Politics sub: How old are you guys? in Close to Politics ·
Kenneth Cooper4 said:I think you've got me mixed up with someone else!

To be fair, I was just a courier back in '94.
I was hauling mail and messages between Ratko and Radovan.

Confused... I wouldn't go that far 😉

Sarah Wilson95 said:So, people are complaining, they're dissatisfied, and they feel like they're being persecuted by the moderator. They're confused about his age and his identity because he’s never posted under this specific handle🤣 on Reddit before. Did he go out for a few beers? No? Well, then this guy is somehow hypnotically transforming the posts on the board, fixing typos, shortening messages—it's almost as if he possesses a sheer force of will😁

Honestly, a handful of those loudmouths among the boycotters should have been disciplined a long time ago, and now their spoiled behavior is finally catching up with them. Then you have some of those "refined" so-called conservatives who, with their polite vocabulary and quiet demeanor, pen the most outrageous, professional-grade fascist tracts—stuff those loudmouths aren't even capable of, let alone willing to attempt

It seems everyone has an issue with writer1989🤣.

Just take a moment to look closely at these tough guys and how determined they are to fight against injustice, persecution, and censorship—but only when it suits them🙏.

Have they really abandoned us?

An associate of A. Pavelić from the overseas community—Mr. Vjeko Servatzy—is still standing with us, because we know our own Torquemad is always watching from the shadows, tending to the wounds left by the moderation team's heavy hand🙄

Metallica is (obviously) some legendary, high-profile veteran from the diaspora whose eardrums would probably turn into rusted scrap metal if he didn't post something on the board every once in a while.

As for c-respond, that's just one of them pretending to be a woman😁—personally, I find it quite charming that these undercover conservatives nurture such feminist tendencies within their gentle souls👍

Public Enemy and More Sea are also clearly cloned handles... and don't even get me started on Coyote and Apollo

But tell me, does anyone actually know who nina5555 is?😁 😕

And is this whole boycott actually happening, or is it just a complete farce?

Who’s stepping up now? 🤣

From what I can recall, you were actually the very first one to raise all those "everything is perfect" points when this individual was being considered for moderator, and you even went so far as to offer a bribe, suggesting you'd set your avatar to a picture of Harmon if someone would just explain who he was or how he managed to land a moderation gig in the first place...

But suddenly, everything is fine, and apparently, you feel the need to play the saint and bless a few people with your approval 😁

Hold on just a second there, Zora, didn't you used to brag about fighting out on the Frontier, how long were you even deployed for, was it two years...🤔

They’ll Mobilize you, those damn Mexicans, because when actual war breaks out there is absolutely no room for playing games, you might grab a drink here and there or turn a blind eye to a few things, but in the grand scheme of things...😁

Best history textbooks covering the 90s? in Close to Politics ·
shadowtiger said:There’s this constant chatter about how history textbooks from the '90s supposedly glorified Nazi Germany—claiming they painted the Nationalists as the "good guys" and the Partisans as the villains. Is there any actual truth to that, or is it just more old-school propaganda left over from the American era? I’ve still got my old history books lying around here, and honestly, I don't see any of that nonsense; I’m certain it wasn't in the curriculum back when I was in 8th grade in 1994. So, I'm curious to hear from anyone who actually went through school after '94. What was the reality of what was being taught?

It is an absolute falsehood, of course... just recently, some leftist hack started a whole thread on a political topic claiming that officials in the nineties were essentially celebrating fascism while demonizing the resistance and all that nonsense...

Dark had about thirty pages dedicated to it, yet not a single soul ever managed to produce one solitary, concrete example of this supposed "glorification"... the truth is simply that many people are desperately clinging to the idea that things should be taught exactly as they were during those golden years of mass brainwashing, because they simply cannot bear to let go of that era...😁

If he was a legend, perhaps... but when it comes to being a butcher, I don't think there's even any room for debate...
granitelynx50 said:Everything built during the old era just got looted once we switched to democracy. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about who actually screwed over the workers and the common people more.

What an absolute load of nonsense 🤣

Now I’m just sitting here waiting for that classic line: "I don't care that America was a one-party dictatorship, at least we actually had stuff back then." 🤣

Give it a rest already; people aren't stupid, and you can't sell this kind of tired rhetoric to anyone anymore, not even to toddlers in preschool...🙂
I want to be a villain and a criminal! in Close to Politics ·
Bryan Martin31 said:I hope you're doing alright out there!

