So, what’s the deal with those Durex performance condoms? I haven't personally tested them out yet, but I've heard they can really drag things out... some people say they can't even finish while wearing them...
My aunt had this exact procedure done in Washington, D.C. about five years ago—it dropped her prescription from -15 down to -2, and everything was perfect. But then, about a year ago, things took a turn. Her vision started getting worse incredibly fast, and now she’s sitting at -5.
Stefan1, they generally only perform those surgeries if your prescription is 3 or higher.
How many people usually show up to the spots where you guys practice yoga? Is it just a random crowd on any given day, or do you have a steady little group of maybe 5 or 6 regulars? I was checking out Nava (though I decided it’s a bit too pricey for me right now), and their setup looks incredibly well-organized—you have to RSVP ahead of time so they don't overbook, ensuring the instructor actually has enough time to focus on everyone individually.👍
What exactly makes Nava different from your typical yoga studio (where classes are $133 way cheaper)? I’m genuinely looking for high-quality training, and I don't mind paying $133 a premium if it actually means $133 better results—though I’ll admit I’m a bit skeptical. Is this just massive hype, or are they truly offering the gold standard in programming?😕
Ashley Nguyen5, where do you usually go for your yoga sessions?
Is aerobic stepping actually effective for building up calf muscles? And what about yoga? I’ve noticed that most joggers seem to have really toned calves /and great overall physiques/

"I have no message for mankind." "No gatherings, no lectures, no courses, no method, no mantras, no organization, no office, no secretary, no telephone number, no fax and no fixed address."
Yet, somehow, they still manage to stay in the media spotlight and get all this promotion. It's pretty ironic when you think about it. 🙄 😛
But look, the core issue hasn't changed: you still need a baseline level of intuition and some actual self-awareness to pick a tradition that truly resonates with who you are. If you haven't done the work to understand yourself yet, I honestly think astrology could be an incredible tool to help guide that journey.
If you're just being foolish, nothing is going to help you.

Just scrub it down hard with some Comet or hit it with a good dose of Lysol.👍

Exactly! We are part of God, so if we want to truly know God, we really have to get to know ourselves first. Ultimately, the journey leads right back to who we are.

Well, if you aren't being careful, it definitely can progress into an ulcer, but it doesn't have to. By that, I mean watching out for a bad diet—you know, all that spicy food, highly acidic stuff, alcohol, and things like that.

I'm not even sure if it actually grows, but one thing's for certain: it definitely doesn't shrink.😁
It doesn't matter if you're still in college; I went through this when I was 18. 😲 Honestly, the pain was so intense I couldn't sleep or even move properly for a couple of days. It even started radiating into my back and kidneys. Basically, it was unbearable. Your best bet is to go get a gastroscopy done. It’s definitely the most uncomfortable part, but it’s the only way to be sure. 😉 And based on what you're describing, it's probably just gastritis from eating too much spicy food. Seriously though, just go get that gastroscopy. 😉
