They have studios all over Washington, D.C., but having to commute for an hour and a half twice a week just wasn't my vibe. It feels like they structured it that way just for their own convenience; honestly, it’d be much better to have three shorter sessions for less—especially since you're paying so much anyway.
Anyway, you might think it's expensive until you hear what they charge for POWER YOGA—$167 a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😲 But in D.C., people just swallow that cost because it's trendy right now. 🙄
$167 a month? Even $200 feels like a rip-off. How many classes does that actually cover? Is it daily?😲 😲 😲 What's the actual difference between power yoga and "regular" yoga? I'm thinking about starting with a beginner level... I've heard yoga is great for staying flexible and limber without getting too bulky.😁
Does anyone here know what yoga classes actually cost? I’ve been thinking about signing up, but a friend warned me they can be pretty pricey (though she didn't give me an actual number)... so if there are any yogis in the group, please let me know what you pay!🙂
Hey there. I’ve already cleared over 15,000, but considering I only started about a month and a half ago, I’m pretty stoked—especially since I'm running this on just one rig. Listen, which team are you currently with? Would you be open to jumping over to our team? We actually hand out monthly bonuses, too. You can find all the details at this LINK.
Alright, some of you might have already heard the buzz about this. If you haven't, it’s a program dedicated to researching a cure for cancer. It's incredibly easy to use, and if you're worried about the Download size, don't be—it's tiny, only about 1.5MB.
You can read a bit more about it here
This gives you a quick rundown of what the software does, and you'll find the link to Download it right there.
here is how you can join our team.
BTW, just a quick tip: when you sign up for the team, use your handle followed by a hyphen and then your location—for example, (Reddit or NewYorker or CaliGuy, etc.).
Our team name is: SMRC-USA
If you run into any issues, please just join up and send me a PM or an email to let me know you've signed on. Include your AOL Instant Messenger number and let me know if you use MSN Messenger too.
Thanks in advance to everyone who decides to join our team and help us hunt for a cure for cancer.🙏

🤣 🤣 🤣 Paxil is total garbage, though it definitely hits hard... sick, sick, sick. 😁 I was stuck in REM sleep all night long. Waking up felt absolutely brutal...
I have pretty thin-looking arms, and I’d really love to get some better definition in them. Do you guys know any specific exercises that could help me achieve that? Just as a heads-up, I’m naturally on the leaner side, and whenever I try to put on weight, the fat just seems to settle right around my waist. Thanks in advance for the help!🙂
The absolute craziest dream I can remember involves me being the king of this tiny little island—maybe 100 meters across—and getting attacked by the king of the neighboring island, who happens to be my best friend. I end up ordering my knights into battle, but instead of horses, they’re riding winged pigs! They fly off into the fray, my guys on flying swine while his crew is riding this massive ant. My knights start losing ground, so I grab a sugar cube, toss it into the ocean, and the ant dives in to grab it and drowns. Suddenly, this woman who works at a video rental store shows up, and she, my knights on their flying pigs, and even my buddy/neighboring king all pile into my castle (which is somehow massive on the inside). We settle in to watch the South Park movie together. Right as the opening credits finish, the power cuts out. I head over to my modem to unplug it, and suddenly the TV switches to Salto because the lady from the video store accidentally fast-forwarded the film. Then, boom—I wake up.

Do you actually have the studio version? I found a live recording online, but honestly, it’s not really my thing, so I’m hunting for the original studio cut. If you happen to have the studio version, could you please shoot it over to
You can pick some up right in Times Square, near the Forward bookstore. There’s a little walkway there, and if you head into the passage, you'll find a herbal apothecary on the left. They carry a specific tincture made by Mr. Smith over in San Jose. The lady working there is super helpful and will walk you through everything.
I'm looking for info on a herbal tincture for urogenital health. A friend heard about it and wants to try it, but she's having trouble tracking it down.
Does anyone know who makes this or where I can actually pick some up?