Casey Lopez61, I simply cannot bring myself to take your opinions seriously until you finally reveal the true origin of that handle of yours, even if you do seem like a decent enough candidate otherwise... 😬

Honestly, what kind of criminal would actually go around exposing the secrets behind someone's username? You just don't find people like that anywhere in this country, as people tend to guard those kinds of things like their lives depend on it...😁
I want to be a villain and a criminal! in Close to Politics ·
Bryan Martin31 said:Well, they claim you can't be both a villain and a criminal at the same time... 😕 But as a criminal, you clash directly with the law, so it is entirely possible—even in this great nation—to face the consequences of your own transgressions. For instance, if you were to take out a poor officer from some elite SWAT unit in a local Chase Bank branch because you are just as vile as the man himself, refusing to provide your employees with decent pay or basic safety gear... you get caught, and you serve your time.
Actually, there are plenty of exceptions to that rule. You can walk away with a factory after paying zero dollars down, leveraging someone else's property as collateral, or whatever other scheme you conjure up, then proceed to throw your workers out onto the street, sell that factory or the land it’s sat on for eighty years, and suddenly find yourself a wealthy, highly respected member of the "Country Club 200."

As a villain, you are practically riding high... for you, the law simply does not exist. Sure, they might label you a "suspect," but regardless, you can still cause a total "collapse of the legal system," much like that obnoxious pundit on CNN argued yesterday (doesn't he look incredibly arrogant to you?). You can call the witnesses whatever names you please. You can be under the microscope of every yellow journalist and every "gray" rag in the country, tracking your every heartbeat... we know every single agony of your wretched, broken body. And yet, you haven't even tasted battery acid. My god, the abuse of power doesn't even move the needle for you anymore, because justice in this dumpster fire of a country is about as independent as a cheap date from a politician... (the first "s" in "sex" being more like "sissies," if you catch my drift... op. Soye.)
You could find yourself standing in court, only to have those "Cosmopolitan" style columnists filming you looking all polished and dignified, telling everyone that compared to the pathetic, miserable representatives of the prosecution, you have the same chance of losing as the last-place junior varsity team playing against the Dallas Cowboys. Every mother would want a son-in-law like you. And even though you are a villain, the Secretary says the organization you belong to—in your capacity as such—simply... does not exist.
You could commit unspeakable acts against a ten-year-old girl, and they won't just call you a criminal, they'll brand you a "beast" and a "monster," only to release you on parole after two measly years.
You could murder a twelve-year-old girl, and you’d still be walking free because someone, somewhere, botched the legal procedure...

I am currently accepting applications for induction into the "3rd Criminal Exadron."
Immunity from the flu, AIDS, humanity, morality, and the law is absolutely guaranteed!

At this rate, I might as well just wait for some high-level federal oversight committee to come knocking on my digital doorstep...

Don't you worry about a thing, you'll have full protection and the backing of the Republican party... and when you have that, you have everything... 🙂

de Henry, listen, you are a real piece of work, so why don't you show this loudmouth that absolutely nobody is intimidated by him... This individual is essentially hijacking my thread just to engage in some cheap self-promotion, and frankly, I find such behavior to be completely intolerable 😁

If they hadn't existed, maybe the ocean wouldn't have even been visible...

I’ve already explained this to you, it simply isn't the case. But I suppose some people need everything spoon-fed to them on a silver platter, or perhaps it’s just that you're struggling to grasp the nuance because you're reading in a second language 🤔 or you're just being dense 🤔

Henry Kissinger said:Right?
Is that the same neighborhood you were passing through on your way to San Francisco to hawk those tickets for Madison Square Garden?

Hardly... that’s the territory your people occupied, where they purged every single American and established their own little terrorist state instead...😉

Juraj2 said:You want to know who the biggest whiners were back in the old days?
The Subnor crowd—they spent their whole lives complaining and picking fights over nothing. But the absolute worst of them were those former little "generals" who got forced into early retirement because even the US Army couldn't stomach officers who barely finished middle school and a three-month training course... They were always puffed up with this false sense of "importance," just incredibly bitter about being tossed aside into obscurity. And then, unfortunately, they finally get their five minutes of fame...

And now they’re back to being the same old nuisances, Fumić and that whole lot 🙄

Well, let us start by discussing that specific stretch of road where they held the tractor parade back in '95... 😛
