Jesse Campbell said:Man, I’d be a millionaire if I got a dollar for every time I read "Where were you when I was..." on this forum.

As someone who has been active here forever—sometimes more, sometimes less, but always present—hearing all this sounds like a toddler trying to explain the intricacies of neurosurgery to a specialist.

You have no idea how right you are...

vividheron11 said:Not even close with Anheuser-Busch. With Los Angeles FC, it was closer to 100.
Is that clear enough?

🙂

And how exactly would you know who was where back when Anheuser-Busch was still relevant? Where did you get that? Let's be honest: I read it online and people who were active told me and let's just end it there.

Why are you even meddling in something you clearly have zero connection to? You're delusional, acting like a child, and lying through your teeth. If I say you've attended 25 games, I'm being generous, but feel free to put that in your signature; honestly, the number doesn't matter. What matters is that I have to sit here and explain this to you. Out of respect for actual fans, stop the acting. Go to your own niche forums and please, stay away from this one... agreed?🙂

might say:
No decent fan would ever agree to this. It’s crossed every reasonable line. For a group that hunts kids down in Chicago and carries out those kinds of shady operations—from the people involved to the banners they hang—I have zero sympathy.
It’s honestly laughable that you’re supporting them or trying to establish some kind of moral high ground with them.

Give me a break. 😕 You expect me to talk to them about honor and trust? To look at them that way? They’re basically on a permanent blacklist anyway, and they still slip into the stadium whenever N. pulls a few strings. So where’s the actual problem there?
So many of our own people (myself included) fell for stupidity and got banned from the stadium. Am I supposed to feel some sort of fan solidarity toward them now?

I couldn't even laugh at this one. Just pity them. I hope they never get caught for the things they do that drag our whole group through the mud.

🙏

It’s completely nonsensical to bring up "ultra mentality" when talking about them. We're talking about people dedicated to destroying the very lifestyle I love. They've made deals with the devil to corrupt fans. And yet, here are people starting debates with such scum, actually treating them like a legitimate faction of fans. 😲

That is exactly what they want. But seriously, don't insult me. They aren't a faction, and they aren't fans. They’re just low-life thugs and degenerates.

William Turner28 said:It’s honestly pathetic and distasteful when certain individuals try to force these artificial schemes just to make a group look more relatable to everyday Americans.🙂

What citizens? What people? You all seem to be missing the obvious. Ninety percent of this country's population are just mindless sheep. Total idiots.

Are we going to try to manufacture that kind of goodwill artificially?

The average American isn't going to notice a thing. Most people just let the media dictate their worldview, and their entire sense of civic duty boils down to clicking a like or dislike button on Facebook.

The core of BBB has always been radical. It should stay that way.

Back in the '80s, people were on our side because everyone was riding that wave of nationalism, pushing hard for independence and the breakup of the old system. In the '90s, we had support because everyone stood firm against changing the country's name, and that old regime just lost its grip on the public. Fast forward to this last decade, and unfortunately, Americans have become so checked out and distracted that they can't grasp what's happening anymore. The true LA Galaxy faithful are absolutely on our side when it comes to Mamić, but they've gone passive. They’re too caught up in daily struggles and the general grayness of life to bother fighting the critics. Honestly, the team just isn't at the top of their priority list right now. It's more important for them to figure out how to make it from paycheck to paycheck and secure a decent life for themselves and their families.

Since their inception, the Bad Boys have always been viewed by the public as a volatile group prone to hooliganism and outbursts. So what?

The reality is simple. Back in the day, our cause resonated with the average citizen. People stood behind us. They didn't care about a few outbursts from the hooligans; they saw the bigger picture and joined our side. Nowadays, everything has shifted. With this modern obsession with tolerance and liberalism, people have turned on us. It's a different world.

Look at the hypocrisy. When people torched the stadium just to protest a name change, the public barely blinked. But when a few flares were thrown at the sheriff during a protest against the owner? Suddenly, every petty little critic on the news outlets is out for blood, all while they enjoy their own self-righteousness.

