Listen @Linda King I'm still a little confused here: what exactly is this thread about?
If this is supposed to be about America, why does the PDF say "world !"? And if it's about the diaspora, there's already a specific section for that...
There really ought to be some rules for starting new threads...
P.S. There's also a religion section covering theology, abortions, priests, and all that other church stuff...
Could one of the mods in charge of the PDF section give me a quick rundown on what this thread is actually about:
''The topic is about Mexico, but we were debating the Catholic Church among Americans. Apparently, 42% of teens attend religious studies just because of family pressure. Most of them support everything the Church opposes. Just stay chill and focus on college...''
And that’s five pages of that right there 🤦...
Disclaimer: this only matters if the PDF section actually has @mods. Personally, I’d say they haven't had any for quite a while now...
I personally only shared a few quick thoughts at the beginning... Ever since things turned into such a political circus... I just haven't been around... But I kept on reading anyway...
And honestly, I’m just so sorry... it truly breaks my heart to see that... @Ginger got hit with a massive ban... such a shame! She was being perfectly respectful and polite, just like she is in all her other posts... until they started attacking her with those rude insults. Take the insults, then report them... You aren't returning the favor... Reporting it... nothing happens... Reporting again... Still nothing... And then you just snap... Then you start fighting back... Well, then you get banned... because you're being insulting...
Total hypocrisy from the moderation team... Ugh, just disgusting... 🕺
P.S. I’ve had that exact same experience dealing with PDFs...

I actually asked around here earlier if people thought it was fair for an island like Kastelorizo to claim such a massive EEZ based on conventions that both Turkey and the USA haven't even signed. To me, when looking at this issue, you shouldn't just frame it as "Turkish aggression against Greek waters." Instead, we should view them as international waters—which they technically are—until an agreement on economic zones is actually reached.
To be totally honest, I don't really follow Turkish affairs closely enough to join the debate. I'd end up spending way too much time Googling everything first!
I only started paying real attention to the tensions in that part of the Mediterranean recently, right after France stepped in militarily by sending Rafales, La Fayette, and Tonnere ships. When the French start making moves like that, you know things are getting seriously heated... and that's never good for anyone...

A Spanish newspaper, available in three languages: Spanish, French, and English. I love their style... they just write things straight up, totally unfiltered...
Patrick Kim7 said:Two big wins for Turkey today. They just uncovered a new gas field and reached a truce in Libya. I guess when things are meant to go your way, they really do.
Two wins?
First one: the UAE is sending four F-16s to Greece to help out. Tensions in the Mediterranean: The United Arab Emirates are sending four F-16 in Greece
Second one: Libya already had a ceasefire back in March 2019. It didn't last long at all. This one won't either...

I swear, if you want to keep the balance and leave the post count on that new Eurovision PDF untouched, I won't say a single word there... though I'm certain half the chatterbox on the politics subforum will jump right in... 🙂
The heavy hitters on this forum don't just spam photos that take up most of the screen. Exactly. They write well enough that they don't need to draw pictures.
Once you master that, you'll make it to the big leagues, @brightviper29.

So, which one of those three are you...?
By the way... are you keeping up with the chatter room?... 😬
Chris Myers said:Define what you actually mean by a "big" forum user... how many years do they need to have been around, and what's the minimum post count to earn that title? What are we looking at on an annual average?
For example... hitting 2,000 posts a year isn't even that hard, especially if you're just spamming the chat rooms. Maybe 6 posts a day, where each one is just 3 letters on average. 6 x 365 = 2190... times 3 letters = 6570 letters.
I bet there are recipes on AllRecipes with more than 6570 letters! 😬
Then there's the emoji route. That's the fastest way to become a legend... 😬

Nope. I’d just change the thread title. Honestly, the current one almost gave me a heart attack last night... 😵
Aside from the title, let's keep the little animal in the story. They are just too precious. And they never grow up. Which means they're hopeless cases...
