Thanks for all the input, everyone. Quick question though: is it possible to stay on Temozolomide longer than the standard six-month stretch (assuming you're tapering the dose down gradually)? Since they actually make 5mg capsules—which is tiny compared to the 250mg she's currently on—wouldn't it make sense to keep her on a low maintenance dose just to help prevent those tumor cells from coming back?

Sublime doesn't have an official American English translation yet, and there’s a simple reason for that: it was never slated for a theatrical release here. Because of that, it hasn't landed on the desks of the local creative teams who spend their days coming up with those wildly different titles for hard-to-translate movies 😬

Take "Fright Night," for instance—it was retitled something like "My Neighbor is a Vampire" in some markets, which pretty much illustrates my point about how these titles get handled 🙂

Once this hits the US home video market, we'll probably get to see the "creativity" of domestic distributors. I can almost guarantee they'll slap a generic, overly descriptive title on it, something like "Dangerous Dreams" or "Horror Hospital" 😁

That aside, the movie is absolutely killer! 🙏
