How to book an invoice without a customer's Tax ID? in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Generally speaking, you shouldn't. It isn't just about sales tax; it's also about which expenses the IRS actually recognizes versus what they don't, and how that mess impacts your bottom line and your corporate income tax.

I told the truth. If someone can't handle that, that's on them. 🙂

I should probably warn him they're spiking his oats and whey with winny.🤣

I’m telling you, it’s 100% natural. No cycles, no gear, nothing. 😉

I know the guy personally...

The point is, you can get massive results if you actually put in the work. It’s simple: effort equals output.

Btw, the guy in the photo is about 152 lbs at 5'10".

That's pretty low, and he's 100% natural.

Microsoft is one of those brands that hits the sweet spot between price and quality. If you want it cheaper, you can grab a smaller tub, or just wait a month or two until I place an order with a group from another forum—we usually manage to snag a 20% discount.
It comes with a 30g scoop inside, so you don't have to waste time doing math every time you eat.
If you really want to stretch your dollar, try taking just half a scoop on days when you've already hit your protein goals through solid food.
Sometimes you can just swap the casein for low-fat cottage cheese. About 200g of cottage cheese is roughly one scoop. The taste is pretty gross, but swapping it out once or twice a week isn't a bad idea. You can mix stuff into the cottage cheese to make it tolerable; there are plenty of recipes out there.

"One of the cheaper ones" is definitely an overstatement.

One of the better ones, though? Absolutely.

Ashley Perez50 said:I'm here too. 😁 I don't really know what I'm talking about here. I haven't read much on this topic, so my post is probably pretty basic.
I need some advice on protein supplements. Someone suggested casein, whey, or maybe egg protein to help me hit my daily goals since my current diet is seriously lacking in protein. I’m thinking about just shaking one up instead of having dinner on days when I can't manage a real meal. I want something with zero carbs—no glycemic spikes. I don't need this after training, since my post-workout meals are fine. This is strictly for those off-days when I'm busy. I'm not trying to bulk up or pack on extra mass; I just want to fix my protein intake.
It would be perfect if I didn't have to jump through hoops just to get my hands on it. Ideally, it’d actually taste good too, and serve as a decent meal replacement. 🙂 I get some less than ideal options too.

Sean Wood said:Hey, I have some questions about protein. I'm 14 years old, 5'9", built pretty solid, and weigh about 175 lbs. Would using protein supplements be good for me? I want to use them to LOSE weight (mostly belly fat) and build muscle (specifically my arms). Also, when should I take them? PLEASE ANSWER ASAP.🙏
Thanks in advance🙂👍

You've got at least five other threads about this already. Peace.

There, answered you quickly.

Where are you picking yours up, and what's the damage per pound?

God, it’s awful... that sickeningly sweet aftertaste... one time I actually threw up green. 😂

I grab mine at GNC... http://www.prosport.net/katalog/index.php?mid=3

They have a 7.5 lb tub, usually around $12-$13... either way, it's dirt cheap and lasts forever. 😁

Look, five whole eggs pack at least 40 grams of protein. That’s nothing to sneeze at.

As for that glucose stuff... I could never stomach it. It practically made me gag. Now I just grab a different Gatorade and call it a day.

Up until now, I’ve just been sticking to glucose powder in my intra-workout.
As far as I know, Maltodextrin is more of a daily carb. Since I need something in my intra-workout to spike insulin, I can't just ditch the glucose. I could always use honey or a banana like I have been, but honey isn't perfect since it's basically half glucose and half fructose. Whatever.

Maltodextrin bumps insulin slightly less than dextrose, so go ahead and use it.

Either way, it's better than relying on honey or bananas.

velvetfalcon44 said:Just saw they have it at Pronutrition.

Maltodextrin spikes insulin a bit less than dextrose, so a 50/50 split in your intra-workout mix is probably the move. But hey, if glucose doesn't sit well with you, just stick to Maltodextrin.

Otherwise, if you're buying dextrose from Walmart, you're basically eating trash.

Look, if glucose isn't working for you, just try using Maltodextrin instead.
