In that case, we probably shouldn't call it eco-primitivism. Maybe something else instead, like the path to anarchism or eco-primitivism.
It would be a phase where people still lean on symbols and culture, but only to eventually dismantle them—stripping away everything else before finally letting go of their own culture too.

We just have to make sure they don't trip up by trying to deconstruct the path to anarchism first.
