Anyway, the Rules don't actually specify how long partial access lasts, just that it's "until further notice." So, those 18 months he mentioned could have been anything—8 months, 15 months, 4.6 months, or whatever random number he pulled out of thin air. He just picked 18 to get rid of me. And what, we're just supposed to blindly follow whatever is said? Especially since he previously said "until further notice," which usually means the decision can be changed anytime, right? 🤷
Regardless, I'm still waiting to hear what the admins have to say about the decision banning me from YOUR subforum. Thanks.

Since the other three who voted on my post aren't mods anymore, it feels like you're the only one standing in my way. Like the title says, I have a question regarding a partial ban I’m facing on the Lonely Heart subforum. I was hit with this ban back when the moderator team consisted of mistywolf17, Nimoy, eleuthera, and Drito konj. Since those folks were the ones who voted to keep me banned, I’d like to ask mistywolf17, since she’s the only one left from that group, along with the admins, to reconsider if my ban should be lifted or stay in place. I guess my only real argument might be that out of those four who voted against me, three of them aren't even moderators there anymore—only mistywolf17 remains. I won't count Veliu, since she just joined recently.
So, if my request could be considered, along with my promise to stop trolling, spamming, and going off-topic... and my apology to supermod mistywolf17.
Seriously, ladies, where does this end? Wasn't one thread from the admins enough? 😬 I mean, we all know we don't have much say on this forum anyway. Unless you actually have some damn solid counterarguments, you're just asking for another ban. 😳

Anyway, I'd probably go with the first one. In my opinion, it's the best since you can make multiple albums, they can be locked like I said, and it's unlikely to go belly up. 😁
If you're going to burn this to a DVD, you really have to be careful. It isn't just about picking the right disc; it’s how you store it and handle it, too. I guess if you aren't careful, one little scratch or even just touching the surface could mess things up. It might shorten the lifespan of the disc, so maybe in 10 or 15 years, you won't even be able to play back what you put on there.
Here is this LINK where you can check out some guidelines on what to do and what to avoid when handling a DVD. It covers stuff like paying attention to the coating color and all that. Just look it over.
As for the websites, most of them include something in their Terms of Service stating they'll notify you if a site is ever shut down, giving you enough time to download and save everything. Since most of these sites run pretty professionally, I doubt it'll actually happen, but I suppose you should keep it in mind regardless. 😉

Look, I’m posting this from a clone account, but I’m not banned, nor was I posting where I shouldn't be (on the US board). My actual profile is expressivo and it's tied to an email address that someone hacked. Since both my Meta account and this profile were linked to it, they changed all my passwords and now I’m totally locked out. Because the idiots at Google can't figure out from the 70% of info I provided that my Gmail was actually compromised, I can't even get into my email to reset anything. I won't drone on too long, but I'm wondering if there's any way to swap that hacked email for a different one I use on this profile? If necessary, I can prove the profile belongs to me, no problem. 🙂
