How to pack on muscle mass? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Michael Rivera63 said:How many people do you actually know who have the exact same squat and deadlift? (Like, they tested their absolute max for both and the numbers are identical)

especially when it comes to pull-ups and military press...

Pull-ups and military press are pretty much in that same category for me.

The point is, there shouldn't be massive gaps between antagonist muscle groups.

Look, pushing equals pulling...

just like pull-ups and overhead presses... squats and deadlifts.

Grab some "Muscle revolution" from Waterbury. The programs are killer for hypertrophy and strength... everything actually works.

What's your max push-up count? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
I don't know... I could probably pull off 40 or 50 perfectly... anything beyond that is a stretch.

Man, I’d love to see a video of one of those guys claiming they can crank out 50+ pushups in a row.

It's nothing but absolute meatheads over here. 🙂

Ever wonder how much that whey protein is actually going to spike your insulin?

Ditch the whey with your last meal; you're just throwing protein down the drain. Stick to 250g of Greek yogurt and grab some omega-3s if you can afford it.

Care to explain?

urbantrucker322 said:hey everyone, quick question 😉

So, I went through this whole thread from the beginning, but I still can't find an answer to what's bugging me... basically, if a girl is 155 lbs at 5'6", wants to lose fat while keeping her muscle, how much protein should she be hitting daily?! btw—that girl is me.

Maybe aim for 140g spread across 4 or 5 meals.

No.

Speaking of legs... 😁

Still got 10 or 15 pounds to drop before I'm happy...

The days you really don't feel like showing up, but you drag yourself to the gym anyway—those are the ones that actually matter.

Supercharge is around $80... here it's 450... who's the idiot now? Obviously, I'm ordering from them again next time instead of handing my money to some local snake oil salesman....☕

What about when you factor in shipping and customs?

Scammers, ripping people off, just plain bad products...

I don't think they're that bad, but for that price? Too much.

And I'll always say it's all the same crap, so I'm not out here pitching anyone else... I just grab whatever's cheapest and call it a day. At the end of the day, it's the diet that matters anyway.
