Roger Castillo9 said:The issue arises when an officer in San Francisco loses his footing and fires two "correct" shots and hits one "wrong" person instead... they look similar enough, damn it...

But if half of those people on strike belong in prison, then they belong there.

Are you quite certain he was "wrong"...

Father of victim: 'My son was killed by mistake. Shot in the back, like a dog.'

To recap, the individual known as Pajser was killed on Radmilović Street, and out of the three young men taken out, he was the only one with a prior record for dealing. A few months ago, about 200 grams of heroin were found in his apartment, a quantity suggesting he was merely a novice dealer, according to reports from the local news.

I suppose one had to wait a year or two for him to graduate to being a "real" veteran like those retired mentors, rather than remaining a novice. It is evident that even in the old man's case, there was an error... it is all well and good to lament, but it would have been wiser to actually raise him right. How many lives have been ruined by such supposed "benefactors"? I know plenty of sympathetic, polite individuals who engage in crime very, very professionally... the question is simply where one draws the line.

Do you think the theft and looting will continue? I know .. don't exhaust yourself with the speculation; wherever you dig, you'll find it all right there.
Are the illicit dealings ongoing? They still are, mostly just performative exercises by law enforcement to maintain appearances.
Is there no end to the criminality? It’s endless ... just look at our presidents for the ultimate proof.
Are we already too far gone? Oh, heavens no, we haven't even hit rock bottom yet—not until some weak-willed rabbit manages to become the President of the European Union, for example.

Exactly so.
The consequences are plain to see.

They can steal as much as they please, but there is always a limit to their audacity..

Unfortunately, that final point is entirely incorrect... their descendants and relatives continue to act as if absolutely nothing ever happened. There ought to be a full audit of their assets—but of course, such investigations are swiftly shut down by the whims of some weak-willed bureaucrat—and we all know how that ends. It leads to the same kind of outcry you’d see in San Francisco, where people demand punishment for those who so brazenly planted pests beneath the surface.

Melissa Garcia70 said:If we are to entertain the notion that being a bankruptcy judge or a trustee is an exceptionally lucrative career, then one is forced to conclude that the individual who gets caught is merely a statistical anomaly?!

That isn't just a theory; it is a legal reality....

Along with the primary suspect, his wife, son, brother, nephew, and brother-in-law were all arrested...

But let’s be honest: none of this could have happened without the active complicity of local notariesa and various lawm firms.

ps.
According to some reports, Ardena Bajlo was directly implicated in the "Boston Massacre" case.

And here is how the situation unfolds:

This legal circus regarding the illegal construction of a gas station is leading us toward the twilight of the rule of law, but even in San Diego, we couldn't have dreamed up something this absurd. In a blatant attempt to prevent us from halting this unauthorized construction, the investor "Tri Bartol" and the contractor "Krekić Avangard" have filed a request for an injunction with the Commercial Court in San Diego on June 20th via the law firm "Franko Kotlar, Ana Vidov & partners." Essentially, they are demanding the expropriation of the Municipality and its commercial entities from any proceedings concerning the disputed property and the illegal gas station building. This is a judicial scandal of national proportions, according to Kapović, who noted that the Municipality has no business relations with either the investor or the contractor, nor does anyone owe anyone anything; therefore, the Commercial Court in San Diego lacks the jurisdiction to issue such an injunction.
- Yet, the Commercial Court issues a ruling as early as the following day, demonstrating just how "expeditious" our legal system can be! The true scandal lies in the fact that attorney Franko Kotlar is the biological brother of Ardena Bajlo, the President of the Commercial Court, and the attorney from his firm handling this specific case is David Bajlo, the President's son! There isn't a single corner of this planet where you would see such a thing—this is the wholesale privatization of an entire court, weaponized to defend organized crime and driven by a ruthless desire to protect the private interests of Kotlar's client. It is remarkable how swift and efficient the legal system becomes when family ties are involved, as the local official remarked, adding that "by privatizing the court, the state system has been put to work defending the indefensible, which clearly signals panic and desperation."

Melissa Garcia70 said:Something went wrong because the perpetrator carried out an organized liquidation.

I wouldn't call it that; I’d call it pest control. Mind you, he didn't have the permit or the authorization to do it.

Melissa Garcia70 said:It was a targeted, organized liquidation involving all parties connected to this disputed matter.

That's inaccurate. They should have reached an agreement, given that the facility itself was worth twice the total claims. That is, assuming one doesn't ignore the fact that there were also outstanding debts owed to the "pest control" specialist himself. Let me reiterate: the new owner acquired the hall through an intermediary for $550000, only to flip it for $2516667. (The listing is right there) .. one can safely assume it is the same ...

