It feels more like someone being uptight. 😁 Honestly, what a joke. 😁

Are these proteins any good? I'm a vegetarian, if that matters, and I finally started hitting the gym.😉
Thanks!

I honestly feel bad about wasting it. Will I start gaining weight or just end up looking bloated if I take this? 😬

If anyone here really knows their stuff, could you let me know which one is better? For context, I have a pretty slender build—thin arms and legs, and a quad-shaped chest—but I’d love to build up some muscle, especially my glutes since they're pretty small right now..😍..I heard the move is to take about 30g after a workout along with 50g of glucose...🤷Thanks in advance!🙂

Sauté some onions, diced bell peppers, and tomatoes in olive oil. Add about half a cup of water... let it simmer briefly, then stir in your spices.
Once everything softens up, just mix in some cornmeal (depending on how thick you want it)!
I love eating it cold—it's delicious! 😍
I'll try to post a photo one of these days...

And hey, I've loved teasing you since your dentist visit—you've hated me ever since, so it’s kind of funny to me... 😁

Roger Richardson61 said:That’s a tough one. If you check BB, ON whey goes for about $40, while here it hits $190, which is basically $100. (And that's even with the dollar being stronger; the gap used to be way wider)
So, the factory is essentially selling at much lower rates.
I suspect margins in the States are razor-thin just because the competition is so fierce. That's why you see prices shifting by just a buck or two between different American retailers.
It's pretty rare to find a product in America with a margin under 100%.
Roger Richardson61 said:Personally, I’d love to see a lab actually test that DMov whey.
The price point just isn't comparable to anything else. Since The Healthy Plus is a Walmart brand, they sell it directly without middleman markups. Think about it: if you buy half a kilo of whey for $47, a typical retailer usually grabs at least a 100% margin, and the manufacturer charges the distributor way more than what it actually costs to make.
So, while everyone is busy saying, "It's too cheap at Walmart to be any good," my take is that it doesn't necessarily have to be bad just because the price is low.
I mean... I don't even drink it myself, I'm just pointing out how the math works.

About $10 😳
Looking back, I recall hearing that whey proteins are the gold standard. I actually spotted some at Walmart where the box even had "healthy" printed on it (which adds a bit of trust, right? ☕), so I figured 😁 - it can't be bad... 🥳
Also, can you mix that shake with milk?
James Lewis6 said:Don't let them get to you; people just live in fear, and those proteins aren't going to hurt you😉...of course you're going to buy it if you have the money. I don't know the exact ingredients in those specific proteins, but they're listed right on the label...
Generally speaking, whey has a lower protein percentage because it carries a lot of water, but whey protein is still top-tier..
