New fan laws: What do we think? in Fans ·

At first glance, I honestly thought this article was from fifteen years ago.

Under US privacy laws, parents have to sign off before a club can collect data on minors. It’s all part of standard data protection regulations.

The true state of affairs regarding the North will become crystal clear during our next home games against Cisco and California; you won't see more than 400 or 500 people in the stands there.

Let’s be honest: Europe's premier hooligan crew spent the entire match up in the stands.

For those who aren't aware, there's a specific settlement in that area where local transients have been blending in with the migrants, and according to this officer, they've been ripping off humanitarian aid—stealing everything from kids' clothes to diapers. 👎

🤣
I guess someone's always finding a way to profit off these migrants.
So now they catch some kid trying to sneak across the border and just burn him in Turkey where he can't even leave the camp 😁

🤔
You probably meant "there will be," not "there'll be"

Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
Why is everyone whining on this forum? If you actually have a problem, pool your money together and file a lawsuit.
It is blatantly obvious that the goal here is to dismantle supporter groups like the Bad Boys. Next, they'll come for the local ultras, while everyone else just fades away on its own.

It’s about The Cohort in Columbus. Just like everyone else, their vouchers were rejected.
The Cohort showed up in Columbus in pretty decent numbers; we saw them all over town since morning, and we kept approaching them to help out with ticket issues.
We bought plenty of tickets for them, and some went to the box office themselves, but getting into the stands was a nightmare. The cops shut down that far-right entrance they usually use for both away fans and home supporters, leaving only the main gate open.
Naturally, the police completely screwed it up. They pulled aside any younger person they didn't recognize—they already knew us locals and gave us nasty looks when they realized we were helping The Cohort with tickets—to demand ID. They had some kind of list that they kept checking constantly, and based on that, they would let members of The Cohort up to the stands. But of course, they didn't use the main entrance; they funneled them through a separate entrance bit by bit and tucked them away up above the cages...

That list contained everyone who had been banned since bans first became a thing. Basically, at the gate, the guard asks for your ID, and if you're from Indianapolis, they pass you off to the wall of officers checking whether your ban has expired or not. There was even a case where a guy had no actual ban, but he was on the list because of some arbitrary police discretion, leaving them to decide on a whim whether to let him in or not.
The Armada in Fans ·
The math just doesn't track when you compare it to the Demon and Cohort 200 man matchups, or even an Armada 300 situation. You’re looking at a city like San Diego with maybe 60,000 people versus Indianapolis hitting 100,000. Then you have the scale of a massive crowd in Seattle—where you've got 150,000 residents plus the entire surrounding region backing them—or comparing the Boys 500 to a massive metropolis like Washington, D.C. with millions of people. It’s a completely different league.
