Why is it that we can't tear into the political candidates on here, but everyone else is free to roast any other public figure they want?

I was honestly just wondering what he's actually gonna use it for.

I mean, if you don't mind me asking, what's the point of even bothering with RAID for your setup?
Look, I’m definitely no expert here, but honestly, anything is on the table—we could be talking about anything from full-on psychopathy or narcissism to PTSD, or maybe even ADHD, schizophrenia, or just someone being a straight-up rebel. Does this person take advantage of those who can't defend themselves, like animals or something? And what was she even prescribed Fever for in the first place? If her behavior is getting this weird, I really think she needs to head back to the psychiatrist for another look.
Look, it’s not even really about whether someone is "bad" or "good," you know? Sometimes, you just don't click with a person, plain and simple. And honestly, the absolute worst part—the stuff that really eats at you—is when that person actually truly loves you, but you just can't find it in your heart to feel the exact same way back. It’s heavy. Whether or not you decide to jump into an unbalanced relationship like that is totally on you, but if you ask me, it feels way more decent to just steer clear of it entirely. I actually went through something like that once myself, and man, let me tell you, all I was left feeling afterward was this massive, lingering sense of guilt.

Well, if that's how it is, what's even the point of us sitting here chatting like this?
Man, honestly, your whole situation just totally gives me vibes of this song and even that movie.

Alright, fine, I guess I'll give it a shot!

Henry Hayes3, man, I honestly don't even know what you're getting at there, because who actually has the time for that? I remember grinding out those calf raises for a solid month straight and my muscles still felt totally soft, just zero definition. Honestly, I’d much rather just go for a hard run—it gets results way faster, even if the quality of the gains might not be quite as elite.

Henry Hayes3 said:you aren't gonna get a better or faster pump than you do with this calf isolation exercise; you just think it isn't working because you aren't engaging them actively enough

What do you mean "think" it isn't working? Like, I'm not blind here, man. 😁 And what on earth is that supposed to mean, "engaging them actively"?

Henry Hayes3 said:Honestly, you can totally beef them up just by doing tons of calf raises—you know, those reps where you're basically just rising up on your toes—and since calves are such a tiny muscle group, they aren't even that hard to build unless you were just born with crappy genetics for them.

I mean, I do that sometimes, but honestly? Running on my toes feels way faster and does a much better job of tightening everything up, especially if my legs have gotten a little soft from being lazy lately.

Honestly, you should just be glad you can even feel anything at all right now. I’m telling you, I don't even remember what it’s like to actually feel nostalgic or lonely or any of that deep stuff anymore—I think I left all those heavy emotions somewhere back in middle school and just never went back for them.

Honestly, those weightlifters are insanely strong, even if they don't look like total bodybuilders or anything. You should probably reach out and ask them about their actual training routine, you know? But hey, if you're really just looking for pure aesthetics, maybe go for something a bit more graceful instead. Personally, I’ve always thought dancers have the most incredible physiques.
Self-love and mental health: Where do you start? in Psychology ·
Look, I’m definitely no doctor or anything, but honestly, man, this sounds like the textbook start of depression or maybe even dysthymia—just that heavy, negative cloud hanging over everything. Speaking from my own messy experience, things are only gonna spiral if you just let it ride. Eventually, you end up isolating yourself so much and just wrecking your life to the point where you don't even have the spark left to pull yourself back out. Depression is like a hole in the ground; the longer you keep digging, the harder it gets to climb out. And hey, if you're into that spiritual stuff, there's definitely a connection there to the Law of Attraction.
EDIT: One reason why it's so easy to ignore the fallout and just get sucked into that vicious cycle is suicidal ideation. Have you been having any thoughts about suicide?

Look, I’m definitely not some gym rat or a pro bodybuilder or anything like that, but I actually managed to tone up my calves just by running on my toes. It didn't give me that crazy, bulky "pumped up" look at all—honestly, it was the exact opposite! Within just a week or two, my muscles felt way tighter and more lean. I loved the results so much that now I'm basically on a mission trying to figure out how to get that same toned, tight feeling in my other muscle groups too.

Look, I’m really not trying to jump into the middle of this whole debate, but I just felt like I had to weigh in on what "kitsch" actually means to me. To me, it’s basically this way of expressing stuff that leans hard into those raw, base impulses—you know, things like sex or violence—where nobody’s really sweating the small stuff when it comes to morality or having good taste. Like, sure, you’ve got your typical kitsch, like cheap adult films, low-budget horror flicks, mindless soap operas, or those trashy tabloids you see at the grocery store checkout. But then, if you want to get deep about it, even someone like Shakespeare can fall into that category depending on how you look at it (just go watch the movie Titus). 😁
