I hope you’ve already sent in an application to the BMW plant in South Carolina.. I hear they’re looking for engineers☕
neondriver5 said:granitejackal15, your logic is truly something else. It explains perfectly why that State Farm representative from your neck of the woods manages to have two orders of magnitude more influence, resources, and capital than you or anyone else. You’re acting like a typical American—too bitter to actually lend a hand when it matters, preferring instead to throw support toward bottom-feeders who we know for a fact are just looking for a quick payout through fraudulent claims.
Just an observation...
exactly☕ if some tourist who doesn't even register their car in the US gets to lecture us on how insurance money should be spent, then I can too, right?
As for jealousy, the only guy worth being jealous of is someone like Milan Popovic, and not because of his business success, but because he’s out there flirting with pop stars.😛
Which spikes will hit the US next, I wonder?🤣
Look, I wouldn't go to them even if they were half the price. They screwed me over twice when I was younger and naive as hell. There’s this local plant in my town—I don't know how they pull it off, but word is the government owns it—run by a family that bleeds it dry. To top it off, their two sons aren't even 40 yet, and both think they're big shots. One's a junkie and the other gambles away an average American salary every single day. Honestly, I wouldn't give a dime to people who play games with me like that. As for some executive lounging on a yacht in the Atlantic? I couldn't care less.☕
Staying on topic: my rule is simple. I go with whoever calls me first or gives me the best pitch when my registration expires, because those little perks$33 don't mean squat to me. For collision coverage, though, I use Euroherc. I actually know a guy there and I know the adjuster. For me, that's the best insurance option just because of those two connections; otherwise, there's no other way to do it here.😛
It’s basically the same thing everywhere you go since you have to buy it anyway, right?🙂 It’s just about how much you can squeeze out of a hundred-$67 if that even matters to you... start from Vegas😁
mistycrane19 said:Sure, you can drop a brand-new engine in within a month. But what then? Do you really think you can just walk into State Farm and demand they pay for a shiny new one?
Really? You pay for full coverage, smash the car, crack the oil pan—what happens? They fix the bodywork and you just tow the wreck back home?
mistycrane19 said:My memory is a bit hazy, but there's some truth to it. They classify the engine as a consumable part, which means you can't claim the full amount. Typical.
It’s complicated. You don't pay insurance for the sheet metal; you pay for the car's mobility.☕ I've never replaced an entire engine, but back when I was a reckless kid, I totaled my car a few times, and everything under the hood got swapped out without anyone asking questions.
The whole thing is a joke because that insurance company isn't actually going to cough up the cash. It’s all run by the same little kid anyway. Personally, I’m sticking with State Farm—I know people there, I know how their adjusters operate, it's all transparent. That's the only way you get anything done in America.☕
I used to run a Deer Hunter, my first real setup 🙂
It was alright, but once you get your hands on a Hoyt or a Mathews, the difference in build quality and just how they look is night and day.
Personally, I’m a Hoyt guy—they just look more modern. I absolutely loved the Hoyt Trykon, though; it shoots so smooth and the draw weight is super easy to handle. I’ve got an alphamax35 now, but man, that thing is way harsher than the Trykon.
So yeah, definitely go with the Trykon.
If you’re planning on ordering that Deer Hunter from Bass Pro Shops, make sure you tell them to add a peep sight and a D-loop, because they won't come on it. Also, grab the cheapest Wurth release you can find. You'll be stoked!
velvetfalcon44 said:I'm talking about high-quality tuna—brands like Bumble Bee or StarKist. Not that cheap stuff you find for five bucks.$2.00 What's the poison today?
Get high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade fish oil. I'm talking triple EPA and DHA concentrations—not that cheap 120/180 stuff you find on the drugstore shelves. Etc., etc., etc.🙂
I've been reading all over the place that your StarKist stuff is actually way worse for you than the budget brands.👍
Sandra Brooks28 said:isn't off.
I'm doing my part.
I know the mods appreciate that kind of thing.😁
Gym, healthy lifestyle, clean diet...
It would be smart to just toss those proteins in the trash.
There.
Good luck.😉
Now I'll go find some thread about nail polish—since I clearly know nothing about that either—just so I can lecture you.🤣
Sandra Brooks28 said:My advice to everyone here? Just stop obsessing over the protein.
🙄🙄🙄
Fine, I'll back down first if you will too.👍
fadedrider17 said:thanks for the reply.
Someone told me eating tuna too often isn't great. Is there any truth to that, or is it just nonsense?
LI-LA tuna has higher mercury levels than some other foods... but in big cities, you barely leave the house anymore, so who cares about mercury.👍
fadedrider17 said:Is it actually possible to hit the gym and do calisthenics without protein supplements and still see muscle growth? I don't have the cash for that crap, and honestly, I'm not interested in wasting money on it.
I plan on eating a varied diet. I'll probably lean heavily on cottage cheese and tuna since those are easy to grab in bulk.
Of course. In fact, it's better.👍
Robert Nelson3 said:so, here's my question xD
I'm sure you guys have heard this a thousand times already. Please don't tell me to "scroll back five pages." I'm too lazy for that. If anyone can help, please do...
I need to pack on about 20 pounds of muscle. What kind of protein should I be taking? Where do I find it? 🙂
First off, are you even aware that gaining 20 pounds of pure muscle takes years, assuming you ever actually pull it off?☕
Regarding supplements, follow this order: whey, glutamine, creatine... then eventually steroids.😳
Just search GNC on Google and call it a day.👍
ambermaker37 said:I'm not saying it happened. I'm asking because someone might have actually seen it.🙄
Read my second sentence, man.☕
ambermaker37 said:Man, I saw some protein brands at Target downtown and now I'm wondering if they're actually any good.😕
They're definitely cheaper.
If you'd actually specified what you were looking at, maybe someone could give you an answer. You expect us to just drive out to the store to check for you?🤣
But honestly, your average amateur isn't going to notice any difference between whey from $67 and $133. ☕
crimsonowl16 said:Which one is better, Dymatize Elite or Weider Premium Whey? I can get this premium stuff for $150 the same price as the Elite at Walmart, so which should I grab?
weider

dymatize

If you want, I can give you a contact for the Elite for about $45.👍
David Collins18 said:I don't get it. Explain...
why is that even healthy?
what are the side effects once you stop taking it...
and how many of you are actually getting hooked on this stuff?
Look, if I told you that you were basically addicted to PROTEIN every single day, you’d probably drop dead on the spot.😂
