I’m looking for some advice here. I need to pick up some protein powder. I do a bit of recreational running about 124 miles a month (which works out to roughly four times a week).
I'm on the leaner side, so I'm not really looking for anything meant for massive muscle growth—I just want a solid source of protein. Also, just as a heads-up, I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, so I eat eggs and drink milk.

So, my wife recently picked up an Epson sx125, and the salesperson over at IKEA actually tried to tell her that there are plenty of third-party ink options available. 🙂 back at IKEA.

The problem is, I really don't have the patience to wait 30 or 40 days for some random replacement cartridges to show up in the mail, so I'm looking to just grab a different printer altogether.

As for what I need: it's mostly black and white printing, nothing fancy, and I definitely want something where the refill ink won't break the bank.
Kinda basic stuff, really. Any suggestions on which model I should look for and maybe where to find a good deal?

Sudan is facing a very real threat of war, and any attempt at secession is bound to turn violent for several reasons—mainly because of militant fundamentalism and the sheer wealth tied up in their oil reserves.

The real issue here is that I can't even get into the administrator account.