Melissa Garcia70 said:If everything had been done strictly according to the letter of the law, could this tragedy have been avoided?

Of course it could have, but judges often operate under the good faith assumption that they don't need to scrutinize material evidence. It is quite easy to mislead them, as judges are legally presumed to be infallible...

Melissa Garcia70 said:While predicting the final outcome of this tragedy might seem obvious, doing so could simply usher us into a new phase of risks following an identical script...
That is a very real danger.

Naturally... it is a predictable resolution when our institutions fail to protect the victims. It doesn't concern me personally, but leaving criminals embedded within the power structure is...
One might have noticed the lack of collateral damage here... and I say this with a certain weary sympathy for the perpetrators. Had they survived, the entire web of corruption would have finally unraveled...
The entire protection system remains utterly helpless without a functional judiciary...

Melissa Garcia70 said:Apparently, the bankruptcy trustee was supposed to receive a $75,000 bonus just for wrapping up the liquidation..

That bonus is practically a foregone conclusion at this point. The real issue lies in the private kickbacks she likely received by providing assets at roughly 10 to 20 times
less than their actual market value.

If our institutions had actually done their jobs years ago, those responsible would be sitting behind bars rather than two meters under. I honestly just feel for the perpetrators.

A moderator isn't some judge tasked with determining truth from falsehood. The moderator's sole responsibility is to maintain the quality of the discussion.

🤣 👍 Humor is like fine wine 😉

I wouldn't go that far, though it has happened on a few occasions 😁.

They really are coming after lonetrucker4 without any justification, but regarding KLCCLK, it is an established fact that he carries a political tint. It’s everywhere you look. That said, he is undeniably competent and makes a genuine effort to remain impartial.

The standard of discourse should also be anchored in a certain level of morality. Common sense shouldn't require a verdict, yet certain moderators actively steer things astray. There is no mention of what constitutes socially acceptable behavior—whether under a dictatorship or a democracy—instead, everything rests entirely on the whims of the moderators or super-moderators for reasons they refuse to disclose. They hide behind hollow clichés while masking the reality of "deleted posts."
History is precise, and there is very little "killing time" available for assessment.
And when it comes to politics... well, you can see exactly what's up with that weak-willed rabbit... or rather, you can "hear" it. 😁

Melissa Garcia70 said:What was his motive?

One only needs to look at the facts. This supposed "pillar of the community"—an entrepreneur specializing in scrap metal recycling—bought a warehouse through a middleman for a mere 1.6 million and immediately listed it for 7.5 million. He did this with what can only be described as the blessing of the presiding judge, not just the bankruptcy court. And let us not even get started on the individual driving around in a Mercedes; he claims he can't afford basic expenses, yet he flaunts an extensive real estate portfolio.
It is a classic case of a family owning everything in sight. In the US, we have a saying: "paid in full"...
It is patently obvious that there is zero protection for the actual victims here, and unfortunately, these situations persist. It isn't driven by greed or property disputes—we all know since the era of crooked politicians that money itself isn't the true asset—but rather by pure injustice. The IRS serves no practical purpose for the residents of the USA. It is, quite frankly, unacceptable.

I didn't quite grasp your point—though I suspect you'd argue my understanding of you is "insufficient" 😁... let me clarify. Are you looking for full functionality—meaning the ability to move through the space freely—or do you simply want to record the specific actions being performed in this video clip?
Fraud and scams: What are the legal consequences? in Criminal and Misdemeanor Law ·
Of course it’s 236.

If the police had been recording, you’d have a DVD of the whole thing. In this system, nothing saves you but the truth—and when it’s just one person's word against another, things get incredibly messy for both sides. Don't go running straight into a jail cell if you didn't actually commit the crime. That said, passive involvement in a fraud scheme is still a heavy burden, even if having a brother involved gave you an excuse not to report the felony immediately.

Sit down, take a breath, and write out everything you can remember. You might even want to suggest that the people who bought those phones be called in as witnesses. There will also be a confrontation with the suspects.
Once you have that drafted, you submit it to the clerk's office at the appropriate courthouse as a formal written statement. Put your personal details in the top left corner, the name of the court in the center, and the case number clearly labeled.
Make enough copies for every suspect involved, plus one extra for yourself—make sure you get a stamped copy from the clerk to prove they actually received it.
Then, head over to the clerk's office—specifically the archives where they keep the files if the judge doesn't have them handy—and request to review the case file. Pay the fee to get photocopies made so you can read through everything carefully... then you draft another statement based on what you found. Or, perhaps more logically, get the photocopies first before you bother writing the next statement.