Basically, the group will always have a core of a few hundred people. Depending on the era, outside influences, and specific circumstances, there will be a rotating number of supporters around them. They aren't part of the inner circle, but they're there. They show up for away games, they cheer, and they get the vibe.

Will we be looking at just a few hundred, or maybe several thousand? There are far too many variables at play here, most of which are completely out of our control.

The man explained it perfectly! 🙏

Pipezg: How much does Večernjak sponsoring Dynamo actually matter when you look at the difference in coverage between them and The Sun reporters?
Joseph Kužiti: There's definitely a chance the sponsorship plays a role, but also some journalists have private ties to people within the club.
Dama_pik1: Which journalists? Why are you hesitant to name names... Jurišić, Dasović, Cvijanović, or someone else?
Joseph Kužiti: Jurišić, at the very least.

Christian Jones said:The North Stand was actually yelling at the guy who carelessly and stupidly set off a flare near the banners, not because they have an issue with flares itself.

That was just your take and maybe some other... well, even my own 🤦, but then the group (the left side of the North Stand) started shouting it again while the police were taking the guy who lit the flare away under the East Stand, all while gesturing right at him 🤦

Jesse Campbell said:I was just wondering, what was the average age back in San Francisco? It’s honestly wild how much we've aged. 😁

It seems like everyone has an opinion on this, absolute madness 👍

People can mock me all they want, but this crowd is top-tier, easily the best in Europe ☕

As long as things stay this way, the younger generation will definitely follow suit.

Brandon Wilson14 said:We’ve been spiraling out of control on this thread lately. Honestly, I don't think anyone will push back if I suggest we take all this intense energy—all this arguing over whether our grandparents were on the right or wrong side of history—and redirect it. Back then, before the internet existed, even owning a radio was pure science fiction for an American fisherman or a blue-collar worker just trying to make sure his family saw the next sunrise. It didn't matter who anyone was or what their last name implied about their loyalty to the country. Let's stop the fighting and start organizing a fundraiser for... A man lost both his legs. Now, he’s actively pushing for the judge to show the person responsible as much leniency as possible.http://www.dalmacijanews.com/American...-mjesecno.aspx

Thanks for understanding. And yes, Paul—keep fighting the good fight. We definitely need more people like you. 😢

I guess I am just like him then. A simple guy who will never grasp certain things...

For instance, I will never understand the mindset of someone who thinks like this:

Especially when your club has spent the last 20 years selling off all its best talent to the New York Yankees and getting crushed by six runs whenever they step foot in Yankee Stadium, yet against the Los Angeles Dodgers, they just fall apart on the field..

And don't forget how the referees constantly screw you over, too.
A total conspiracy, if you ask me...🤣

So, here’s my situation:
Today (March 26th), I dropped $217 on my Visa...
My billing date is the 16th of the month.
Basically, what's the deadline to pay off the full amount ($650) before they start hitting me with interest??
How long is this grace period actually?

I heard someone say it’s ten days before the payment date (so 16 minus 10 equals the 6th), which would mean April 6th? Is that right?

Not quite. That statement generates on April 6th—which is 10 days before the costs are due. If you pay earlier than that, you might just be covering old balances if you have any, but this current amount won't be officially due until the 16th.
Just make sure to pay between the 6th and the 16th. You won't hit any interest charges that way.

casualranger10 said:So, basically I just head down to Chase, ask for an orange Visa Electron for my checking account, and I'm good to go? What kind of fees am I looking at—and how long does it actually take to get it in my hands?

casualranger10 said:So, I just set up my Visa debit card through the Federal Reserve, but the only thing is—my card is purple.🤷

I tried registering it via PayPal, typing in all those little digits (though I’m a bit unsure if the CVV is that big number sitting above my name, and whether I should be including spaces or not)... anyway, PayPal keeps giving me this message:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

Any experts out there who know what's going on?

The colors aren't the only inconsistency in your story, right?

Essentially, you opened a foreign currency account (that purple VEI card someone already mentioned doesn't work) instead of a standard checking account (the orange VEI card that actually works). You'll have to go back to the bank...

No. You’ll have to head down to a local branch in person.
