Well, you're making that claim to everyone on the planet, but thankfully, that isn't quite how it works! It’s just that the Holy City won't require sunlight anymore. The sun and Earth themselves remain unmoved. We're talking about a new heaven, a new Earth, and new people; there won't be a sea, because the wicked are like a restless ocean that never finds peace. It's all deep symbolism.

Think of a human being as nothing more than a vehicle—like an F1 car designed for the purpose of self-discovery. If you cling too tightly to your physical body or your ego, treating them as your entire "self," you aren't going to fare well in the grand scheme of the universe. Honestly, if someone lived for 1,000 years while staying that attached, it would be a living hell. You'd just be chased by your own thoughts, consumed by your emotions, while your body decays and your mind falls apart.

There’s this beautiful promise out there, isn't there? This idea that humanity might one day live as long as the sun itself, dwelling in an earthly paradise, perpetually young, healthy, and perfect. It reminds me of that profound passage: "And he who sat upon the throne said, 'Behold, I am making all things new.' And he said to me, 'Write this down, for these words are faithful and true.'"
Michael Gonzalez77 said:So "near eternity" puts us at roughly the year 821, right? 🤔

Oh, it’s definitely not 821—that’s practically just the beginning! 🙂 The eternal cycle lasts as long as the sun continues to shine.
Five hundred years? Honestly, that feels like such a small number when you really stop to think about it. It’s as if we humans were fundamentally designed to exist for much longer—maybe even forever, or somewhere in that cosmic ballpark. We just seem to have this little glitch in our genetic code holding us back. You know, history is full of legends about people who lived far beyond a normal lifespan; I mean, look at the stories of Methuselah. Back then, it seems like aging wasn't this rapid, relentless sprint it is today, but a much slower, more graceful process.

So, we're talking about piles now. My mind immediately drifted toward some chaotic backyard bonfire or maybe a wild, messy festival out in the Midwest where the music is nothing but bizarre, loud country-pop playing on loop. 😁
And honestly, I can't help but picture a spinning carnival ride right in the middle of the madness. 🤣 🤣

As for the actual answer to how many grains make up a pile—well, a pile of grains is logically just... 😁

That’s plenty. 🤔 At least, that's how I see it.

I mean, just think about it—how many ants does it take to call it an anthill? How many birds make a flock, or how many swallows constitute a migration pattern? It’s all so abstract, isn't it?😁

But honestly, why are we even overthinking this? Let's just head over to the local diner and enjoy ourselves instead.😁

You could call it sort of "soft Buddhism." Or, if we’re being more precise, perhaps it’s better described as "lost in the Mojave-ism,"
or maybe even "stranded on a Pacific island-ism." 🤣
Or perhaps just plain old "never returning to civilization-ism." 🤣

It seems to me that most people just end up clinging to various forms of pure idiocy. It’s almost as if they gravitate toward these mindless obsessions, like extreme patriotism,
radicalism, sugar addiction, beer culture, smoking, drug use, or that relentless pursuit of money and materialism—you know,
pure hatred and all that nonsense. 🤣