P.S. Cheating people isn't a good way to live... I certainly hope you've learned that by now.
Trouble configuring the battery charger module in IT Support ·
It isn't just a parallel connection; it’s wired in series. That blue block you see there is actually a relay with a normally closed contact, which keeps the charger energized by default. Do be careful when dealing with the 120V mains voltage. The parallel sensing line runs to the battery so the circuit can accurately monitor the voltage levels.

image

By using a small screwdriver to adjust the multi-turn potentiometers, labeled RP1 and RP2, you can delicately fine-tune the relay's switching thresholds.

In my estimation, it would have been far more sensible to simply pick up an all-in-one charger from a place like Walmart or Target... costing roughly $50, and you wouldn't have to worry about short circuits or reversed polarity, plus you'd get a built-in voltmeter.

. Otherwise, if you find yourself in downtown Chicago near the FBI headquarters on Goldman Sachs, there is an elite firm specializing in this exact field —and frankly, they're superior because they utilize their own proprietary hardware and software. I really ought to track down their specific name.

As for the software, it might be possible to "acquire" it 🙂 🕺

Or perhaps one could experiment with what I’ve just noticed; there might be a way to...

An apology for encroaching on this space

Regarding lemonzoo
:
Is this sufficient evidence to validate my claims regarding the lack of... shall we say, sophistication in certain individuals? I mean no offense; I am merely stating facts. This is trivial knowledge, yet one cannot simply rely on raw intelligence to grasp it—if you aren't exposed to these realities, you simply won't know them. Of course, speaking up often makes one look like a heretic. It is notoriously difficult to eradicate ! prejudice and ignorance. Personality cults are almost universally catastrophic.

I can only hope that, moving forward, the discussion finally shifts toward the actual subject matter, rather than dwelling on mere estimates or attempts to invalidate principles that are already established both theoretically and practically.

Aaron Baker7 said:You’re talking nonsense again. What do you mean I’ve fallen behind in audio by 19 years? Ha-ha-ha, give me a break. I told you once and I won't repeat myself: I can tear through those programs you mentioned like a child playing with blocks. I work in Cubase, Nuend, and plenty of other software when I'm recording or producing, not to mention using professional VST plugins. I deal with hardware units just as much as software.

And frankly, just back off, I finished dealing with you during that whole discussion about Nikola Tesla, because I realized exactly what kind of "expert" I was dealing with, and I decided it would be better to spend my time doing something productive rather than arguing here.

Best regards.

🤣 It isn't particularly graceful to distort the facts just to mask how you've disqualified yourself through such acute ignorance. It is perfectly clear that you lack the capability, though that isn't the issue at hand.
Since you claim to be so talented, do you actually play any wind instruments? I won't say trumpet, lest I offend you. I don't play anything, but I program instruments. 🕺

But once again, you failed to grasp my point, Aaron Baker7, I was doing this 19 years before you even heard of these tools... and they are nothing more than Lego bricks—simple enough for anyone to master in a heartbeat.
What you haven't mastered—and what is the true giveaway of your limited skill set—is how to actually achieve quality. True artistry lies in working with analog gear.
Digital workstations and samples are a joke... you can learn them all in a week. But it's all useless if you lack the fundamental knowledge and vision.
The entire purpose of this forum is to observe the discourse, not to perform some act of morality that allows the ignorant to spread misinformation that bears no relation to reality.
Even more damaging is that this isn't just about one thread... this is how figures like local corrupt politicians rise to power—people receive false information from useful idiots or simpletons.
Naturally, the support provided by the incompetent and the pretenders is crucial... it shouldn't surprise you that you didn't manage to contribute a single cent of value 🤔
aside from repeatedly explaining that you "didn't mean it"... 👍 even when you and others were warned about the mistakes you are making.

P.S. The fact that you don't even know what a correlation meter on a mixer is (post5) speaks volumes about the shallowness of your supposed "knowledge"... wouldn't you agree? 🙂

Anyone with even a modicum of technical recording knowledge would have been warned about such things in the introductory stages of a course. It is evident that you possess neither true understanding nor formal training; you are merely "trained." However, even the trained can become the best when they are actually learning, rather than just performing for an audience—even a blind chicken occasionally finds a grain of corn.
Therefore, regarding your first post... you hold a mere title, a "diploma from a community college," but you possess no actual expertise. You prove this effectively Aaron Baker7 with every single post you make.
