after six years, nobody bothered to ask why we hadn't set them up, especially since the bank drafted the entire Contract and verified every single condition we met to get the loan approved in the first place. It's all very confusing...
At this point, the only real way forward seems to be just swallowing the cost and paying it.
If anyone else has ended up paying for this kind of thing, please feel free to reach out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, because in my opinion, this feels like straight-up bullying from the banks...

Leaking such highly sensitive information from internal sources is honestly just unnecessary and exhausting.
We’ve got certain people constantly hammering us with nineteen different theories about medications!!!! Ugh, it's draining.
Hey, someone tell rejo to please stop with all this constant copy-pasting... 🙂

Tapering off 0.25 mg of Xanax daily is basically no different than giving up your morning Nespresso—if anything, it's actually easier.

I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed myself.
Snowden... are you seriously equating BPD with pedophilia? What about physical or psychological abuse? Bullying? Workplace harassment?
Do you think we should focus on legal sanctions first before even considering treatment?
Your response here is actually quite relevant, though I find your tolerance for those kinds of outbursts completely incomprehensible.

re: since I'm only commenting on threads that aren't related to "blue face," I honestly have no clue why anyone would conclude with "who's crazy? everyone's crazy in their own way."
That kind of talk just belittles an entire group of people who are fighting to function in society.

You seem to be acting from a place of being personally offended, unfortunately. It feels like you're trying to justify your own frustrations by pointing at how others behave.

I totally get that you can't sleep because of the Seroquel; it's really not meant for that purpose.
I'm just a little confused, though—how is insomnia even a side effect for you?
What kind of effect does it actually have on you?

Why am I being treated like this at the pharmacy when I’m just trying to pick up a medication my specialist specifically prescribed for me?

Are they asking for too much personal information and stuff like that?
I’ve been going back and forth with them over the dosage they have on file. Does anyone know how I can resolve this...
Has anyone else dealing with insomnia run into these kinds of hurdles?
Interview experiences - let's discuss! in Psychology ·
Let’s clear things up for those employers who seem to think people in marketing and management are automatically delivering an immediate return on investment.
The reality is that demand for marketing and "management" roles is actually quite low right now because many sectors in those fields are facing significant losses. So, that whole argument about the current state of that job market just doesn't hold water.
Anyway, that's a bit of a tangent.

Personally, if I were hiring someone, I wouldn't require them to walk in with a forced smile or a fake sense of cheerfulness.
That kind of positive atmosphere is something the employer needs to cultivate 🙂
Employees are definitely an investment, but they aren't just mindless assets.
Their rights should be clearly protected by law.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is that both the employee and the employer feel satisfied in their shared workspace. They need to realize together that they are building something that benefits both themselves and the company paying their salary.
When you go above and beyond what was expected, your confidence grows—that's the real engine behind everything, and it deserves to be rewarded.
You should hire people based on their ambitions and give them enough room to breathe without micromanaging them.
Encourage them to highlight their flaws, too. It's much easier for people to be honest about where they struggle, whereas others can be the ones to judge their strengths.

@James Rogers4, please don't let that kind of negativity make you an employer.
With a mindset like yours, you'll end up crushing any motivation a worker might have to help build your collective success.

Unfortunately, because jobs are hard to find lately, people often settle for bizarre conditions like the ones you're describing. The real question is how much profit those conditions will actually bring to "your" company in the long run.

James Rogers4 said:It feels like you're subtly looking for an answer from an employer, so let me help you out..

- someone who is ready to get their work done on time and with a smile
- someone who lifts the group's mood and stays positive and helpful
- someone who doesn't start asking about vacation days after just one week
- someone who doesn't ask for a raise a month after starting
- someone who doesn't take maternity leave three months after being hired

And finally, most importantly—someone who provides a return on investment.
In other words, any employer who sees you as someone capable of generating twice the revenue they spend on you will welcome you with open arms.

All these questions about strengths and weaknesses are mostly nonsense; nobody actually cares. Everyone just wants results and a solid ROI, because employees are essentially investments.

Because of that, you should craft a pitch that convinces an employer you'll be the one driving their profits, in exchange for a stable role and a steady paycheck.

Just as an example, if you had spent the last week analyzing my company, showed up to the interview, explained exactly why you're there, why you want to work for my firm, and how you contribute to my overall vision while guaranteeing you'll pay for yourself, I would have hired you on the spot.

That’s why people in marketing, sales, and management tend to do better in the job market—they provide a quick return on investment.

1. Why does someone need to do their duties with a smile? To me, a smile doesn't mean much. That answer actually kind of overlaps with your second point anyway.
2. Vacation days? It's perfectly normal to ask, especially if you've been working overtime and expect to be compensated for it, not just given time off.
3. A raise? If there was a contract signed during hiring, just point them back to those specific terms.
4. I really don't even want to comment on the maternity leave part.

Robin Bailey7 said:Do you happen to know when they actually raised those fees? I know it happened sometime this year, but I can't quite pin down which month... Honestly, they don't even charge me for the statement fees anymore since they just send everything to my email. But one of these days, once I finally pay off this loan, I’m closing out my account at Citigroup for good.

Samuel James7 said:I just saw Wells Fargo hit me for $3.75 in maintenance fees and $9 for transaction fees, so that’s $6.75 a month. Honestly, it feels like a total rip-off. Does anyone know what other banks are charging?
To be fair, I keep my money with them because their interest rates are better, but whatever. They're just bleeding me dry with these service fees..

I actually asked about this here once:

It seems like nobody has an answer, or maybe they just don't care...

Way to go!

Things can always take a turn for the worse, no matter how bad they seem right now.

How to spot a fake in Psychology ·
The answer just isn't clear, and honestly, it’s not going to sit well with everyone. It feels purely decorative. Bwahahaha...
It’s nothing more than a commercial play. Just like everything else they put out there.
Is this what you'd call psychology?
Or is it just some decorative version of psychology????? Blah. Whatever...

Honestly, give yourself a pat on the back for being so brilliant that having a conversation with you is basically impossible.
Just go ahead and Google "antipsychotics," "akathisia," and "side effects."
Then you can keep acting like an expert until then, but maybe try changing your tone a bit.

http://www.pfizer.com/Default.aspx?si...Printable.ascx

Take a look at the side effects listed here.
Vraylar is an atypical antipsychotic.
While that specific side effect is more common with those "old school" classic antipsychotics.
I really don't have any desire to keep arguing with someone who just refuses to see what's right in front of them.
